What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use, functionality, and robust reporting capabilities. This is a big upgrade from previous tools I have used. The customer support has been great, and we're super happy to have made the switch. I use this tool everyday, and I have yet to find issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't come across any downsides. I would like to see a Salesforce integration in the future if possible!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to manage my company's social media effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
as a growing brand, we have our brand mentioned in many social media platforms. whether it's a good or bad mention, we have to know them and understand it. hootsuite insights has been a great tool to help us consolidate all of it!
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing so far! we love how the tool is accurate enough to provide us the insight we need
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
our problem is, we have a lot of people mention us in many social media platforms and it will be too much for us to consolidate them manually. so hootsuite insights comes in handy for us!

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite was my first social media management tool when I started working as a social media marketer. As a fresher, I was worried about how I was going to use the tool, but to my surprise, it is super user-friendly. You can find everything in one place and it's easy to navigate. I always suggest this tool to anyone starting their career in SMM.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing till now. I still feel it's one of the best out there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was handling 8 social accounts and it made life easy to keep track of everything in one place. I used to schedule all my social media posts in advance. It also helped me with keeping a track of competitor's posts,

What do you like best about the product?
I love that they are an official instagram partner, I can instantly trust the site and know that the stats and information i'm recieving about my socials is accurate. Allowing me to improve over and over again. I use it at least 3 times a week to stay on time of my work.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides at all, the integrations are amazing! With every update it improves!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The integrations are easy, allow many platforms and provided me with accurate stats. I love that I can design with canva through hootsuite, I love the hahtag suggestions as this can be very tricky to work out sometimes! The social content calendar helps me to keep on track and stay consistent. Scheduling content has really never been easier! Plus its unlimited!

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite helps Customers plan out your Social Media content that normally can be spread out over many different platforms and loging by scheduling it under one tool. This is a tool that Marketing agencies can use weekly for sure! Customer Support is very friendly as well and even has a Chat feature to help connect you right away with any questions you may have.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have anything negative to say about Hootsuite at this time. I really enjoy the ease of this product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is helping Customers handle their Social Media posts, etc by allowing Customers to post their content via one platform instead of having to log-into multiple platforms to share your content.

What do you like best about the product?
I liked how user friendly the platform was to use it and how easy it was to learn the platform overall.

I would say the intergation into my companies process's were tough at first.

Hootsuite Insights is solving a analytics issues for me. We benefitted by being able to better use our insights to find out what people are talking about. This allows us to better implement business strategys.

What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to generate the report from connected social media channels, clear presentation, and is easy to understand for strategy planning as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is slightly on the high side which may not be suitable for all businesses

Easy for social media managers to understand page analytics and report comparison with the previous period is great for us to understand the growth rate too

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is one of the easiest to use social media scheduling tools out there. It's one of my top choices for small to medium size businesses that are looking for an efficient, afforable tool. There are a variety of features to allow users the best social media scheduling options.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a slight learning curve, like any tool. If you aren't social media savvy, you may want some extra training before jumping into this tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With myself being the one person that handles our social media companywide, Hootsuite allows me to most efficiently use my time and gather all of the data I need to make the best social media marketing decisions for our B2B company.
