To see all the material that your company has and you are able to schedule it out!

I wish we could sort by what content we have used.

Amazing platform

What do you like best about the product?
I love how everything is easy to use. It is a great platform that allows you to make multiple post at the same time and manage the engagement of those post. Amazing!
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform was amazing overall. The only downfall is that I was not able to delete or edit post on live time. I had to go to another platfrom to fix these errors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This platform is help;ing others manage their business accounts to make things easier for the consumer. It was very beneficial to have everything in one place just for visibility and clarity.

Hootsuite allows our small organization to create a strategic social media marketing plan easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hootsuite does occasionally have issues with our platforms disconnecting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite solves our issue of time management, allowing a small team to have a complete marketing strategy.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite allows us to manage our social channels without any issues and provides a one-stop shop for all things social-related.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Amplify section of Hootsuite still has some bugs that need fixing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to manage our socials and look at all out accounts in one place. We also enjoy the customizable reports in the Analytics section.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything under one roof no need to have diffrent products. I use Hootsuit as my go to product for all my Social Media Posts. My favorite is Schudule for later.
What do you dislike about the product?
A little bit of tweaking around reports.
Plus a tie in with Canva
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My Social Media posts plus Analytics i can check on whether weekly or monthly on and Scheduling ahead.

What do you like best about the product?
The editing and word prompts to help your grammar, a link of all social media platforms in one place, and reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Video publishing is a pain. It fails and when you publish video you have to approve it from your phone
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Giving us time to publish content by scheduling time and tracking results.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to work with a large team and coordinate our efforts on social media.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was more information about the incoming messages. For example, Instagram private messages are called Direct Messages, as are public stories that we're tagged in. It would be helpful to differentiate between the two since it's not always readily apparent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite provides a platform where we can monitor all of our channels and maintain useful customer interactions.

The De-Facto Social Media Suite - but having an amazing account manager helps!

What do you like best about the product?
One of the most notable aspects of Hootsuite is its account management team. Davis, who was assigned to help my team, is highly knowledgeable and was always noticeably available to assist us with any questions or concerns, particularly when our software was going through rolling upgrades. They've proactively offered advice and recommendations on improving how we deploy our tactics on social media.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inability to directly make paid posts on LinkedIn. But I understand this is a platform issue for Linkedin and less so for Hootsuite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consolidated and timed postings.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite provides effortlessly integrated monitoring of multiple social media platforms. It allows us to meet our customers' various needs on nearly any platform they choose to reach out on. It also provides intensive categorization and reporting tools that help us to keep track of trends in the topics that are most important to our customers from day to day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Recent updates to the tool have made our categorization process a bit more challenging; however, their team's support is always open to feedback and willing to consider their clients' feedback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite helps our business to engage with our customers on multiple platforms. It also helps us track data trends and analytics so we can keep the company updated on various hot topics.
