What do you like best about the product?
One of my favorite things is being able to alter the copy for each platform in one post. Also love the Grammarly integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it integrated with Glassdoor and Indeed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite helps us streamline our publishing capabilities and process and also allows us to better manage our inbox.

Great Platform For Our Hospitality Company!

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite has been beneficial for us to schedule posts out in advance for our 30 hotels and 9 restaurants. Our marketing team has been able to save so much time creating posts and focus on creating higher quality content.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downsides that we have experienced using Hootsuite are some of the levels of permissions that the social media applications allow them to have. For example, you can't actually post stories directly they just become a draft in your Instagram app, and you have to log in to finish posting. I know it is something they are working with Meta on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite has allowed us to keep track of our numerous social media accounts so much easier. I can monitor what my interns are up to on a daily basis and track their posting performance. From a team aspect it comes in handy.

What do you like best about the product?
I’ve been using Hootsuite for managing Seco's social media, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Not only is the platform user-friendly and packed with essential features, but the success manager assigned to my account has been outstanding. They consistently follow up to ensure that I’m making the most of the platform and provide personalized advice that genuinely helps me improve my social strategy.

What also stands out is how Hootsuite stays ahead of the curve with updates and new tools. With the rise of AI, they’ve integrated AI-powered features that make it even easier to create engaging content and optimize post timing. The dedication to keeping up with the latest trends, along with the hands-on support, makes Hootsuite a fantastic choice for anyone serious about social media management!
What do you dislike about the product?
Although Hootsuite offers analytics, they can be basic on some plans. For detailed, in-depth analytics, you may need to upgrade to a higher plan or use additional tools. Also, With so many features, Hootsuite can feel overwhelming at first, especially for beginners. It takes time to understand the full range of capabilities, and some users may find the interface a bit complex initially.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're a big company with many channels and many marketers. Using Hootsuite it helps us keeping our passwords and channels save, tracking the social media activity, plan posts in advance and also create reports in a very fast and easy way.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is the premier platform in social media management. I work in marketing and have conducted extensive research on multiple platforms to weigh the pros and cons of each. By far, Hootsuite offers the most intuitive and robust option with a weath of tools you need to stay on top of the game. The customer support is also top tier.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are occasional bugs with things like certain social channels getting briefly disconnected, but it's usually never anything major and bugs are resolved in a timely fashion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wide visibility over multiple fields with intuitive, easy to use dasboards. Social listening has helped us stay tuned to the online conversation and extensive metrics reporting helps us monitor our engagement and tailor our content.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite assessability has been the best part. By that, I mean being able to juggle all of our platforms effectively in one spot. Also, the ease of validity of stats and being able to put those into a report to easily and quickly send to my bosses.
What do you dislike about the product?
The notfication push system i feel can be better. Especially with comments within drafts being avaliable now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite really helps us solve all of the above problems with a concise location. They biggest struggle I had was being able to find everything I needed to see in one locaiton.

What do you like best about the product?
Couldn't ask for an easier user experience out of a social scheduling platform. Can easily segment posts by social platforms, campaigns, etc. The Analytics feature is seamless, and I love that I can quickly pull results in the "Post Performance" section for one-off metrics requests rather than creating a whole new report.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm very interested in the Amplify employee advocacy tool, but I wish it were paid for as a lump sum fee, not by each connection. We have a large Sales organization, and it'd be great to have everyone on board, not just a select group of folks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite makes social media management such an efficient experience. I'm able to schedule my social posts for the day in mere minutes, which leaves more time for me to strategize future content and review analytics.

What do you like best about the product?
Constantly developing itself, HootSuite offers an excellent possibility for simplifying workflow and improving quality.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything works perfectly. Nothing I dislike at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There is no need to login in many applications and several accounts. In Hootsuite is all at one. Handy analytics tools, which are well customizable, visual and demonstrative, easy to master.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite has completely changed the way we work on social media. Its all-in-one platform is easy to use and useful. Having everything in one place really makes our job of doing everything much simpler!
What do you dislike about the product?
Since the big wave of layoffs, getting support takes a bit more time but they still reply within a reasonable timeframe. Our account manager is awesome and always available. :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite has everything in one place so it lowers the risk of discrepancies and having to look through multiple platforms. Their Owly Writer also really helps in cases of writers block.
