Great Social Media Mgt Tool with Lots of Resources
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is intuitive to use and keeps getting better. It gets more and more robust with added features often, and the help is quick and thorough.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hootsuite requires more steps than what seems necessary to do certain things such as moving between channels and tagging in the content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love that Hootsuite now shows me when my clients add to their SM channels.

The ability to schedule posts out and size images right from the Canva feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes IG reels fail, and I have to post off my phone.

Scheduling posts in advance, mentions, & analytics.

The user interface, some functions (streams, Inbox, Assignments) are not the most user-friendly on the market.

What do you like best about the product?
The analytics and reports tell us quite a bit about who we're reaching, helping to attract followers. Also, I love the AI tool. It has signficantly decreased the time it takes to craft a quality post.

The analytics don't allow multi-year reporting.

Pricing is a bit high, but big companies can afford this tool. It increases productivity.

Has the basics for everything related to social media. Extra perks with connecting to 3rd party apps is nice too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Basic data analytics is a negative. Something a little nit picky is not as customizable for data sheets and export scheduling.

Have all low and high-level items in one place and provide data on each.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Hootsuite has so many learning opportunities and I am able to schedule on multiple platforms at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes feel like I don't know what all is available on Hootsuite. I don't think I am getting all of the features that I could be utilizing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is helping us solve problems around determining best times to post and scheduling out content on multiple channels at once to make the process more productive.
Excellent social media management tool
What do you like best about the product?
Have used a few social media tools and found Hootsuite to be the best. There's a lot of the team who use it and as the social media manager, I'm able to easily delegate roles like certain admin or viewer roles. It has everything I need for scheduling and analytics, and responding to customers. The platform regularly updates with new tools too, like the recent introduction of Grammarly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much wrong with Hootsuite, whenever we do have any issues, the team helps and sorts things out quickly. I am very happy using Hootsuite and I know the rest of the team are too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having multiple accounts, we find Hootsuite a fantastic way to keep track of these accounts and schedule content for each platform. We also found the analytics to help save time as previously we used to go into each platform to see post performance. Hootsuite helps me to oversee all the accounts too as a manager when previously I didn't have awareness of all the accounts.

The new features they are always developing. I especially like the AI and social listening features right now.
What do you dislike about the product?
They are just starting with social listening, I would like more features for this and brand reputation.
