A Multi social media account manager app
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite allows me to schedule posts in advance, making it easier to manage multiple social media accounts and save time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hootsuite is expensive, especially for when a business wants to handle with large social media followings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The app allows me to manage multiple social media accounts from one place, it enables team collaboration, making it easier for my team members to work together on social media tasks.
Posting Made Easy!
What do you like best about the product?
My team loves how easy it is to post across multiple social media platforms. Being able to drag and drop from Trello and Canva is a bonus. We schedule content months in advance. The calendar view is excellent, and our posts publish perfectly and on schedule. It has been an excellent addition to our internal process.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about Hootsuite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite allows us to post content to multiple social media platforms simultaneously quickly. It saves us time and lets us view, traffic and manage content for various locations/brands on one calendar.
An amazing social media tool for running B2B
What do you like best about the product?
I love having everything we need in one place for the social media team to work efficiently, in an organized manner. I've used many social media tools and Hootsuite is by far the best. I love the integration with Hootsuite Amplify for our employee advocacy program which keeps our workflow seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that LinkedIn permitted broader API access to third party tools like Hootsuite. There are features (like tagging individuals and publishing documents) that we still have to action natively but this is an issue with LinkedIn, rather than Hootsuite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrating our employee advocacy and social media management workflow as we have both Enterprise and Amplify. The analytics are much more comprehensive than our past tools.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is best for posting your content on various social media sites, and best part is that they upgrading themselves every day with new features and tools, which is on top of everything
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such, as everything is good when using Hootsuite. Only the cost part should be reduced in comparison with other competitors. But still, it's worth using this software, and indeed value for money is there though pricing is on the higher side. I will say it's one premium tool for the premium class.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social media posting and scheduling on various sites. Hashtag analysis and Grammarly is also outstanding new feature added by the team. Social Media Analysis is also excellent and gives very good input on your accounts.
Hootsuite is the BEST
What do you like best about the product?
I really like that Hootsuite is a one-stop shop. You can do all of your social content creation, posting, and analysis all in one place. Streams also help to get a snapshot of social chatter about relevant topics. I also like that Hootsuite is constantly making updates and improving their product!
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much to dislike. Every question or bug I've taken to my rep has been corrected quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's making social media management much more manageable, especially the analytics and the new competitive analysis!
The easy-to-use one-stop-shop
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to create custom reports. They're simple to digest yet informative enough to cross the t's and dot the i's the executives look for. Also, the grammar tool is SO helpful when perfecting captions for posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think a broader range of analytics would be helpful to anybody in a social media management role. And as someone who has to focus a lot on presentation, I think the platform would benefit from a mini facelift.

It's mainly helping us understand why our engagement is the way it is.

I like the easy of scheduling social posts, and the analytics it provides on the performance of those posts.

Cannot think of anything I dislike about Hootsuite.

It enables me to view not only the social posts for my department but also for other departments in our company.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use scheduler, and the Analytics are really good and always improving.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish the previews would render a little better - sometimes I post and it does not look the same as in the scheduler. but this is rare

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that we can post to all three of our social media accounts and tailor them as needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish that you could post date social media posts, but it's not a dealbreaker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having to post to three separate social media accounts. Scheduling posts is so easy and it keeps track of parameters set by each site (word count for IG, image size/orientation for FB, IG, & T).
Great way to package your social media
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use. Especially for scheduling lots of content on multiple platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a little extra effort to curate things like tagging and images for different platforms, but it ultimately optimizes the entire process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly streamlining the process and being a tool for developing and implementing our social media campaign.
