Its a Hoot

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and the accessibility features. The fact that I have a live checker to examine what the tone of my post is prior to sending it out truly helps.
What do you dislike about the product?
The "Not sure what to post" features seem great when advertised, but looking at them after the paid subscription seems lackluster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before, posting on social media was a daily task that would take up time. Now I can schedule out a week in advance, sometimes more, thus increasing my efficiency by being mindful of my time.

What do you like best about the product?
Our upgraded Hootsuite Business account allows us to pre-schedule multiple posts for various social media platforms in one easy-to-use window.
What do you dislike about the product?
Improving the ability to tag accounts when creating posts for the various social platforms would be appreciated. Currently, this can be done for Facebook and Twitter, but does not seem to work for Instagram.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite saves us a lot of time through its ability to pre-schedule posts on several accounts simultaneously (using the upgraded Hootsuite Business account). I commend the company on its frequent updates to improve ease of use and efficiency. For example, the tool for posting/scheduling to multiple platforms includes a window for inserting your text and then separate tabs for each of your social platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.). In each tab, you can then customize the wording, tag other accounts, and add appropriately sized photos according to the platform.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and convenient for scheduling my Social Media posts. I love that it gives me suggested times to post on each SM channel for better hours. It makes my life easier by letting me schedule our three SM channels well in advance.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be lovely if it offered user-friendly, for-dummies demos and short training. Also, have a tracking system for people who have commented on your posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling in advance posts for our social media channels. It solves time management and is convenient for our small team operation. Our business performance is slowly getting better because our presence in Social Media.

What do you like best about the product?
HootSuite is super simple to schedule posts on multiple platforms, and then also allows you to fine tune and customize per platform. I can't imagine how much time it saves me.
*hot tip, use AI to generate social captions and save as drafts in HootSuite. Or, import in bulk! I've done both and it's super helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Stories have to be posted in real time, on the mobile app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keep up multiple channels and easy analytics reporting I can share with my team

What do you like best about the product?
It has been my main tool for many years. I can view the metrics of my accounts and choose what to see for each goal of my campaigns, and customize the reports and the way I view the data. I can respond to messages and chats without having to give my CM the passwords for each network.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is not a HootSuite issue but rather about the platforms that do or do not provide access to certain functions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has solved the problem of trying to obtain analytics from social networks when analytics suddenly disappear (Facebook). I can make reports for each communication objective and know if we are doing well or poorly, and show them to different teams without having to show information that others don't need.

Best value added platform for social scheduling

What do you like best about the product?
The scheduling and grouping capabilities are the best I've seen for franchise based clients. This has allowed us to optimize our strategy for our clients and has helped grow with us.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is the amount of connections that become disabled or disconnected. There takes quite a bit of reconnections on a regular basis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite solves our problem of having to manual post for 200+ clients. We also work with a franchise system that we group posts for, especially for clients who own multiple franchises in the same industry.

What do you like best about the product?
Its really easy to write, edit and update copy across multiple social platforms. In my role I was creating content across 4 platforms which needed tweaking for every post. Hootsuite made it super easy to repost previous posts with updates and ensure that the platforms always had consistent content.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly there wasn't really any feature which was an issue for me. It would be nice to add pre-planned comments on the posts but it doesn't look like many platforms offer that option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite helped with understand which social platforms were getting the best engagement and at which times of the day in order to mazimise the exposure across every post.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how fast I can get help with an issue, every time I have a question or a concern it's always answered. I never have to wait more then a couple of minutes for a response.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, I love using Hootsuite. What ever it is that you guys are doing keep it up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to post on multiple accounts at once. I don't have to log in to each individual account to post the same exact thing. They even resize photos to help! Which is amazing no one else does that.

What do you like best about the product?
Content, community, and analytics management is all in one place. we don't have to check anything from the native social channels; it is consolidated under one roof. Automated Reporting dashboards are a big plus, very easy to create.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is not a dislike but it would be great if it's possible to create and edit IG stories from Hootsuite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves a lot of time because we can bulk-schedule our content in advance and provide it to global teams directly by adding it to the Hootsuite content library. My personal favourite feature is the reporting and analytics. It definitely saves hours of manual work.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact you can condense lots of different accounts into Hootsuite and manage them all from one wholesome platform. It makes scheduling so much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few downsides of Hootsuite are some technical issues here and there, sometimes our accounts are disconnected but this isn't very often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is able to report on things in an easier format and produce PDF reporting on stats and engagement. I have also learned a lot myself from Hootsuite reporting.
