What do you like best about the product?
That I can create posts for many different platforms at a time and schedule them for weeks and months in advance.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm quite happy so far. I haven't found anything that I don't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to post several posts for weeks and months in advance and allows me to duplicate for several different platforms

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Hootsuite helps us streamline our content in various platforms (IG, Facebook, Twitter for us) and that I can get access to analytics reporting
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could schedule tiktok carousels from within the platform and that you could get insights on reels and stories so that analytics metrics are more well-rounded
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite had help us do most of our social media management and scheduling from one place instead of having to jump from platform to platform

What do you like best about the product?
Content Calendar, it allows me to publish efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
TikTok lack of features and editing. Besides that, all works well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
TikTok Capabilities. It would benefit me by allowing my team to edit videos directly from Hootsuite and publish as well.

Hootsuite is the best tool to schedule social media posts in a hassle-free manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unlike buffer, Hootsuite won't provide a free plan which makes it not affordable for small business owners and marketing agencies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Assigning social media posts to team members and approving workflows have been made much simpler with Hootsuite

I really can't think of any downsides right now.

What do you like best about the product?
I can manage all of my accounts on one site! It's absolutely amazing! The dashboard is helpful to see how you are doing as well. Still getting to understand the analytics and may need to reach out for help on this.
What do you dislike about the product?
I need to understand the analytics more as it appears something might not be talking to each other as I have posts that are daily and it isn't showing that on my dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am better able to manage my time, a one-stop for managing my social accounts. I am more use of my time on a daily and weekly basis. With the many hats I wear at the company, saving me time is key for me.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't change a thing! Loving everything about it.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Hootsuite because it helps me better manage posts intended for my social platforms and my clients' posts in one place. It's a great time saver and everything is kept up to date. I like how simple its user interface is and being able to see what has been posted and what is about to be posted when I want to. The scheduling of social media posts helps me work in a more organized and efficient way, it's what I find most appealing about using Hootsuite in my day to day life.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free version has many limitations, it even has few platform connections, which forces users to purchase the paid version to acquire more and better features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite has helped me to efficiently and smoothly plan and publish content in different social networks, make a detailed follow up of what is published, get more followers because the account keeps actively posting and has facilitated the interaction with the followers of each of the accounts under management. I find it very convenient and advantageous to use this tool in my day to day life to manage multiple accounts of my own and of several clients without neglecting details and without incurring in setbacks in the publication of content.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Highly recommended for individual social media managers or groups with a not too exaggerated number of accounts due to the platform having some limitations and the more feature-loaded plans like Enterprise being much more expensive.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to pre-plan and automate social posts in one place. I can go in weekly to create and verify upcoming posts instead of setting reminders to go in and do each individually
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to title posts to make looking at the calendar a little easier. It would help tremendously with creating placeholders for future posts
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuit has helped us automate our social media. We are a small team without a dedicated social media person, so it has allowed us to keep up with posts, trends, and analytics

What do you like best about the product?
Love the scheduling publisher tool, dashboard guidelines and analytics tools! I also like the social score when you log in' it motivates me to improve.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only bug is that you cannot tag and connect LinkedIn people contacts in scheduled posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solutions include: scheduling social media posts in advance and visualising them easily with the publishing tool; in-depth insights presented simply on the reporting dashboards, easy to customise. I also like the inbox and stream functionality which helps me stay on top of community management.
