Perfect platform

What do you like best about the product?
Great to have all our social media platforms available to see content at a glance on all channels. Can easily duplicate and alters posts accordingly for different platforms, ensuring messaging is consistent.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like multiple users to be available on the lower-priced paid for subscriptions. even two would be better than one. Hashtag suggestions based on content would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving time scheduling social media content and being able to see all interactions in one mailbox, rather than logging in/out of multiple social media accounts.

Easy to use, social marketing suite with great reporting tools

What do you like best about the product?
The usability of the tool is fantastic and intuitive and its functionality is comprehensive across all social channels. We use Hootsuite after testing other tools including HubSpot and others and appreciate the focus on social marketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far we have not come across anything that is lacking or missing functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Central place to manage and execute our marketing strategy (focus on Social channels), as an SME we needed a simple and highly effective tool to ease and automate most of our tasks and Hootsuite provides just that in a very affordable cost.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease in which I can post and plan postings for my school's social media.
What do you dislike about the product?
After suing Hootsuite for the school year, I feel I still don't know all the "ins and outs", but that is a reflection on me, and not Hootsuite because I simply don't take the time needed to fully aquaint myself. I do wish Hootsuite would have special pricing for education. I"m not out to maake any money, and need to keep track of 3 accounts on my owntime. Since I don't get paid for he job, I have no funding for the 3rd social account, and as so many know, schools are short on budgets!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Adding mulitple items onto FB for parens and Twitter for both parents and students is such a time saving benefit. Thank you.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take the time to get to know the featues of Hootsuite, and you will find it easy to use for your oganizations social media needs.

What do you like best about the product?
Full dashboard with all the accounts, so easy to make a calendar.
What do you dislike about the product?
That it cant' post stories, accounts gets disconnected often.

I solved that i won't need to post account by account. Easy posting

A fantastic platform to bring all your social channels together in one easy to use, creative space

What do you like best about the product?
Before using Hootsuite, I used to spend a lot of my time jumping between social media platforms, creating duplicate content whilst trying to collate data from all sources. As you can imagine, this took up a large proportion of my time, and as a single-person marketing department, it was a lot of pressure. Now with Hootsuite, I'm able to pre-plan my campaigns and posts, allowing me to streamline my workload and ensure I deliver regular content and monitor all incoming communications as well as analyze the data from multiple streams.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of yet, I'm yet to experience anything that I don't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
I like the post preview feature so I can see how my post will actually look in whatever social media network I'm using.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the first tier is priced a bit high. I don't need 10 social accounts, I'm b2b so I am limited, $50/month is a lot to only be using the unlimited scheduled posts option. Maybe a tier between free and the current base level is needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Without Hootsuite, I would have to every day I want to post and write the post, upload a picture or article see how it looks and make adjustments. With Hootsuite I can batch this work, I'm able to draft and schedule several weeks of posts at a time, set it and forget it!

A cost-effective way to manage your social media accounts

What do you like best about the product?
User-intuitive tool and accurate metrics. I was able to get our company's social media accounts set up easily, and the metrics are much more accurate compared to Social Studio.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up team assignments is difficult. When it was only me using the product, I was able to create my content and schedule without issue, however, once I added a team member I cannot figure out how to add governance to posting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm finally able to schedule posts in advance in one spot rather than having to go into each native platform. Also, I'm able to update my metric reporting much faster through Hootsuite, although I wish IG Story metrics were available here.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need something simple this is the most cost-effective tool you can use.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is very easy to use. I can publish/schedule my posts and forget about them. I have used other sites and have had many issues. This site is user friendly and the customer support is excellent. They help you keep know when is the best time to publish a post.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly very little. A few times I have had a post fail but they notify you right away so I can fix it. The only thing missing is being able to schedule posts to a personal page, but I think that is a facebook thing not hootsuite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to schedule posts well in advance, frees up my time for other areas of my business. The benefits are great. I get reports of my interactions and all my platforms are in one convenient location.

Definately give it a try!

What do you like best about the product?
The support team and our account manager are always super helpful and quick to respond. They always follow through on any questions we ask, especially regarding future development on the Hootsuite platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limitations on paid ads. You can only post certain ad types and for others, we have to still go onto FB ad manager. We wanted it to be our one-stop-shop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everything is in one place for us to have visibility across our social and all our reporting. It is straightforward to see everything happening for the month, and the platform always has new features/updates.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hootsuite support team are super helpful and flexible. They always work to make sure you get the right outcome for the business and are well organised and punctual.

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that I can post anywhere with any Device. I surprisingly love the desktop version with the Calendar view makes it easy to juggle different accounts. And I love the analytics it gives me
What do you dislike about the product?
My only wish is that I would be able to schedule and post TickTocks. And I want that directly not me scheduling something and the app notifying me it's time to do it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Hootsuite I can guarantee that all my postings will go out and if something does get messed up I get an email immediately. Which helps me focus on other tasks at work
