Best tool I've for efficient social marketing platforms

What do you like best about the product?
I like the user-friendly interface and how I can schedule multiple social handles for multiple accounts all within one module. My social marketing has been much more efficient. I also really like the non-profit account, working with strict budgets and small staff this has been a very efficient tool and saved me time AND money. Literally, my favorite tool and I've worked in the marketing industry for over 20 years.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have many dislikes! Maybe my account logs me out after less than a day and I use it so frequently that I need to be logged in ALL THE TIME :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I take care of multiple posts and week's worth of social posts in a fraction of the time it would take me within each social portal. That is an incredible asset to my small marketing team!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a communications tool for your team or your business, large or small, Hootesuite provides an efficient and useful tool to schedule, track and manage content across single or multiple social handles. Highly recommend for multi-taskers and marketers looking to boost their social but save time in the process.

Easy To Use

What do you like best about the product?
Adding social profiles and setting up postings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to add google my business or TikTok.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Timeliness of postings on social media pages.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It would be nice if we could add TikTok and GMB as well as be able to post to TikTok and Instagram Reels.

Great organizational tool

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that I can collaborate with my team to schedule and create posts. Once they are created and scheduled, I don't have to worry that they will be out in a timely manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't anything that I dislike. It's a very intuitive solution and doesn't take a lot of training to use. It's the perfect solution for a small shop with collaborators who are working remotely.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are scheduling our social media posts a month out, and this helps us get organized in advance. Hootsuite is also flexible enough where we can slide things in at the last minute.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Highly recommend! It has been easy to use and made our social media scheduling a breeze.

Save Your Sanity with Hootsuite

What do you like best about the product?
Post and interact directly with customers using Hootsuite without the distraction and drama of reading the feed unless you absolutely want to.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a tad expensive for small companies, I think if they dropped the cost for smaller accounts they'd have more paying professional accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not having to read and interact with the social media feeds. It cuts way down on doomscrolling. I can schedule, post, walk away. Job gets done.

What do you like best about the product?
The scheduler is very simple to use. I didn't need to follow a tutorial for use. It was intuitive and user-friendly to figure out.
What do you dislike about the product?
My social media "score" is different depending on which device I'm using to schedule content. If I'm on my desktop my score is always high. If I'm on my laptop, my score is always low. It is misleading to know how competitive I am with my content compared to other Hootsuite users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Business recognition. Brand awareness. Social media activity/involvement. Managing so many platforms (FB, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc).
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you don't want to spend a lot of time learning how to use a social media management software, then Hootsuite is your program. There may be ones that are *more* intuitive in a specific feature, but for all-around usability... Hootsuite sets the standard.

What do you like best about the product?
I am not a big social media guy but need use it regularly for our business accounts. Hootsuite allows me to manage this effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not crazy about the interface with Instagram, but believe that is driven primarily by Instagram and not Hoostuite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No problems at all. Hootsuite allows me to schedule effective social media content on multiple platforms weekly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It allows users to maintain a steady stream of content across multiple platforms even if they are not particularly social media savvy.

What do you like best about the product?
The product is easy to use. I was having a photographic show and need to advertise on social media. Hootsuite made it simple! It's the best around!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! There was nothing that I disliked about Hootsuite!

Great appearance on social media!

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to navigate. All of the different features it offers. It can sync with other programs I use within my company.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any complaints thus far with the program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to be more organized with my content. It also helps pull analytics for my reporting.

What do you like best about the product?
That I can post for multiple accounts in one place, at one time, makes my life easier!
What do you dislike about the product?
Just the price. I wish it was more affordable for me as a single business owner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simply shortening the time required for me to post for multiple accounts, I don't have to go to different platforms.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Nothing specific really, just a great tool to use if you have multiple platforms you are posting content for.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the scheduling feature and that I can review comments, tagged posts, etc all in one. Everything is so user-friendly. It's much easier to use than other social media software I have used in the past.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that you can only schedule 5 posts for free. There is nothing that I can think of that doesn't work properly. This product could be better if it gave more free scheduling posts for free, I think 10 would be best.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am keeping my social media account active. I am not benefitting financially but am getting more interactions and keeping my social presence active and up to date.
