Social Media Management Made Easy!
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is an easy to use platform which increases productivity and helps in saving time by allowing you to manage all social networks in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Free plan should include more features as you can connect only 3 networks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been using hootsuite to schedule posts daily which saves lot of time since you can manage all your social networks in one platform. It even allows to tag company profiles and customise your urls which is very helpful.
Increases Productivity and Outlines Useful Insights
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of managing all social platforms in one place is a huge productivity boost for our team. Being able to view all our accounts within one program keeps us from having to jump between different platforms to navigate the information Hootsuite provides in one place. The team has expressed favor of the messages portion of Hootsuite. We can respond to all messages in one place and dismiss those conversations that are resolved so we can view all active messages without sorting through them all.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to post certain types of posts prevents us from being able to do everything within Hootsuite and though the posts appear within the platform, it does not seem like those posts collect the data the same way as those posts posted directly from Hootsuite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consistency is an issue we have been able to solve using Hootsuite. The scheduling feature allows us to keep on top of our social game and can be done at one time instead of waiting to post the content on the intended date.
Hootsuite Makes Planning a Breeze
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to schedule posts ahead of time and track how the posts perform. I also love how seamless it is from the desktop site to the app when needing to create posts with multiple images.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was the ability to have more than just 2 accounts on the basic plan. I could do without all of the extra things that come with the paid plan such as analytics and things of that nature if it meant that I could operate all of my social media accounts
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously we had been posting on every single account (we have anywhere from 1 - 10 accounts) which was eating up time we could be focusing on other things. Hootsuite has allowed us at times to free up that time by scheduling multiple accounts to post simulteaneously.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite allows busy people an easy way to create posts on various social media platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only tricky thing is finding my draft posts. But once I snoop around, I always find it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can go long stretches without posting when I get busy with life. Hootsuite makes it easy to plan ahead and not miss a beat!

What do you like best about the product?
Scheduling posts across multiple channels is simple, and you can edit each post per channel as needed. It's a great way to stay organized while still creating unique posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when I schedule a post for mobile, I don't get the notification on my phone and have to open the app to see it and send out the post.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've used Hootsuite at multiple companies and it has made social media management so much easier! Analytics are helpful and motivate you to stay consistent with posting.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite provides me with a birds eye view of my organizations engagement success and failure rates , across the different social media platforms where we have a presence. By knowing how our social media marketing activity is driving leads , boosting engagement and pushing traffic into our website , we are successfully tweaking our strategies for continuous improved results.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't encountered any major downside to Hootsuite. It has kept us at the top of our social media game.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simply , Hootsuite provides us the ability to monitor our social media presence , across multiple social media profiles. We can schedule marketing posts on all of our social media accounts in advance , and set triggered automated engagement whenever anyone on a particular social media platform , uses specific keywords on their posts.
Hootsuite is a fantastic social media management tool.
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is very helpful in scheduling your content/post on different social media platforms such as Facebook, Youtube, Instagram, LinkedIn. It is easy to use and edit and allows a pop-up when the character exceeded the required number (for example in Twitter).
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of Hootsuite is that not many can afford it because it is a bit costly. It would be better if they can offer it at a lower cost but with fewer features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite can greatly help in scheduling your content post so that you may not missed a certain time to post because you can schedule it at your desired and even when you're sleeping or busy with other things.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you intend to avail only of the free plan, choose the two social media platform where you wish to post because it is only limited to 2 platform for free.

I love how Hootsuite givers you recommended post times and shows you great analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I was able to post Facebook stories though.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to plan content across multiple channels. Many great tools are available, including editing tools. Hootsuite makes scheduling easy, you can customize your messaging and edit images.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tagging can be tricky, emojis can take a while to load, and I wish I could drag and drop to reschedule posts instead of going into each one and changing time of the post.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving time problems. Working for a nonprofit means you are busy doing several things all the time. Time is precious and using Hootsuite to schedule our social media content makes it a breeze. It's fantastic to be able to track insights too.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would absolutely recommend this to anyone responsible for scheduling and tracking social media content. It will free up your time and give you great tracking tools.
