What do you like best about the product?
Monthly Calendar function, pretty looking, analytics! I have a really positive experience daily and it helps my work flow a lot. I have nothing but positive things to say about the service.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of easy access to tasking. I have a team of 2 and it is annoying that I'd need to step up a premium account just to do things like pending approval, etc. Not viable for a second person only to go all the way up almost 3x price when that is the only functionality. Some more flexibility in the plan options would be great?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social media problems, mostly. We have a lot of accounts and managing them all manually would be toxic. Hootsuite makes my job not be a miserable experience! I love it. Owl is cute.

Seamlessly User Friendly Platform

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how it is easy to navigate through the platform. It makes it so easy for me to schedule my content and share my posts on various platforms in a smart and orderly manner. Additionally, it doesn't take long to get assistance from the service team whenever i have any trouble with the scheduling. I have been using Hootsuite since 2019 and ever since, I haven't missed a post.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it would be great if there could be a platform that draws up reports for the month with social media statistics and engagement strategies on how to improve posts next time. It would be great to improve on the content library too
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work with various clients and Hootsuite really helps me plan my work for each of the clients and share content on different platforms. I am literally a superhuman because of Hootsuite!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are sharing content on a lot of sites, you should consider paying a premium because it allows you to connect more than just 2 accounts. Also, it would be beneficial to attend some of the webinars they conduct to learn more about how to be a great social media manager

What do you like best about the product?
The layout of Hootsuite is appealing and easy to use. It makes managing multiple social media accounts a simple experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
The stream page is a little bit crowded and was daunting to look at in the beginning, but it is functional.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The best benefit I have found is scheduling a post when I know that I will not be at work at that time.

For the best streamlining service, I recommend Hootsuite.

What do you like best about the product?
It just saves me a lot of time; I can post across twelve market pages simultaneously.

There is no option for integration with other CRM systems used in the business.

Everything I Need to Get the Job Done in One Place

What do you like best about the product?
We were using another social media platform that handled most functions pretty well--except LinkedIn video posting! We immediately switched to Hootsuite because it had that function and more that I love: native video hosting, account tagging, analytics, and a customizable dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing I'm frequently annoyed by is being unable to tag personal accounts in LinkedIn--you can tag accounts, but not individuals, which is a shame because many of our posts call out certain people to let them know we've promoted them. I also wish you could make polls, events, etc. from within Hootsuite. Wish these features were possible!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love being able to get everything I need to be done on one platform--as in I don't have to do much toggling between the native platforms and Hootsuite to conduct our social outreach.

Fast process of submitting posts

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that I can see the posts on the calendar, this allows me to see which day I have left to cover and if there is any social account I missed
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there is still work to do, for example adding TikTok will be very useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving a lot of time, I have in total 24 accounts and with this I cover a lot of them.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is a social media management platform that allows me to easily schedule content, track engagement, and keep tabs on all the different social networks, so I can see at a glance what’s going on.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I can't find anything to dislike with Hootsuite. With Hootsuite, you can view your social media profile and network interactions, schedule messages, and tweets, track brand mentions, and analyze your results.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s a free, easy-to-use product that helps you manage all of your social networks in one place. Hootsuite also offers opportunities for users to increase productivity, streamline their workflows and stay safe out there on the web.

A Cohesive & User-Friendly Social Media Tool

What do you like best about the product?
The cross-platform posting and Stream view makes for an easy, cohesive social media experience, where managing audience response is all laid out before you on the board.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, we have encountered no issues with our use of Hootsuite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is a remarkable tool for time management. Where in the past we would have to visit each social media site, we can now save time by writing, tagging, and adding media to Hootsuite and cross-post in half the time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For ease of use and intuitive, user-friendly functionality, I could not recommend Hootsuite highly enough.

Excellent Social Media Management Platform

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is easy to use, I love the fact that all the platforms that I use can be shown on the same page and the publisher screen makes it so easy to see exactly what you publishing on each day at a glance. Moving posts is easy to do and is as simple as drag and drop , adding media is easy. It's just perfect !
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found one downside to this platform. It rarely has any downtime, it's very intuitive to use. Once your posts are published on the software, you can sit back and just let them publish! I haven't experienced a single problem with this software in the 7 years I've been using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Running two seperate social media accounts I need to be able to plan what I'm publishing in advance and to be able to see all this on one page is fantastic. I work two months in advance so also being able to glance quickly and see what time and what subject today's Facebook and Twitter posts are about is also very helpful. The ease of the drag and drop to move a post to a new time is also another fantastic feature which makes it easier to edit and change posts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need to juggle your social media on Twitter and Facebook it's the perfect platform, it saves times and makes tasks so much easier.
