Problem solver for social listening

What do you like best about the product?
I found HOOTSUITE extremely helpful when monitoring keywords about the current digital conversation that I am currently tracking down.
What do you dislike about the product?
I miss the feature to monitor Facebook fanpages and groups. I hope it will be available soon again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can monitor keywords, hashtags, even geolocalized tweets.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to post across multiple social media platforms, to schedule posts and even montior messages across platforms. With so many social media accounts, is the only way I can stay on top of things.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing in particular I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite helps me save time and make sure I am able to respond to all social media messages.

Efficiency made easy!

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite has been a time saver for me! It allows me to store my posts and schedule them whenever I need them to go out. This consistency helps to build my personal brand. When creating content, it’s easy to do multiple posts during one session. The tricky part is remembering to post it or having the time to post regularly; with Hootsuite, it’s one less thing I have to worry about at the end of the day.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside to this product is the non-tagging of personal LinkedIn accounts for posts. However, it does allow for tagging of company profiles, so this helps a lot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite saved me a lot of anxiety in the mornings. In the past, I used to rush to upload media and content for specific times, and this kept back most of my morning. Now, it is easy, goes out on time, and I don't have the hassle of putting posts up at the last minute.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
One recommendation would be to have your content compiled beforehand then use Hootsuite to schedule the content. It's easier to do this rather than creating content, then scheduling, then going back to create content.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is VERY user-friendly, and I like everything about the program. The weekly insights that are available also provide me a good picture of which posts, on any of my four platforms, performed the best for me.

I would love to see Hootsuite auto-generate hashtags.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This program is a great timesaver for me!

Pay the yearly fee after your free trial and save money!

What do you like best about the product?
The way it allows me to schedule posts in the future. It made me more fluid in my posts as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ummmmmm I guess that I can't go back in time and change a post.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love that I can plan my posts in a more organized fashion. My posts have become more syncronized. I can get more done faster.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I love that I can sit down and plan my posts all in one afternoon. Very clean and consise.

What do you like best about the product?
Useful app, which suits what I need to do, and is easy to figure out how to use. The log-in and security is very good. Seamless experience and analytics are useful too.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app can be basic in appearance and function. When scheduling content and a post might not automatically post, it doesn't always return to my drafts and allow me to re schedule.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
allows me to schedule content so I can spend less time logged on to social media

What do you like best about the product?
We are so happy with Hootsuite for assisting us with our social media - we can see everything, plan, create content, track insights. The reporting is excellent!
What do you dislike about the product?
We cannot think of much that we dislike about the product. Hootsuite is constantly updating, provides excellent training and support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can keep our social media in-house and have multiple team members creating content. It helps save time so that we can take care of our guests and focus on other projects.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This program will help you whether you are a small business new to social media or a more established company. It is time-saving!

What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity. It's easy to pick up and easy to master. You don't have to be a computer wiz to manage your social media pages.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing off the top of my head. They have met all my needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are managing all the social media pages at once it's a huge time saver.

What do you like best about the product?
I love having the ability to add images that I may want to use in my advertising. It helps me create beautiful advertisements to use on my regular job and my side job as a Mary Kay Beauty Consultant.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit confusing at first. I had a bit of a struggle learning how to post.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main issue was I was struggling to add pics and images to my weekly posts but could only find clip art and things along those lines. Hootsuite came to my rescue, and now I enjoy creating my posts!
