Hootsuite is Awesome!
What do you like best about the product?
The time-saving! I love that I can post to all the social media sites for our nonprofit.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am part of a small 3-person nonprofit, and there is never enough time to do everything! Before Hootsuite, I struggled with posting to social media because it was very time-consuming. I love that I can post across all social media sites from one place.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You can't go wrong with Hootsuite!

Sometime navigating through content and getting back with ease to the publishing page.

Publishing is.more convenient that customers can view professional written content.

What do you like best about the product?
Once I schedule a few week's worth of content, I can "be done with it" and not think about it again! It's so nice to know that Hootsuite is working "in the background."
I also keep post ideas in there (saved drafts) and I love that I have one spot that saves my ideas; it saves so much time and energy moving forward.
It makes our marketing more efficient for sure!

What do you dislike about the product?
Certain videos or links won't post to all the channels at once (videos on Linkedin primarily) and that can be a little frustrating sometimes.
If an account gets "disconnected," it's difficult to get it reconnected. It won't update like it should. Especially with Instagram.
Comments are a little hard to respond to via the Hootsuite platform. I usually go in the actual social media site to respond.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I no longer have to worry about forgetting to post every week; taking the time to reorganize content for the various platforms we have; or try to go back and remember what I posted and when. It's all in Hootsuite and, again, saves me so much time and brain power.
Great Solution for Small Non-Profit
What do you like best about the product?
The streaming platform allows me to monitor activity throughout the day efficiently. The app gives me insight in our off-hours should anything need addressing. Posting on both the app and desktop is easy for all platforms and allows for customization for each platform in one single transaction.
What do you dislike about the product?
Posting to Instagram stories requires an extra step on my cell phone that is easy but can get lost in my day-to-day activities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a small non-profit and social media is rolled into a job with five other main priorities. Hootsuite allows us to be effective and efficient, look professional and monitor results.

Hootsuite is affordable, easy to use and effective at helping our small non-profit manage our social media efforts.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how I can look at my analytics for the past week or month. As well as being able to schedule a WHOLE month ahead!
What do you dislike about the product?
I only wish I could tag individual accounts on LinkedIn as it only allows me to tag pages. There are people in our organization that specialize in what we do that need to be highlighted. Another thing is the pages I get shown to tag are primarily American, and I'm based in South Africa, so it would be helpful to include more African country pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm saving so much time by scheduling posts ahead of time. I can solely focus on doing my marketing manager duties and budgets, content planning, etc. Performance has dramatically increased because of the algorithm noticing how regularly we post.

It's perfect for digital marketeers (as I am) to schedule their posts and feel safe that they will be uploaded ! Great platform ! It gives me great flexibility and peace of mind !

Reliable and User-friendly—Hootsuite Rocks
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Hootsuite for years. Ease of use, zero downtime, and the addition of great new features over time are some of the most significant benefits of Hootsuite.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure if the social media algorithms treat the posts through Hootsuite as well as native posts, so I still have to schedule a mix. I love Hootsuite for when I need it, though!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is an excellent tool for a small business that needs flexibility in posting regularly. Sometimes things change and I have to adjust accordingly, so it's great that Hootsuite easily adjusts with me.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the way you can schedule posts with a notification to your phone and then manually post or choose to automate posts so you can plan content at the start of the month and have everything ready.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you manage lots of accounts then you have to upgrade to the most expensive plan, I'm hoping more accounts will be allowed at lower prices in the future as social media management becomes more common.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling content and monitoring the progress of social media campaigns. The benefits are great since it allows you to make a report monthly as well as planning content. You can see when your audience is most active and plan around those times instead of guessing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I'd recommend watching YouTube videos about Hootsuite, they also have a blog with lots of 'how to' posts that show you how to link accounts and more.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of posting across multiple platforms and scheduling posts for later dates. Can schedule out a whole month at a time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I have is that it does not interact with Google business page and when you try to look at your scheduled posts you can not see a whole month in one glance. Also the AI chat assistant needs work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social scheduling across multiple platforms can be very tedious when you have to repeat the process over and over. Hootsuite allows me to post where I want when I want.
