Handy tool for social media managers
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite allows you to unite all your social networks on one platform. With the various applications, you can plan, publish, manage communities, analyse statistics, etc. all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only disadvantage I have encountered so far when using Hootsuite, is that you still need a phone connected to your account to be able to publish on the app Instagram. I hope they will implement this feature in the near future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm particularly fond of the Hootsuite Planner. It gives a good overview of the publications that have already been published, as well as those that are planned. It also gives you the possibility to programme posts in advance. Especially when working in teams, this is a very helpful tool.

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to schedule posts and being able to do one post for several different social media sites at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
Instagram can be tricky as far as posting more than one photo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can create and post content more regularly without being tied to media (by scheduling posts).

What do you like best about the product?
Using Hootsuite makes my job so much easier! Having all my social accounts in one place is ideal and Hootsuite makes it easy to create and edit posts. My social media engagement has increased quite a lot since I began using Hootsuite about 9 months ago. I recommend Hootsuite enthusiastically.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides. My only dislike is that I can only post to one Twitter account at a time.

Increased social media engagement and followers; ease of creating and sharing social media posts.
Easy way to manage social media!
What do you like best about the product?
By creating one post, you can send it out to multiple pages all at the same time. There is no need to go to separate social media accounts and essentially copy and paste.
What do you dislike about the product?
The company I work for does not have the budget for advertising. We are a governmental agency so we are not allowed to pay to advertise our services. The free version only allows two social media platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have many problems I am solving other than freeing up some time. The benefits are just that. Schedule a post for a day or a week in advance and let it do the work for you.

It's a real shame that we can't get Twitter to allow Hootsuite to post to more than one twitter account at a time.

Hootsuite is a social media management and analytics platform. It allows users to monitor multiple social media accounts and schedule or publish posts on multiple platforms simultaneously while providing detailed reporting and analytical capabilities. I use hootsuite to manage my organization's social media channels. It's simple and efficient, which is the reason I use it. It gives me the tools to create posts to publish and monitor social media accounts. I particularly enjoy its ability to track my comments, monitor competitors, and view my analytics reports. I can easily manage multiple client projects, social media work and save money.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We recommend Hootsuite to manage multiple social media pages in real time and generate tracking reports for post impressions and clicks. The dashboard is very easy to handle all social media posting and post performance.

The fact that it is a really complete software. Every need that I've ever had, hootsuite has responded.

Not so user-friendly at the beginning, but you get used to it.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite's user experience is top notch. I love the streams, the scheduling tool is stellar. This is old news now, but the ability to schedule instagram posts and stories was a game changer!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could be more nuanced with the permissions levels. When working with multiple clients or clients who have multiple businesses, I'd like a more granular approach to who can access what.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social media scheduling is the best! I've also used hashtag monitoring and listening streams. I am able to free up my time and my team's time by not having to scour the internet for listening and not having to manually post.
