Great for Social Media Scheduling & Engagement
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is the best platform I have used for social media scheduling. Hootsuite creates a user-friendly way to schedule your Facebook and Instagram posts, tweets and more. The calendar layout when scheduling is a very helpful tool for planning your posts days, weeks, or even months ahead of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although Hootsuite is not alone with this issue, it is very inconvenient that Hootsuite does not have the ability to post multiple Instagram photos on one post at a time. To do this, you must have a notification sent to a mobile device to post it live at that time. This is not great when you have multi-photo posts that you wish to post during off-hours.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As with most marketing professionals, social media posting cannot stop once you leave the office. Hootsuite scheduling allows professionals to plan their social content ahead of time and post during peak engagement hours, whether it's during work hours or not. Additionally, Hootsuite enables you to engage with followers by answering messages and commenting back in the platform. You can create tabs that feature each social profile, making it easy to engage with followers in a streamlined way.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how you can post to more than one social media platform at once. I handle marketing for some clients and I use it to post on their facebook and twitter accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the analytic features can be very buggy but otherwise it's a great software to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social media resolutions and conflicts for clients or my personal use.

Give Hootsuite a chance! You won't regret it.

What do you like best about the product?
I am a very organized person by nature; Hootsuite helps me organize and plan head for my advertising campaigns and posts. I can see and plan in easy, simple steps where i can easily access, change any post without having to jump through hoops! I also LOVE the streaming feature; it's very beneficial in the travel indestry!
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything lacking. Any issues with the disconnection of platforms is always a simple reconnection fix. I have no recommendations at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Utilizing hootsuite allows me to stream and see relitive posts as well as plan and post far enough in advance which effects my productivilty and ablity to promote the travel indeastery to the best of my ability.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite helps schedule posts and shares best times of day and week to post making my page reach the most people possible organically. Hootsuite also hosts webinars that help me learn more and become an expert on social media!
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much I dislike about Hootsuite. I use what I want to and don't have to use what I don't need. It's easy and clear. I wish I was better at using the evaluation tool, but that isn't because Hootsuite is bad, its because I haven't taken the time to lean how to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling posts on my social media pages was a problem before, but with Hootsuite, it is so easy and convenient. I used to wonder when to post to get the most views and engagement, but now Hootsuite tells me that too. I can also use the Canva tool under publisher and that makes it easy to have high-quality posts with great images. Finally, I can post to multiple social media pages and platforms at the same time saving me a lot of time and effort!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend you try the free account for a couple of weeks, get familiar with it, and make sure it is appropriate for you. I am willing to guess after you try it you are going to love it as much as me and want to pay a few dollars for the ease and convenience of the product! I recommend you check it out today!
Really helpful tool for business owners.
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of the scheduler is great. Just about anyone can use the features, and I personally love the calendar where I can see all channels and their content.
What do you dislike about the product?
It used to be more free... now, the free subscription only allows a few posts. I understand, but I think fewer people may use Hootsuite if they are a one-man band doing marketing and trying to stick to a tight budget.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
TIME! Instead of scheduling out by visiting Facebook, then Twittter, etc. I can do it all in one place. This leaves time to work on other important marketing goals.
The best tool for social media marketers.
What do you like best about the product?
A true time-saver. You can easily schedule posts in advance and can even duplicate posts which saves time. The calendar tool helps track posting schedules to see any gaps or conflicts with the content.
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints. I have had snafus with the free version, but with the agency version I'm currently using, it has been smooth sailing. I recommend it to all my colleagues and friends in the industry.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I mostly use it for auto-scheduling. Facebook and Pinterest allow for pre-scheduling directly on their platform, but Hootsuite is necessary for Twitter and LinkedIn. It would be nice to publish to Google My Business, too, but I assume that's more of a GMB challenge.

What do you like best about the product?
I can manage all the business profiles in 1 dashboard, never missing a comment, dm, etc.

The publisher could be more robust and allow more coding and tagging

Hootsuite saves time by allowing everything to feed into streams so I can see everything at a glance.
Friendly to use and good customer service when needed.
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that it is easy to use for anyone, even when you don't have a big knowledge with technology. I also like the fact that there is an app where you can edit a program post directly from your phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the fact that you can't program a post within the 5 mins before you want to publish. It often caused problems to me specially when I have to edit the post last minute.

Hootsuite allows our organization to track multiple inputs and statistics regarding our social media platforms. It also allows us to program everything we want in only one place instead of moving between every platform all the time.
