Easy to Use & Lets Me Get More Done in Less Time
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can schedule content ahead and post it on multiple platforms. I love that I can create drafts so I can contemplate content before posting it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything that I dislike about Hootsuite. I've used it for many years since starting my business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not having enough time and having to wear multiple hats. It also gives me help with #s on a shoestring budget so I feel that I can compete.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to schedule multiple posts at one time makes my life so much easier! Having one place to access all our social accounts really helps me stay organized and on top of them all.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any dislikes really. The platform is super simple and easy to use and navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It can be really hard to navigate between 7 social accounts. Having Hootsuite gives me the opportunity to have them all displayed on one dashboard! I can truly say our social accounts have become more productive.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is the best platform to use when you want to be in control of your social media accounts. Being able to schedule posts in advance really gives you more free time to complete other tasks!
Easy to schedule postings
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can sit doen for about an hour and schedule my whole month's social media postings. It lets me choose multiple social media outlets as well as keep track of the progress and any messages.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes my social media accounts get logged out when I don't realize it, and I have to log back in. This sometimes makes me miss some scheduled postings, but at least it is easy to reschedule!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I now have daily social media activity without having to take the time to post every day. This gives us more brand awareness and consistancy.

Easiest way to manage your social media accounts without spending all day or week on it.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that Hootsuite gives me the ability to post on multiple platforms using a single content editor. It serves as both a tremendous organizer and time-saver.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to have an easier way to copy and paste items (they format oddly) from the Twitter dashboard into emails to send to non-Twitter user staff members. I sometimes have to make them aware of tweets, but screenshots don't always work for some of them. I'm not sure what the solution is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped our organization save money because we no longer need to use multiple products to organize and schedule social media posts. It also saves us time which provides us with cost savings.
Hootsuite is a very useful Social Media Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Just added the "Teams" feature to Hootsuite so that 2 colleagues can jump in and see, reply to, engage, handle interactions with our social media channels. It's very handy to have willing collaborators and their platform makes it easy. Also like the dashboard (once you get over the learning curve to set it up) because it displays all the channels. We use the Bulk Uploading feature a lot for message posting to various channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hootsuite could be even better if customer support was faster and more robust. They should aggregate all reach and mentions so we could do our Metrics reports more easily. Would also like to be able to post to IG and Pinterest without work-arounds, but I understand this is not totallly their fault. A lot of privacy issues swirl around inside this app. Meanwhile, for price and features (I tried a lot of competitors), it rocks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves time and hassles communicating with our social team. It has smoothed the workflow for us and made replying to followers faster.

Give Hootsuite a try, once you customize it to your needs it should do a good job making your social life simpler.

What do you like best about the product?
I have used Hootsuite in 2 different roles and find it is perfect for all of my social media needs. It keeps everything organized and the dashboard makes it easy to view what's important to me at a glance without having to log into multiple social channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ability to easily switch between a company and private account within the tool would be a great time saver.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite makes all of my company's social media channels easy to organize inside of one tool. It also gives me the flexibility to give access to multiple employees which helps with social media coverage throughout the week. The ability for one member to draft a post and allow approval by another is just the icing on the cake.
Efficient, Intuitive, Effective
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite gives our very small the capacity to operate like a larger team. We can post across many social media platforms, with access to deep content development tools and in-network tools. Instagram stories can be scheduled with the use of the Hootsuite App and dropped to social with minimal taps through the system. Analytics are great and reports are customizable, can be saved and distributed to stakeholders.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am always impatient with enterprise systems — something is always missing or could be done better. HOWEVER. Hootsuite's customer service team, their developers and other staff are always willing to hear my struggle, look for a solution and put the effort in to solve the problem at hand. They have a method, project management and testing structure that ensures the functionality works as seamlessly as possible the very first time it's launched (it's still technology, so let's not get crazy and assume anything works perfectly all the time for everyone.)

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can schedule to all platforms with the same content. And, I like the streams - and being able to see everything in a glance.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that it is a little cumbersome to personalize each post for each platform. There may be a way to do this, but I haven't learned it yet. I don't like how editing sometimes triggers and additional publishing of the same post - I'm sure it is user error - but I would like it to be more intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Timing and ease of planning. I also appreciate the analytics and easy ability to see everything in a glance.
My favourite content scheduler! It's a program that I swear by.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the easy access to everything and being able to use it as a one-stop-shop for all social media. It makes me feel more efficient and like I can stress less by taking care of my social media management in advance.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I would be able to schedule Instagram reels, it would be super useful! It would also be great if I could tag other accounts right in the images on Instagram and Facebook.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite helps me to take care of all my scheduling in one shot, so I don't have to worry about it day by day. I feel that I am able to do much more, more efficiently.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
As someone who has used other social media planners and schedulers, I would definitely consider using Hootsuite over the others.
