Making Social Media Marketing Easy
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite allows me to schedule multiple posts in advance, which saves me time and allows me to plan marketing campaigns. The software also gives me suggestions regarding when my posts will be most effective. The biggest reason I love Hootsuite is its ability to post to multiple social media channels simultaneously.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my opinion, the built-in media library should be more robust. It is nice to have this feature, but your options when choosing clipart of GIFs are very limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am saving time by scheduling a time during my week when I can sit down for an hour and plan all of our social media marketing to go out throughout the week. Scheduling the posts keeps me from having to log into five different social media platforms and post throughout the week, which would not only create interruptions during my day but also would not provide our organization with opportune times to send these posts out.

What do you like best about the product?
Hoot suite is Friendly user, you can manage your social media accounts in one software. Have free trial, insights, messages, notifications and other features that will make my job more easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest! I didn't see any dislike in using hoot suite. Exempt for the payment. I suggest atleast 30days free trial for 1 month content plan and used it properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing my social media accounts using one software. Content plan, Calendar, Posting, messages, comments, insights and other features that helps me manage my social media accounts.
Easy to Use for Non-Marketing Professionals
What do you like best about the product?
While I am not in a marketing profession, I do help with the social media advertising for a nonprofit we support at my company. With no formal marketing experience, it's important to me to have an easy to use and navigate system that is foolproof for advertising. Hootsuite is exactly that!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Hootsuite disconnects accounts, which makes it a bit tricky when working on a team who manage different platforms. However, this is not a huge issue and generally easily resolved. Also, it is not possible to tag accounts on different platforms, which makes sense but then does not allow us to post on multiple accounts at the same time, basically I have to go through and do a new post per platform so I can tag the right accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to post on many platforms at the same time, which saves time. We also can schedule out posts in advance, which is so nice when you are moving at a million miles per hour and don't have the bandwidth to stop for a while each day to post- I can dedicate one time each week to schedule out posts in advance, which is great.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hootsuite is simple and user friendly- I had no training on the system and was able to use it with ease. Highly recommend for any team, tech-savvy or otherwise. The only recommendation I would make is to ensure that you know the log in information to all your accounts! Sometimes the accounts disconnect and then it gets difficult to figure out how to update.
The Best Social Media Integration Out There
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite makes social media integration and posting on multiple platforms super easy. They make scheduling so easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes links can be a bit finicky when posting across multiple channels.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Publish posts across multiple channels without having to sign in to each to do so. It's a very efficient platform that takes the headache out of posting on various channels.

If you're looking for an easy integration tool for your various social media platforms, Hootsuite makes it so easy for posting and scheduling posts.
Everything in One Place ... including the kitchen sink!
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite for business is a remarkable tool for planning, developing team content, as well as getting approvals through the proper channels. Among the competitors out there, the user interface coupled with the many features make Hootsuite the go-to for our online needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free version of Hootsuite was originally something we used without getting a professional account because it allowed 30 posts. The fact that they buttoned it down to a couple made my organization (a rescue mission) decide they needed to up the ante if we were going to do organic and paid social marketing more professionally. So while it's a bummer that they ratcheted the free versions down, it was a bonus because their service was really a godsend for us. If I had to ask for one integrated tool, it would be an integrated hashtag manager.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite has allowed us to make content that drops at optimal times on all the social networks available to us. Our planning has gone from spreadsheets in a team meeting in person to a calendar and content creation platform at Hootsuite's site.
Scheduling social media content
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is straightforward and user-friendly, especially as a novice. My job is not social media, but I need to use it to thank donors.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything at the moment. All is working as promised, and we don't experience any difficulties.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is great for scheduling posts and thank yous. We can all access the calendar as a team.

Can enhance the app to search for posts that have been scheduled & increase scheduling view to be a month

What do you like best about the product?
This is the best social media management-scheduling, posting, tagging, analysis, you name it- platform to use, by far. We love it and swear by it-it's great!
What do you dislike about the product?
My biggest concern is actually a small one, in that tagging from social account to account can be difficult if you are trying to cross tag across channels in one post.. really not a big deal at all compared to the greatness of other features, just a minor annoyance!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Recommendations to others considering the product:
I use Hoootsuite as the Social Media Coordintaor for a professional organization I am part of, American Marketing Association, and this social media management platform is so great-I highly recommend in general and for its great features, but also as I know they have packages available for different budgets, etc and is worth considering for that as well!
Never using any other platform to schedule again!
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite makes it easy for me to schedule all of my Twitter and LinkedIn content in one place. Being able to view the content in calendar form is very helpful, and the auto-publishing feature makes planning content so easy. Being able to see the feeds and mentions from both platforms is also very convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's no real big downside in my opinion! Scheduling Instagram content would make the platform a little more valuable, and perhaps high level analytics for the unpaid version as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Very few other platforms have LinkedIn and Twitter scheduling. Having both in one place is really useful and makes batching content super easy and less intimidating.

Scheduling posts is a breeze with the intuitive scheduler.

Not much, thus far. We haven't even scratched the surface with all of its abilities.

We wanted to streamline our social media strategy. Hootsuite makes this process much easier, so we launched streams for each office within our division. We also share posts, which amplifies the overall messaging.
