Scheduling and Convenience
What do you like best about the product?
Tasked with managing multiple social media platforms across several lines of business, Hootsuite allows for maximum efficiency in posting. The mobile app is beneficial for posting on the go!
What do you dislike about the product?
When featuring another organization in a post by tagging, it is easiest to look up that organization first on the social media platform to have the exact wording for tagging to save time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are optimizing efficiency by scheduling across platforms and lines of business within Hootsuite. Also, the calendar feature allows us to schedule posts ahead of time. This calendar view is great for planning as well as sharing with team members.

Hootsuite allows me to have control of my social networks, I can trust that they will always be published at the scheduled time without doing it manually. I can also have the statistics up to date and know what my audience wants

Easy to use. Hootsuite is extremely user-friendly. It is easy to understand, navigate and set up. I love that everything is in the same place. Definitely saves me a lot of time when I'm doing my work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hootsuite doesn’t have Emojis included in the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite has been extremely helpful in solving social media managing problems. Using Hootsuite makes social media management very easy and time-saving. I have a smaller team, so easy for all to use. Also been very helpful with analytics!
A great platform to learn social media management, a better platform to become an expert
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can chose periods of time to compare metrics. I also love having everything put in a very visual way for my understanding.
What do you dislike about the product?
I prefer to toggle between social media channels rather than look at both reports together.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are learning how to analyze engagement properly and make insights based on a consistent view. We've realized the benefits of transparent reporting as well as how consumers engage with messaging.

Hootsuite is worth using for social media management in all roles, from manager to user and everything in between.
Great automation service
What do you like best about the product?
The auto-update and the preplanning calendar even lets you make the changes in between the dyas without affecting the previously planned content order.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything was good, the only little inconvenience we felt was with the carousel posts where we had to post manually using their app via phone.

Consistency in posting and better ability to plan content in advance.
Hootsuite: Its both a Hoot and pretty Sweet
What do you like best about the product?
Scheduling social media releases via hootsuite means you can do all the prep work in advance and be confident that your social media posts will go out on time. Hootsuite is fairly intuitive to use and though it has depth can also be used by those with less experience.
I also enjoy the feature to shorten URLS in posts with the click of one button as well as the convenient free media library for nice pictures to accompany posts.

What do you dislike about the product?
The free version has slowly been throttling back on how many channels you can release info on at the same time for free.
Occasionally the social media channels disconnect (which is something those social media platforms do from time to time and not Hootsuite). This is more of a pain every now and then than a deal breaker. Sometimes the various social media platforms sign you out anyway just to ensure the right person is using the account so this is not that different.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to post the same thing with free media attached/featured (such as pictures from the free library) to multiple platforms at the click of a button is a huge time saver. The fact that you can schedule it for when you would otherwise be busy (or just so you can do it all in one go and then forget about it for a few days) is very convenient.

I love the automation. I like that I can schedule posts several days in advance and the ease of posting with all of the helpful tips throughout.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it may go down, but that happens with all online programs!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can post every day without having to go directly to social media to do so. I like that I can see the results of my posts and what is getting engagement and what is not.

Hootsuite makes it super convenient for a small business owner to be active across multiple social media platforms. I appreciate the ease of scheduling posts and publishing them in one shot across multiple platforms.

I have no complaints. Hootsuite works well for me.

I am promoting a learning center that opened in February of 2020. It's been a tough road working through the pandemic, and Hootsuite has provided me a powerful marketing tool.
