Hootsuite Lets Me Schedule My Posts with Ease

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Hootsutie for years, primarily for scheduling posts across different platforms. It allows me to send my message out when I'm not available to do so.
What do you dislike about the product?
Things happen and sometimes a scheduled post won't be deployed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling posts via Hootsuite - and they choosing the times to post - allows me to reach my audience to build engagement at the optimum time. I can schedule posts in advance which lets me do other tasks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's an easy platform to use with price points and benefits for all budgets. It's great for small businesses starting out and nonprofits.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite helps me on a daily basis to manage the multiple social media accounts in a timely manner

Sometimes the accounts disconnect unexpected, and I have to manually reconnect them

Managing multiple social media at the same time.
Saves time, energy and resources .
The advanced scheduling enables the content to be scheduled ahead of time , during the exact days and time ..

What do you like best about the product?
It is so easy to schedule posts and content from hootsuite. I am always stretched so thin as a nonprofit professional, so this is an amazing resource to have for scheduling all my social posts in once place.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little tricky to deal with twitter specifically since the character limit is low. I wish you could edit individual posts in one place rather than having the same content for all
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
easy and time. I don't spend a long time posting anymore, and the analytics are helpful. I am able to have a much clearer picture of what my follwers want to see by using the anaylitics. I am also able to respond to comments and messages in a more timely manner since I can access them all in one easy place.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
make use of the awesome analytics monitoring and the fact that you can monitor comments and messages on all your social media feeds by using this one app. While this app is not perfect, it is a huge time saver which is incredibly valuable to me.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite allows my colleagues and me to work together even though we are all currently working from home. We can all use the scheduling feature to contribute to our social media posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be wonderful if Hootsuite could add a "news feed" feature so that I could follow other businesses and organizations and pre-schedule shares from their pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Hootsuite to plan ahead and post more than we were previously. The analytics are helping us to track our goals for this fiscal year.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you work for a nonprofit, I would recommend Hootsuite. The nonprofit discount is generous and the program is easy to use.

Easy to use and professional

What do you like best about the product?
Post scheduling for sure. Also the ability to move posts around on when they actually post even if I already have them scheduled. Drag and drop makes it too easy!
What do you dislike about the product?
Streams page is a little bit clunky. The inactive thing can be a bit annoying as well as I tend to be on and off my laptop as I get pulled by clients. I really dislike that I can't post multiple pictures to instagram.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Regular posting. I can now schedule out posts and do my social media one day a week instead of spending far more time every day. Being able to hit a groove and schedule a weeks worth is fantastic and allows me to work more on my day to day interaction
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely give it a try, at least for a month. Engagement went up tremendously. Spend some time in it to really figure out how it works.

Excellent Social Media Management Product

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the ability to post to all social media platforms at once. I also like that Hootsuite allows me to edit photos within the application instead of editing them before uploading. Hootsuite also now shows me the best times to post to each platform to maximize visibility, which I appreciate.
What do you dislike about the product?
We occasionally get disconnected from our social media platforms, and it can be difficult to reconnect sometiems. I understand this is probably for security purposes though, and we do want to keep our accounts as secure as possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite makes it easy to schedule multiple posts in advance. We save a great deal of time by posting everything at once in one place, and if we need to edit or update anything before the scheduled posting date, we know where to find the content and quickly change it. Hootsuite has made big changes to make it easier to post multiple photos to Instagram, which we use on a regular basis.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure to have a few administrators on the Hootsuite account so that if one person is not available to update or maintain it, someone else has access to make changes before posts are scheduled to go out.

Efficient and Insightful

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite has come a long way in its efficiency of publishing and managing our social media platforms. It allows us to publish on our 90+ storefront pages at the same time, while having oversight on our thought leaders and corporate brand pages. In addition, its inbox helps to manage engagement efficiently with "saved responses." It had helped our team cut down the time of responding to common questions. Lastly, our favorite features are analytics and insights. Hootsuite's newest metric features have allowed us to see our optimal publishing times. Can't wait to see what else Hootsuite will roll out!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see Hootsuite provide more metrics when it comes to LinkedIn profiles, especially metrics on videos (i.e. media views, views on post/impressions, etc.)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting insights on LinkedIn profiles for our thought leaders has been our biggest issue, but the overall use of Hootsuite for our thought leaders has been very helpful, especially when it comes to scheduling, publishing, engaging, and oversight.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the publishing tool that is available for use in Hootsuite. It is helpful when planning ahead and saving time. This tool also makes social media planning presentations go smoothly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, it can get a bit complicated when connecting social platforms and making sure you have all of the correct permissions turned on or off. I feel like this can be improved by working with social media platform companies to make things more comprehensive for the user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am saving so much time using Hootsuite. It helps me plan months ahead on multiple social media platforms. Not to mention running multiple business accounts!

What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that I can schedule out my content a month in advance. It makes me feel accomplished and confident the task is complete.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to dislike... The only issue I run into is the odd time a post does not schedule out accordingly. But I can usually troubleshoot it on my own within the hour.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite assists with my time management skills, as I can schedule out my social media content and not worry. This allows me to prioritize other tasks accordingly.

The platform is very easy to use. Pretty self-explanatory with a lot of helpful areas if needed.
