Makes moderating easier

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and filters comments more efficiently than Facebook itself
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't find comments I've already actioned. I can't see Instagram private messages. Also when you click on a user, it won't link directly to their Facebook page - only just brings up their profile pic
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Facebook Inbox itself is really clunky and hard to navigate. Hootsuite makes moderating comments so much easier.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Stop relying on Facebook's clunky Inbox. Hootsuite will save you the time and effort so you can get back to business

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to login remotely anywhere in the world and plan the whole weeks social media posts in one go on a timed bases
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes dosnt connect to Instagram but this is down to the social media network not hootsuite

Time saving which is cost saving to us

What do you like best about the product?
Handful insights in seconds
A complete and fast overview of the performance and feed of all corporate social profiles.
A board that allows a good collaborative efforts between coworkers
What do you dislike about the product?
Analytics for Facebook is odd at the moment. It doesn't recollect, for example, impressions per publication.
Tik Tok analytics is advancing well, but still far from what you can get from other social media. Hope this gets better asap.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Less time used in producing reports.
A more complete perspective on how well our corporate social profile are performing.
A more efficient effort in interacting with our audience.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Worth taking a look at it. It is a way better option to manage and measure a corporate portfolio of social profiles, than manually. It fits most of my necessities as responsible of the communications area and has been a time savior regarding reporting and strategy analytics

It is easy to use, and love the report templates

that I cannot program stories and videos the same way I program posts, I mean doing it directly to the social networks

All social network programming, we can just plan the whole month with this tool

What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy to schedule a whole campaign then not even have to give it another thought. I like that I can schedule posts for all times of day to help me engage my audiences both sides of hte Atlantic. I can log in to Hootsuite and see all my channels at a glance too.
What do you dislike about the product?
The annual fee for adding more platforms is a bit off-putting but the free version works for me :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can engage my audiences across different time zones with scheduling and I can map out a whole campaign and run it without having to keep checking different platforms constantly. Hootsuite is helping me run a microbusiness around a busy life, and it's helping me be more effective in my marketing.

Great tool for communications teams

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the ability to schedule posts across platforms. The new functionality of duplicating posts is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I really appreciate the ability to tag our followers, the system sometimes makes me work really hard to find them, ie we are a foundation for a school system which we tag a lot. It's not always the first one to come up and sometimes I have to really search for it. I wish there were "favorites" for the tagged followers we use most often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During Covid when everyone was off-site, it was helpful to have an application that we could share. The year-over-year and customizable analytics are also super helpful. That's not a function that we use frequently, but I imagine in an agency environment that would be very helpful. It was nice to know I had some analytics at my fingertips for board meetings.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I've been very happy with Hootsuite. It's the management platform that I've used from the beginning, and I appreciate its updates. The customer service team was very helpful when I wanted to change my contract from my personal account to a business account. I highly recommend this product!

What do you like best about the product?
scheduling helps with workflow disruptions
What do you dislike about the product?
too difficult to reschedule posts when posting to multiple platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't need to pause my day to post at a certain time. I can schedule a whole week or month's worth of posts in one afternoon.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hootsuite will help you take your social media to the next level! It takes the stress out of posting at premium times. I also love the free Hootsuite webinars and trend reports.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is incredibly easy to use. The interface is user friendly and it's easy to learn. I use it for Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. It's an affordable option for a small organization like ours.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I wish was an option is to be able to edit all platform posts at once -- for example, I set something up, the same post to go out on three platforms. But if I have to change the time, I have to go in individually for each one and it's more time consuming that way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of having a reactionary social media strategy vs. one planned in advance. It takes out the guess work and stress. Another big benefit is just being able to visually see your social media calendar through the publisher tool.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you take on many roles and work for a small organization, Hootsuite is a lifesaver because it allows you to set it and forget it, essentially. It makes it much easier to create your social strategy and graphics in advance.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to keep all media streams in one place - for posts, analytics, comments/replies for every major social media presence.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost of adding even one more team member.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With a presence on multiple social media and internet sites, posting and tracking can be an organizational headache. Tracking analytics and insights across platforms can be a chore. With Hootsuite, everything is in one place and analytics are compiled and emailed in one place.

The cap on Twitter accounts is tricky for a business with multiple ones.
