What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part is scheduling posts! It has been a live saver and extremely helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more compatibility with social media stories.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can organize content quickly and identify when I need to schedule posts. I can also use the analytics feature to see our engagement rates across platforms to determine where improvements need to occur.

It is a beneficial platform if you are coordinating several social media platforms.
Great tool for Marketing
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is a lifesaver for me! As a one person marketing team, this has allowed me to free up a lot of time by planning and scheduleing posts in advance. While it hasn't happened yet, I look forward to being able to schedule posts while I go on vacation and trust that they will roll out on time and in the ways I've planned them. Also, I aprpeciate the ability to make edits after scheduling. That comes in handy!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Hootsuite could help me pick and plan tag and hashtags. I find that I have to spend a lot of time and effort finding good tags, but I think it would be pretty useful to add a feature where you can search and include popular tags on your posts rather than having to type them all out by hand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When holidays fall on weekends, I don't have to get up and rush to post things first thing in the morning on a day off. I also really appreciate that everything publishes simultaneously, rather than me having to visit each site and try to sync up their posting. It saves time and allows me to stay on top of our brand without spending all my time monitoring social media.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just give it a try! It will absolutely make life easier if you manage more than one social media page.
Hootsuite Makes Social Media Management a Breeze
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to schedule posts in advance is the biggest draw for me personally. The feature is saves so much time and allows me to enjoy my weekends without having to worry about our social channels. If there is an issue with a post and it does not go through, they send me an email so that I can quickly rectify it. The analytics dashboard is also invaluable! Hootsuite dashboards provide a birds-eye view on the performance of our many social campaigns. We can quickly analyze the results and create reports and the click of a button.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the social account will disconnect from Hootsuite — often at the most inopportune times; however, I do not believe that this issue is the fault of Hootsuite. More likely, the problems stem from the social networks themselves. Perhaps an API was changed or updated overnight, which can create unavoidable issues for Hootsuite customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite quickly and efficiently gives me a broad overview of my many social channels. Roughly speaking, it is a command center. I rarely have to leave Hootsuite to accomplish a task. I can schedule content, monitor social channels, and create reports all in one space. While there are many off-brand social media management tools out there, they are just that: off-brands. Hootsuite is the industry standard for a reason.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to schedule posts in advance. When I see something I want to share, I can schedule it so I'm not sharing everything at once. It streamlines taking a professional approach.
What do you dislike about the product?
Scheduling a post works really fast on my iPhone, but a bit slower on my MacBook. However, both work well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I want to consistently share relevant content with my followers and Hootsuite is an easy way to do that. I don't have to find content each day. When I see it, I schedule it. Easy!
Great for multiple users
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite has an easy-to-use interface for scheduling and managing across all of our social platforms. It is also nice to be able to have multiple users who don't have to connect their personal profiles to log into our social channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this point, we have not found anything that we dislike about Hootsuite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of use between multiple users and preventing sending mistaken messages from personal accounts.
A Critical Tool for Social Medfia
What do you like best about the product?
I've used Hootsuite for years. It is easy to use and posts on multiple social sites with only a few clicks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall there is little to dislike. The Instant Chat feature does not always get a response and the support response sometimes takes 24 hours--and I suspect they are overseas (outside of the USA) do I understand and give them grace.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite helps me reach my social connections on a consistent and regular basis--and I have over 190,000 Twitter followers and over 19,400 LinkedIn Connections. I can engage with my followers using one tool--Hootsuite.

We like the scheduling feature and the fact that we can use as a team.

WE dislike taht there is no customer service phone to call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to review and schedule all of our posts whicjh is beneficial to the team.
Easy & Organized
What do you like best about the product?
I love the calendar scheduling and how easy it is to just plug in my posts for days/weeks/months at a time and I can leave them and know that Hootsuite will post them as scheduled.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could opt to "repost" an existing item without having to completely recreate it. If this option exists, I haven't found it yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
time management for sure! As mentioned above, I can schedule posts across multiple media outlets and then walk away. Something that was taking me an hour or more A DAY to do across multiple social media profiles, now only takes 15-30mins a WEEK to blast something out to all of them at the times/days I choose.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want a simple platform to be able to save you time/money/energy on what you post to your social media outlets - Hootsuite is a great application to do just that. I've loved having my time back so that I can work on other projects and know that Hootsuite will do the work for me by posting when I want them to go out to our various Social Media outlets.
When you don't have staff allocated to social media
What do you like best about the product?
Planning posts in advance helps me manage my work.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free account is now limited to posting only five posts at a time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have one person charged with all communications responsibilities. The ability to plan posts assures we have a regular facebook presence.
