The BEST social media manaher
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it connects with all the major social media networks. Not all similar companies do this so you're posting with one to post to Pinterest and Instagram, then you sign up for another to schedule posts to Twitter... it's defeating the purpose of social media management. Even Hootsuite's free versions offer so much. Hootsuite is the only social media coordinator you need!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the scheduling could be even more precise than every 15 minutes on the dot. There's honestly very little I could say that I dislike!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not having to have multiple social media management tools is one. The whole point of social media managing is being able to manage them all from one place! Hootsuite's dashboard even has the ability to monitor notifications and messages, it's not just for scheduling posts!
And of course being able to schedule posts, duplicate and adjust for different platforms, is such a benefit over posting manually to each individual platform. I was spending so much time on this task in my early days before discovering Hootsuite. I was recommended and tried other companies but Hootsuite is the clear front runner.

Makes Social Media Scheduling SO easy!
What do you like best about the product?
I think seeing the week ahead so I can schedule out posts. Such a timesaver! Formats my images to fit the specs for each account quickly and easily as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike honestly. It's a great system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management and consistency with SM posts has increased engagement for us.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly reccomment Hootsuite if you are looking for a way to minimize the time you spend schedling and posting content.
Convenient and affordable!
What do you like best about the product?
I used Hootsuite for a small college organization a few years back where I managed multiple social media platforms at one time. Using Hootsuite made it so much easier to post across many platforms. Now, I use Hootsuite for a large company with many sub-companies, all with their own social handles. Hootsuite allows me to post curated content at specific times and dates, and I don't have to worry about missing a post. I like how I can track all my scheduled content in the planner, which makes planner my favorite tool on Hootsuite.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hootsuite really does so much, it's hard to find something negative about it. The only thing I can mention is that you can not automatically post carousel posts on Instagram via Hootsuite. Instead, you have to get a reminder from Hootsuite to post and your caption gets copied and pasted for you. So, if you're someone who doens't have time to worry about posting on your own, you can not post carousels. I also do not like how I can not tag someone in the scheduling tool. Even if it looks like you've tagged them, when the post actually gets published the tag goes away.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite solves my company's issue of being overwhelmed with so many social media platforms. It lets us post directly to each of our pages with an easy scheduling tool and we don't have to worry about time consuming posting schedules. There are other benefits like seeing all messages and comments in one section on Hootsuite versues looking individually on all platforms.

I recommend reaching out to a sales rep at Hootsuite if you have never used it before. These reps can help navigate Hootsuite for you and give you tips on how to best market your business.

The ability to manage our Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook in one place has saved countless hours.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to see the Instragram grids improve to work more like third party tools we utilize.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can manage 4 accounts in one place, while creating our entire social calendar for the entire month.

I love being able to plan things out so that even if I am off work, our social media is taken care of.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike when my posts fail and I do not get a notice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, I do not have problems and the benefits are being able to have everything planned and done so that I am not stressing about it.
Scheduling Made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
I love the simplicity of been able to create a post and schedule across multiple platforms simultaneously, all the while getting active feedback on the fit of my post to each of the platforms I have selected
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I would be able to create a post and repeated across multiple dates such as weekly when it's a promotional post that I want to pop up in my feed on a regular basis
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I wanted a tool that had all the integrations that I needed, made the process simple, in allowed me easy visibility into my current status and upcoming schedule.

any application is but a tool, not an answer to everything. Make sure it does what you need it to do before you commit I hope you're as happy as I am using the product.
A Great Tool for Managing Social Media
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Hootsuite makes social media more manageable and easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the image editor on Hootsuite is buggy, especially with inputting text. The text at times gets truncated or warped. The only way to fix this is to reupload the image and keep trying until it works.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Hootsuite, I'm not only able to post more efficiently across multiple social media platforms, but I'm also able to keep up with the community around my social media when our account is tagged. This is a great benefit because I don't always have time to open each social media app and keep up with the community.
The best social media scheduler I’ve used!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can add Facebook groups, Facebook business pages, and Instagram all in one place!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could see two clients on different social media platforms at the same time on the calendar and during scheduling. I would also love to see a content library.

I'm saving so much time and staying extra organized.
Best Software for Social Sharing and Monitoring
What do you like best about the product?
Hootesuite has a great calendar tool for scheduling your posts. Images are made available from opengraph so you can quickly get through your tasks. Analytics is something that many competitors are not offering and Hootesuite's is the best by far, you can easily find all the KPI's you need to see if you are successful or not.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboard is a little bit too busy, everything is very big so if you have multiple streams to keep an eye on, there's a lot of scrolling to do. The pricing is on the higher side but with so many features, its worth the money.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I went from manually posting to scheduling my posts which has saved me countless hours of work. Now I can concentrate on finding/creating content to post. I've also been able to get more insight into my progress with the analytics view which shows me all the KPI's I need to continue growing my social media accounts.
Easy to use Social Media Integration platform
What do you like best about the product?
HootSuite is simple to use with excellent user workflow as well as excellent customer service. There are also multiple Social Networking Sites which would be really impressive for most smaller firms. I would like to have many tracking post status and scedule in social networks, which saves a lot of time and entrance in social media posts for my staff and me. This leads us to invest a lot of time in each channel, benefiting our long-term success. Another advantage is that they had a free version for people with smaller costing plan. It can be used and learned by everyone at any level of expertise. Multi-streams are really useful when you see all the clutterns from any social network.
What do you dislike about the product?
However, the reporting export feature seems to be basic and restricted even we can anylize from their platform. I get more from uploading raw data and through my research from the social media platform. If you'd like a whole group on their platform, this can be very complex.

media posts can be posted during off peak. becasue of that I save even more time by having my posts scheduled for many social media sites , such as the customizable tags listed. There is sometimes much on the premium edition, however for a small business, they have all the options to get started.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
They have impressive free functionality, So test it in advance. Begin with this platform and learn everything , if you need to, you could continue to be more professional on your socila media post announcement. however Hootsuite do not offer more analytical options.
