Makes scheduling social media easy!
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to schedule out our posts and see them all in one place, it makes me able to focus on other things and let the social media roll out without me physically doing it myself. Also great for monitoring social conversations and streams.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike about using Hootsuite, I think it's great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social media posting can be very time consuming, but by batching these tasks using hootsuite, I am able to get it all taken care of together and free up time for other work which is so valuable.
Great free social media management tool
What do you like best about the product?
As I used hootsuite within a small startup with limited ressources, the main benefit of the tool was that we could use it for free as long as you don't want to manage too many accounts with it. It can save you a lot of time managing several channels like facebook, linkedin and instagram by letting you post something on all three platforms simultaneously.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the post editor was a bit buggy, especially tagging people did not always work as it could not find their profiles. Also the emojis need rework as they don't appear on the platforms as they did in the editor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used it as a communications manager to manage our social media profiles, e.g. see when we're tagged, answer comments and schedule posts for all channels on one central platform. That saved a lot of time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You should check the tools functionalities beforehand, e.g. how the posts appear on the channel in the end when being send out by hootsuite.
Great for keeping up with multiple social accounts!
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is awesome for planning out social media posts, and posting automatically. It's great if you run multiple social media accounts for your business. Hootsuite will save you a ton of time when it comes to keeping up with posting on each platform. The moble app is also extremely helpful for when you have to create, edit, or check posts on the go. The analytics is also very useful. You can see all the data for each post in one simple dashboard, which helps you create better content in the future. You can even answer social media messages through Hootsuite, which helps make sure no questions or messages slip through the cracks. Their overall website is also very helpful, as they provide many articles in their "Resources" section, including posts on social marketing, trends, management, and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
This isn't really a Hootsuite issue, but it's more of an issue with Instagram and Facebook. If those social platforms notice that your posts are coming from a 3rd party like Hootsuite or Loomly, the algorithms will "push" your posts down so they don't get as many views or interactions. I'm also not a huge fan of the price, which is the main reason we decided to cancel our Hootsuite subscription. We were paying about $130/month, which was a lot for a social media management platform, especially when you're running a small business. If the price came down a bit, we would love to reinstate our account!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time and energy! Hootsuite allows us to create posts in advance, and then publish them automatically, which saves us a ton of time on a daily basis. We can keep up with holidays, promotions, campaigns, and allow all of our platforms to look consistent together. I like referring to previous posts in order to make sure we're not duplicating posts on similar topics, making our content stay relevant and interesting.
Social network administration for interaction with customers.
What do you like best about the product?
We have had no problems using Hootsuite for the management of our company's social network accounts. I like how easy this tool allows us to schedule publications on our different social network profiles and at the same time how easy it is to interact with our followers in the same control panel.
What do you dislike about the product?
It might seem expensive or not, depending on the needs of the company or the user in question.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By managing our accounts in various social networks, Hootsuite has helped us in some way to expand our reach and gain new followers because of how easy it is to maintain a long activity and interact with our customers, all comfortably from a friendly control panel.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would definitely recommend Hootsuite for any type of company that wants to impact and keep in constant interaction with the general public through a resource as useful as social networks are today.

Sometimes the social posts don't publish, although this is infrequent, it does happen from time to time. This is the same with other platforms as well, so I don't blame them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Been able to reduce the amount of time I spend managing and posting to accounts drastically. Also, we are able to save time by providing everyone visibility into what is happening in our social media channels.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely consider them. A bit pricier than other platforms, but includes more tools and is easier to manage. They also write great blog posts, to help you with social media marketing.

The main problem being solved is consistency. Not having to post "in the moment" from a cell phone is proving to be invaluable

Hootsuite is absolutely necessary!
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite has enabled us to schedule FB, Twitter and Instagram posts far in advance - when platforms like FB have made it nearly impossible to do so. Hootsuite is easy to use - and what you see (in the preview) is what you get on social media.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little tricky to set up (connect to various social media platforms), but it's worth the effort.

Hootsuite enables us to post to multiple social media platforms - all on the same screen. It saves me SO much time!

Do your research. But you'll be wise to choose Hootsuite to manage your social media campaigns.
Hootsuite strengthens social network publications.
What do you like best about the product?
I love it because I can manage to promote my projects on social networks in an automatic and programmed way. The support is totally amazing, I have no communication problems with the people in charge of Hootsuite. It works very fast and easy to access. I've also done campaigns, brand reviews and customer follow ups with efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hootsuite must have a more advanced preview of the campaigns or projects to be uploaded to the social networks, so I can make adjustments before publishing.

It gives us a series of positive results in campaigns, social networking projects, brand building, and everything related to advertising. Our projects have the impact we want in social networks. It imposes a new form of showiness and presentation of products in any market.

I recommend this program because of its incredible reach in social networks, we have increased followers and the feedback is acceptable. It will help you grow in terms of advertising.
Hootsuite brings many alternatives for account control
What do you like best about the product?
Depending on the hootsuite plan, you can manage 3 accounts up to an unlimited number of them. In the case of my agency, it works with the professional version, and my job is to create a publication schedule within hootsuite, which is without problems.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you have too many customers added to the platform, searching for them when scheduling a post can take time if the search tab stops working. This problem happens very rarely, and as for the rest of the service, it works well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having such a detailed post planner that it can be expanded to different dates has proven to be handy for creating very long-term posts. Multiple contributors can be attached to posts if corrections are needed.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Buying the Premium version of hootsuite is a great idea in the long term, as there are many benefits, such as the difference in the number of accounts that can be attached to the platform and the people who can be granted publishing permissions.
Hootsuite is a Social Media Manager's Best Friend!
What do you like best about the product?
I've used several social media managing platforms and Hootsuite is by far the best! The scheduling tool is very functional, allowing you to plan posts across multiple channels and format copy and images per platform. It also includes an excellent analytics section, where you can design your own reports based on metrics you want to track and what timelines you prefer to review. Additionally, you can review comments and messages directly on the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only platform that we use that is not included in the analytics section is Pinterest. This makes it a little difficult to easily generate reports as everything has to be done manually. Additionally, we had trouble getting Pinterest pins to post once they were scheduled. However, with a recent update, those glitches seem to have resolved themselves.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem we are solving by using Hootsuite is the amount of time we save in scheduling social media posts. Everything can be scheduled directly on the platform at one time, whether you plan your social content weekly, monthly, or quarterly. It also allows you to make changes easily by clicking and dragging a post to another time slot if you need to. The automatic analytic reports also are a huge time saver. You have to do a bit of leg work to get them set up the way you prefer, but once you have a template, it's easy to generate the reports you need per platform or combined. This tool has definitely made my life easier as a social media manager!
