Hootsuite Changed Our Social Media Presence

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to schedule future social media messages and saving drafts of my messages so I don't have to reinvent them if I want to repost them at a future time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the only thing that I would change is the file size limit that they product puts on graphics. I often have to reduce the file size to get a graphic to post and this sometimes makes the graphic grainy looking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to schedule our social media posts weeks or months in advance and also send out one message on multiple social platforms at one time.

What do you like best about the product?
User friendly
I can see previous post to ensure I am not doubling up.
Perfect for LinkedIn and Insta.
What do you dislike about the product?
ummmm
NOTHING.....although a friend has had some issues with an mp4 not uploading and being told "LinkedIn does not accept videos"
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows you to batch posts to the above platforms and schedule as needed.
I can set up the posts at a time that suits me and they will publish at the designated time

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is a platform full of alternatives to make managing accounts on social networks comfortable. Its strong point remains as far as possible that it is to manage more than one account within it, depending directly on the plan obtained or the number of accounts to work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Shared view makes post management a bit difficult. By this we mean that it is much better to manage social networks separately, since in this way more details are taken into account for each publication than would be seen with less screen space.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The amount of time saved by not switching accounts each time you publish is enormous. Hootsuite was one of the pioneering platforms in the application of this utility, and due to the good organization of the publication boards it is easy to organize.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hootsuite doesn't just seem to be indispensable for speedy social media management. A notable advantage for which we must recommend the platform is because it continues to eventually add new networks to work with, demonstrating that it remains at the forefront.

Managing tasks is much easier with Hootsuite

What do you like best about the product?
Managing projects when you do not have much experience in the area is usually very difficult, that is why when applying strategies, and working as a team is essential for a project to walk correctly, so using Hootsuite has been the greatest peace of mind that We have as a work team, the progress and changes made in each project are stored there, so all members are always aware of everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is an extraordinary platform, but it tends to be very complicated for people who are not familiar with the software and the interface since it is very robust, so they should include user tutorials once the application is downloaded for those who have never had contact with CRM software, personally for me it is wonderful, you can do everything with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With our work, clients are amazed, they ask us to advertise their brands on social networks and Web pages with HootSuite, the multiple flow of republications is very easy and simple, it is the easiest way to stay active in networks without wasting so much time. The time we save is really valuable.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is the best CRM software that exists, for small, medium and large companies, so do not hesitate to use it, no matter how small your company is, it is a tool that will serve you well.

A Single Platform to Manage Your Social Media Networks.

What do you like best about the product?
It provides tools for the management of social media. It allows user to schedule and update posts on your social media accounts which include twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, WordPress, Instagram and many other social media platforms. Its dashboard is providing tabs to organize and connect all social media platforms to Hootsuite. It aligns your social media organization with security and team management. It helps in notifying you about what the audience is saying about your brand and how they are responding to it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Point systems and analytic reports may be expensive. It may not provide Facebook insights. It may be complex to use it for users that are not familiar with it. It may not allow you to post multiple images at a time on Instagram. It provides URL shorteners but they are more expensive than other tools. Previews of summaries are not available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You can manage your social media accounts through one platform, you don’t need other persons to manage your accounts and share your passwords. You don’t need to hire teams for management of your networks. It is mostly used by utility companies or mobile networks. It helps the user to efficiently respond to their mentions, messages and comment on social media networks. You can monitor customer engagement on your brands and can find your competitors more easily.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to teach new team members how to use its interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I felt the way of managing scheduling could be more fast tracked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it for scheduling clients social media accounts. One of the huge benefits are multi account scheduling.

Give it a try, it can be very useful.

The best automation in social networks in one place

What do you like best about the product?
From the beginning it has helped us as a company to manage our social networks from the comfort of our servers. Everything is very easy to use and program, the control panel shows us the feed since we logged in and all the publication options with time. You navigate very well on the platform. In turn, you can respond from right there from the main control panel without having to go directly to the social network or be making many clicks outside the panel.
What do you dislike about the product?
It still needs to improve and update several things. We are expecting integrations of stories on Instagram and also integrations from Google My Business. Another point against is that we have not been able to schedule the publication of several photos on Instagram and we have only been able to set time for one photo per publication.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We improve managing multiple pages through each social network from the control panel and it gives us a great power in each publication, it is one of the best features of Hootsuite.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We have expanded through Instagram and Facebook at the moment, but we are studying to expand through LinkedIn and YouTube and we are studying it since Hootsuite allows us to manage many social networks from the comfort of the control panel in any of the plans that we have assets whether free or paid. In conclusion, Hootsuite is highly recommended by us and our clients.

Intuitive UI and detailed analytics

What do you like best about the product?
1. The calendar view to see the scheduled posts
2. Different level permissions which allow me to have student interns on Hootsuite
3. I can choose from lots of social media platforms to put on Hootsuite
4. Integrates with other products
5. Organized dashboard with lots of tabs to choose from
6. The customer support is amazing, helpful and friendly. They let me ask lots of questions and follow up on the ones they can't answer.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. Connecting social media accounts to Hootsuite was difficult for me. Some kept disconnecting, others said I didn't have permission. Took a while to sort that out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I now have an automatic way of approving posts without interns having to create a spreadsheet, I approve it, they put it into Hootsuite, I check again for approval. Now they just upload to Hootsuite, I review, and posts are scheduled. The analytics are great so I'm able to make more informed decisions about social media strategy.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I've used several different scheduling platforms over the past 7 years and I always go back to Hootsuite. Usually, I'm trying out other scheduling platforms because I've been asked to try something cheaper than Hootsuite but there is a reason Hootsuite Enterprise costs what it does - you get everything. It is absolutely worth the investment especially if you have multiple social media accounts.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Hootsuite is that I like being about to write one post and it will upload the same post to your social media sites. I also like being able to see majority of your past postings to avoid duplication. Another upside is that they offer a free version for those who have certain needs for the application.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hootsuite can be a little confusing when editing posts. I also created a post and saved it as a draft. It took me a while to finally locate and access my drafted post. To make it easier, there should be a button for "saved drafts" on the main dashboard/home screen of Hootsuite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite has made posting to social media accounts easy with one step versus having to post to each individual site. You can also create posts in advance with future scheduling.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For new business owners and even those starting to market, Hootsuite is a great platform, especially to those new to social media. I would certainly recommend giving it a try.
