Organize and maintain updated social networks
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is one of the best options that can be found to constantly organize and maintain updated social networks. It has advanced features to analyze what are the topics in trends that allow you to keep updated the content that is shared on social networks. It also allows you to save time and plan what content will be published every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Outside the price that is a bit high there is nothing in the operation and features that Hootsuite possesses that I can criticize negatively. It is a very complete tool!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is a tool that allows us to keep our social networks updated and makes it easier for us to schedule content for a whole month if I require it. I don't see myself using another tool similar to this in a long time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Content programming is a function that Hootsuite executes like no other tool and will save you a lot of time just for this function I highly recommend it.

What do you like best about the product?
Pricing is great. Organizational Structure and Flexibility are what sold us. You can add people to different teams and change permission levels. So multiple people can have access to the same account with different permission levels. It makes working as a team very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
They can't schedule recurring posts (December 2019) and their bulk uploader makes you have to reattach images and videos each time (instead of pulling from a content library) - slows the process down when you're working with multiple clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working as a team and having the visibility we need is great. Being able to play with our organizational structure is nice to give and limit access to certain clients is definitely a must. Also - Hootsuite allows you to preview what a post is going to look like, this is surprisingly helpful.

I like the fact i can post to multiple platforms at once. This saves considerable time.

I think there could be more tools available. Better
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I previously had to login to 5 social network snow i can do it all with hoot suite which is much quicker

Hootsuite is a good time saver but if you are looking for a full suite of tools then hootsuite seems to me to be lacking something - I'm sure what it is lacking but I'm yet to find a social media tool that has what i need so this is not a slant at hootsuite. It's a great tool

What do you like best about the product?
I like Hootsuite because it allows me schedule social media content, easily interact with my target audience, and track my analytics all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
There were issues connecting a few social media accounts to my Hootsuite account and I had been consistently reaching out to their support team to solve the issue. I had to wait a month before I finally received assistance and got the issue fixed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite solves the issue of having to scroll and search through my feed to view what my audience is up to. Plus, it allows me to visually see my scheduled content and track my marketing results.
Implementation, workflow, collaborative management and social media impact is just good!
What do you like best about the product?
This is a simple solution that works well, reliable, with various options to manage a business's social media marketing and workflow. We can just pipeline various posts and just let the Hootsuite manage it according to the set timeline. The ease at which it lets Social Media Managers work, and let them concentrate and invest time on content generation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a lot to say. Scalability comes as an issue when there are over 500 posts to make for an organization. Integration along with recent Social Media apps can be quick.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We solve Social Media Marketing and running ads on Facebook, Instagram Linkedin, and Twitter. Single-click to share on all the platforms at one go. We can also set up a timeline and let Hootsuite take care of it!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Well, it's the most popular social media management tool. Any startup that cannot afford a dedicated SMM Team opts Hootsuite. The pricing and options are affordable. However, I'd want Hootsuite to consider company size and roll-out bills respectively. This would attract more customers.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite oversights your social media accounts and it grants you access to all the other sites from one platform and supervises your postings. It is subsidized by many social media accounts. It provides me plan posting in advance and I can compute schedule posts in real-time. You can build reports of analytics of your each social media application properties.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is pretty much expensive when you get to extend more apps you need to pay monthly or yearly. Free accounts are limited. You cannot manage more than three social media accounts in free accounts. You must have faced some bugs while auto-scheduling your post and when they are auto-posted. They take up a lot of time. There are restrictions in adding pictures you cannot add everywhere you want.

Hootsuite is one of the most powerful social media management platforms that help you control your various sites from a single dashboard platform such as Twitter, Google+, LinkedIn, etc. you can schedule your post easily in advance so it will be posted later on time. It analyzes your data that how well your particular social media is working with readable charts. It generates proper reports so you can get it in printable form as well.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite does not only keep the bar up a notch but also provide webinars to keep users and non-users of the tool updated on the latest advancements/ news on digital and social media marketing as well as how Hootsuite makes the lives of social media marketers easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
N/A as my Hootsuite experience was limited to the plan that my former management got.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Content scheduling, analytics, and monitoring were the features that I needed the most. There were many benefits in using Hootsuite as it automates my tasks as a strategic social media manager as I didn't have to do manual postings, data analysis, and monitoring since the data and features that I needed were already part of Hootsuite's services.

Great Social Media Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Planning social media posts in advance and monitoring them through the site

Paid subscription needed to post more than 30 posts at a time

I'm able to update a social media calendar for the company weeks in advance which is super helpful. This is a huge benefit as I act as a consultant for the company and it saves me time for my full time job

What do you like best about the product?
I like the Hootsuite app tool, great free tool for beginners and small social media teams! It's easy to use and has just about all of the basics you could need to start scheduling and managing social. Because it easy to use on my social media accounts for my everyday use. I tried it many times and it is very useful! Try this Hootsuite app tool to see what I mean. I still like to log onto individual social networks and post on there in real-time. I like Hootsuite for managing and responding to comments and DMs as I prefer using a computer and typing and checking the spelling. Don't use Hootsuite as your only tool. Kind of a pain to do it separate/manually, but you get a better post/product in return. For example, you often can't add multiple images to a post or do a carousel-style post as you could directly within Facebook. Like most SaaS products that have a free version, there are limitations. You really need to go into networks and manually update them as well. Hootsuite hasn't cracked down on life yet either and lives video is a great tool! Thank you!

Hootsuite for Lettering Business
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy this product makes it to merge my social media platforms together and keep all my information organized and easily accessible in one location on an easy to use interface. It is especially helpful due to the fact that I manage multiple accounts for multiple businesses, so being able to keep all my personal small business information in one place takes care of a great deal of my time I would spend organizing. It is helpful for a small business with only on employee - me!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about the service is the price. I feel it is a bit expensive for the amount of service it provides. This would be my main complaint because other than that I truly do love the program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using Hootsuite to monitor and manager all my social media accounts. Sometimes I can't remember what I did and did not post on certain platforms. This is a great way to keep track of my posting as well as posting by others in the community.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend Hootsuite for anyone trying to manager more than one social media account, especially if someone has a small business account on top of all private/personal accounts. Without Hootsuite, I feel my posts would not be as effective or even posted to the correct page!
