Love it how easy it integrates
What do you like best about the product?
I love to use hootsuite to integrate all my social media profiles into one place
What do you dislike about the product?
the integration with Instagram and LinkedIn is not good at all. It always logs out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it makes it so much easier, and posting is not as time-consuming as before.

better interfaces with linkedin and instagram. automatic posts to instagram

You can schedule Facebook, Twitter and Instagram in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
The analytics for Instagram wasn't very accurate in comparison to the analytics available directly with Insta.

Helps decrease the time when producing reports on social media.

Hootsuite is a popular choice for many social media marketers. It is easy to use, cheap or even free to implement and helps cut time when organising posts and checking to see what is going out and when.

I find it easy to visualise the different posts and see what day needs content and what media needs what

That you can’t post a video on LinkedIn!

Easy to Manage Multiple Social Media Accounts at Once
What do you like best about the product?
It's all in one place. I can easily see what's published and what's planned for all clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the reporting was more robust for my package type. I'd love to have reports sent to me automatically.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We manage social media for many clients, and it would be impossible without a tool like HootSuite. We also use it for reporting, so we can adjust our strategy accordingly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a good fit if you have multiple social media accounts to manage. However, look at how many networks can be managed under the plan you are considering. Also, Instagram options are very limited. Consider another tool for that.
Hootsuite - you cannot do social media management without it.
What do you like best about the product?
The streams make it possible to listen to the audience of multiple social media brands and their assets that you manage. Additionally, bulk uploading is a "god send" because if you are also coming up with content during a campaign you want to make sure that everything is loading in a timely fashion to the client's audience.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of glitches when software's close their API and Hootsuite has to navigate that change. The mobile app is always lagging behind with the necessary updates. So I depend on the web tool a lot more than the mobile app. Sometimes I prefer that it is the other way around since I'm always on the go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite does one thing well, help you push content and listen to audience engagement. Right now the problem it helps me solve is to the create a space where my clients are consistently posting and the ability to answer queries form their audience without seeming disengaged or disingenuous.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are on the go but you are management social media for clients across a spectrum of fields / genres and they have multiple social media assets / platforms - Hootsuite is the easiest and most user friendly way to go.

Free, easy to use, ease to add additional users, like the way you can see visually how posts will look before posting/scheduling.
What do you dislike about the product?
- Lack of scheduled instagram posting - they remove this feature

What do you like best about the product?
As an SMM, Hootsuite is a very helpful tool for me and for my client. It's easy to use, very organized and easy to manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
None as it is user-friendly and very organized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If you have multiple accounts or multiple social media platforms, Hootsuite is a great way to plan your way to success.

It's really a user-friendly tool so new users of Hootsuite will definitely not have a difficult time using it.
Great platform to have all scheduled messages in one place
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that Hootsuite offers a wide range of platforms you can connect and start scheduling messages on. Also, how it shows all notifications from each platform in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
This only happens very rarely, but I've noticed sometimes a platform can become disconnected from the Hootsuite dashboard, meaning any current scheduled messages won't go out. Thankfully Hootsuite are quick to inform you via email if this ever happens.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main benefit is saving time, being able to simply tick all of the platforms you'd like a post to go out on is so easy, and helpful.
Social Media Marketing
What do you like best about the product?
It's a great platform because in it I can manage all the social networks that manages my company for the management of campaigns and newsletters and advertising and be able to do the marketing for potential customers and already established in the database, Impressive to have on a board all my social networks with multiple tabs in front of me. I also love being able to program the same publications and click on several social networks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like many of its paid functions to be free, and see more updates, I also see that is very oriented to the Twitter platform most of the useful transmissions, such as monitoring thematic conversations, etc. I would like to see more functions in LinkedIn and Facebook as they are some of the platforms that we use in my company for marketing and advertising.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to achieve integrations with social networks especially with Twitter and LinkedIn, has the ability to help collect content. I was constantly looking for things to retweet to interact with others online, so I used one of my columns to track particular keywords. Then I got tweets and real-time posts from people talking about the issues I wanted to get involved with and retweet for the brands I was managing. Honestly, that made my job 100 times easier!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Most social network platforms have a programming aspect, but having to manually log in and out of each of them to do so is neither feasible nor speed-enhancing. Hootsuite provides analysis on each of your chosen platforms, located in your control panel, to help you identify the best times to schedule each publication to be sent; this is especially useful for days you know you will be on the move and / or will not have access to the technology. You can also scroll through past social network publications, save unfinished drafts and increase publications for content promotions is special for large and small businesses.
