Love HootSuite—great for social media managers

What do you like best about the product?
It really makes social media management easy. Especially when training new social media marketers, hootsuite makes getting into social scheduling and organization easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! I really enjoy working with Hootsuite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite has allowed me to take more control over my social accounts. It allows me and my colleagues to operate our accounts at any time

What do you like best about the product?
HootSuite is the tool that we have been using for quite some time now to manage and monitor the social networks of our clients and even ours. It is a simple platform, with a simple aspect, but with very important characteristics that make our work much easier and better.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price. For start-up companies, we recommend using the free plan that will allow them to use up to three social networks, but we believe that they have many limitations and will miss the best features of the professional plan. However, the payment plan can be very expensive if you are starting a project or you have little budget, but HootSuite is a program that is worth hiring because it will make your job easier to do and your social networks or your social networks. customers are always updated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
From monitoring and scheduling publications, to improving marketing campaigns, these are just some of the functions with which our company has benefited. Managing the social networks of our clients has been better since we used HootSuite since we can see the recent publications of the followers and people that we follow, schedule publications in advance. And if our clients use Salesforce or Google Analytics, with this program we can create integrations quickly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do not think twice and use HootSuite, either your free plan or the one from the first moment you use it, you will notice the positive changes in your social networks and those of your clients.

Great way to get your social media on track

What do you like best about the product?
I like how you can preview the posts in their latest feature. I also love having my channels set on my dashboard. It gives me great insight to what my feed will look like in the next few weeks. Hootsuite helps you get ahead of your social media and gain control of your brand.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there's still work they have to do with Twitter. I find that posting directly on Twitter, I have more options. Pictures display the way I want them to and link populate the way they should. When I post on Twitter via Hootsuite I have to be more aware of media. Wish that experience was different.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using Hootsuite to take charge of my social media presence and of brand recognition. Hootsuite has made that journey so easy. I love going to events and just live commenting via Hootsuite rather than having all my social media platforms opened at the same time. I've also been able to easily have a planning session where I can set it and forget it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Social media management can be tedious work. Hootsuite helps take off some of the burden.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite centralizes all the social media platforms we use (LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter), and allows us to track so much information (when are people most likely to look at our posts), and highly control our rate of posting and schedule of posts. Very helpful. A huge time saver.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly there's not much. Obviously we haven't bought the highest level subscription which comes with more features (which would be nice), but that's because we don't really need it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
-planning posts and scheduling them for the future. I had been taking 15 minutes out of my day every day to post on each social media platform.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy using Hootsuite because it allows me to be more organized with posting the social media content I need to for my business. I can make sure that no matter what I am doing during that time, the post will still be uploading to whatever social media application we are using. If there is an issue with posting it, it will let us know that it could not post so we can get on and try to do it manually.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that the inbox feature could be organized differently. I find that it is easy to lose messages you may respond to. When you reply directly through Hootsuite, it adds the initials of the responder, and other small issues that I wish could be updated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeps the company more organized and it allows us to spend less time on the actual post and more time on creating more content. I enjoy using it because it makes things a lot easier on whoever is posting. I also enjoy having all of the analytics and engagement in one location.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Check out all the different options before deciding to use Hootsuite. There are many different options that all have similar uses. One could be better for certain companies than others.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Hootsuite is that you can schedule multiple posts a day. I love how easy it is to use and fast as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not dislike anything about Hootsuite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a Social Media Director so I use Hootsuite to schedule posts for Facebook and Instagram.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Best advice is to start using it. You will love it and it will save you the time to schedule posts daily.

What do you like best about the product?
Our company has been using HootSuite for good weather and it has been the best! Managing our social networks has never been easier since we used HootSuite. Our company is based on sales, so we have to use social networks to have an approach with our customers and HootSuite allows us to keep our social networks more active.
What do you dislike about the product?
We believe that its appearance is based mostly on Twitter, something that for us is a limitation for the program, and we would like to see the platform more oriented to other networks. And the second thing is that we believe that it should have deeper analysis, at least in the traffic and that this can detect more efficiently if they are bots or real people.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We start using the free plan and then we change to the Professional to get more features. We manage several social networks, we create integrations with Salesforce for our campaigns and sales. We leave programmed publications in advance something that saves us time and allows us to have our social networks updated. We can manage publishers, keep track of publications and reach.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use HootSuite with your eyes closed. It is a very complete program and will bring good benefits to your company. You can start with the free plan to manage up to 3 social networks or hire a payment plan, if your company is small it may seem expensive but this is really worth it.
