Easy to Use and Decent Support

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. From setting up initial account and bringing in client accounts, the system walks you through perfectly. Live chat support is very helpful and we use it regularly for help with the occasional glitch to receiving assistance with features we've not yet mastered.
What do you dislike about the product?
Custom service tickets have been known to get lost in limbo. While this does not happen often, they get a bit dodgy, so just keep replying asking for what's next. They are always kind, but no phone support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite has allowed us to streamline labor by automating client social media services. We're able to better post en-mass and monitor online chatter.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We compared the cost to time each of our marketers spent logging into each platform to post multiple times a week for a single client. This is well worth the investment, as we see returns quickly. Overall customer service is responsive and human. They regularly roll out new features and always welcome feedback and requests.

The actual design of the application makes it a little hard to manage the posts

Love scheduling tweets

What do you like best about the product?
I was offered a 3 month trial and I can schedule many tweets for promotional purposes
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the website. I don’t think the interface is attractive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to automate tweets which helps me promote my radio station.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of adding social media platforms to the application and the ability to be able to view, schedule, post, and interact with the various platforms through the application. It is easy to use and easy to set up. Hootsuite support has always been quick and helpful in times of need.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that there were more social media platforms that could be added to control from the application. Also, the price isn't overbearing, but is ok.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to work with our various social media platforms from one dashboard. Hootsuite has been a tremendous help with this. The scheduling feature has also been a God-send. Analytics, too!

Use Hootsuite to easily monitor, post, and analyze your social media platforms all from one place.

The best platform for managing multiple social networks

What do you like best about the product?
I love how simple HootSuite makes it to comprehensively manage all of our company's social media accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to be able to manage paid social/promoted posts out of Hootsuite, but I understand that's more a limitation from the social networks than HootSuite itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HootSuite allows us to manage our social media accounts from one centralized location with strong analytics layered on top. The scheduling feature has been awesome, and has really enabled us to scale out our social media.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HootSuite is definitely worth considering for your social media management and analytics. The platform is super simple to use and is a huge timesaver.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite took away all the headache of being my own business' social media manager - I just need to sit down once or twice a week and schedule posts to go live at specific times and that's it! Although I just signed up for a free 30-day trial of the premium version, I like that the free version gives you enough to start with - you can schedule up to 30 posts in advance on three different social media outlets. Oh and I LOVE how Photopin royalty-free photos are included, saving you time from having to search for photos and save them - I wish it would include Unsplash libraries as well!
What do you dislike about the product?
It isn't entirely easy to use, but you learn fast enough (it took me about half an hour to become entirely familiar with it).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives me peace of mind when it comes to managing my social media, knowing that I don't have to worry about posting several times a day.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend it to any small business owner struggling to manage social media on top of running your business. Hootsuite takes the headache away!

Managing your social networks is easy for me now.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy is to use this, and saves you a lot of time because you can manage all your social networks through just one software, and don't have to log in from each to each. We can scheduled as many posts we want and so far they have all been posted without a single glitch or error. It also gives you an alert when your Twitter characters have exceeded which let us edit the post. I like the social media stream that show up on the dashboard. It has also social integrations for all major sites such as Facebook, Twitter, and Linkedin.

My favorite is the colums. You can organize yourself easily using colums and get different views of your social media activity.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has some automation but the ability to automatically send items back to a queue will be really useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite helps us keep on top of our social media activity all in one place. We've saved time and effort, I manage a number of accounts, with Hootsuite all I had to do was link the 3 accounts and the rest will be handle by Hooutsuite. It will be published on my preferred sites on the mentioned date. We've saved time and effort, whilst building a steadily growing social media following.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I truly recommend this softwares, is amazing and saves you a lot of time, it really worths it!

What do you like best about the product?
I have always had issues managing social media for multiple businesses. This gives me the ability to micro manage more than one thing at a time. I am able to completely trust the software to help organize and put out information correctly on the platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only dislike that I have is that the interface can become confusing at first if you do not take the time to learn it. If you are trying to rush through the set up process, you will likely run into some issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to manage multiple social media platforms and talk with customers at the same time. I realized how beneficial it is to be accurate on more than one social media platform.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you dont have too many people involved with your log in. When multiple people are controllling your account, it can become confusing.

Simple Scheduling for the busy bee

What do you like best about the product?
I love how simple this program is to use! I can schedule a whole week's worth of posts to several platforms within minutes!
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that each platform that you schedule the same post on counts as one of your 30 scheduled messages a month. It makes it difficult to time things right! Sometimes I don't have time to schedule things every week and try to schedule things for two weeks at a time, but can't because each platform post counts towards the limit instead of the same message counting as one. But I suppose that is why there is a paid version:)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
THis program is freeing up time! I don't have to worry if I'm a a knife show if something is going out on social media, because I can plan around the fact that I'll be busy. It's a huge weight lifted off my schoulders!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consider purchasing the full version if you can! A little more freedom that way!
