Great product that saves me tons of time

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to post to multiple accounts. IT allows you to post the same post multiple times to different accounts and schedule for different times of the day including weekends

limited number of accounts with free account

Hootsuite is great for Social Media Managers

What do you like best about the product?
The education feature in the tools tab in the toolbar. The graphical user interface is visually appealing. I can see multiple channels on one screen. Reporting is easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I didn't really like was that it took me a while to get the hang of it. When I first signed up it didn't give me the quick tour that can be so helpful to both first timers and experienced users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The business problems solved with Hootsuite was management of multiple social media channels for several businesses? What benefits have you realized was as I got new channels and took on new projects I didn't have to have seperate accounts, I could just upgrade.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hootsuite is great if social media managers have to monitor multiple channels, accounts and or businesses.

What do you like best about the product?
The many social media sites that are able to be inter grated with Hootsuite.
What do you dislike about the product?
the prices weren't realistic.. for instance the yearly should be broken down into payments opposed to one large sum.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I realized managing social media sites is much easier with automation and an easy to use tool such as hootsuite.

I handle all my social networks in a very complete way

What do you like best about the product?
This software is one of the most complete that I have used. Thanks to him I can manage the social network accounts created in my office. This I make it very easy since Hootsuite allows concentrating all my social network accounts in a central panel, making it easier to monitor them.

I can also schedule messages related to the requirements necessary to process medical aids for the people who need them, I can place the time I want to make this publication.

I can also track the likes and answers they make in the publications that we do in the social networks of our office and thus give timely attention to each of the people who are informed by this means
What do you dislike about the product?
A software that has everything what it looked for since it provides much facility to handle the social networks, at the same time an easy monitoring of the accounts. Undoubtedly, it is a very versatile software and I do not have any negative comments about the features that it offers me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A very versatile software that has made us better workers, since we can give full monitoring to our social networks, which is the source of many of the comments, suggestions and questions that are presented to patients with health conditions. A wonderful software

Social networks are a valuable tool for the development of a company, offers important features such as scalability, advertising and marketing, expansion of a brand or a company and diversification of offers thanks to the evaluation or suggestions made by social networks the users. For these reasons I recommend the use of this software as it is specialized for each of the features mentioned above. No doubt your company will grow rapidly thanks to the use of Hootsuite

Effective Social Media Scheduling Platform

What do you like best about the product?
I like that hootsuite is super easy to manage several social media platforms at the same time. With the free version, you are limited to the number of platforms and number of scheduled posts, but you can still do up to 30 scheduled at one time! It makes planning and posting to various social media platforms super easy! You can upload your media, use hashtags, tag other people or businesses, and review your feed.
What do you dislike about the product?
It stinks that for the free version you are limited, but it is definitely better than nothing. I really don't have any complaints I like pretty much everything about hootsuite so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Expanding our brand across social media. Hootsuite helps us stay in the loop, even after regular business hours! Plus, it allows us to interact with customers in a different way than face to face.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
In order to use hootsuite across several social media platforms, you need to pay for the business account and it is a bit pricey. It's not terrible though.

I like the fact that I can just plan my posts, schedule them and they are posted in autopilot.

I don't like that I can't post automatically to Instagram.

Best Way to Manage Social Channels!

What do you like best about the product?
I like the usability of Hootsuite. The platform is easy to navigate and intuitive to use. I can create multiple feeds to see previous posts as well as scheduled posts. I can see how my posts have performed with their powerful analytics and use this insight to create new posts. I can use all of these features across every social channel which makes posting a message so much easier. Instead of logging into multiple apps or websites I can see everything in one place!
What do you dislike about the product?
Hootsuite is great for planning and scheduling social media posts across multiple channels. Unfortunately I'm not able to tag people in LinkedIn or Facebook posts which reduces overall post visibility.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to plan and schedule social media content ahead of time to ensure our content rolls out when we want it to. I'm also able to assign and sign off on content for other team members which helps with our overall brand continuity. The analytics Hootsuite has allows us to fine tune our message and create better content. Better content has helped us to create better campaigns and generate more leads.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you aren't using Hootsuite already for social media management, you should be! Every other product is trying to replicate what Hootsuite already does so well! Weather you are a one person team or have multiple social gurus Hootsuite makes scheduling, monitoring and planning for posts easy!

What do you like best about the product?
The possibility of scheduling social media, especially Instagram, the ability to delegate responsibilities, being able to monitor social media without leaving the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hootsuite is slow, it is very expensive, it is not user-friendly as it is not easy to use. The free version is very limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Twitter and Instagram Programming
Social Media Monitoring.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a good tool for scheduling Social Media content, although it takes a long time to load because it is very slow.

Started with Ow.ly - stayed for the entire suite

What do you like best about the product?
We'd been using Ow.ly for a very long time. It was fast, reliable and easy to use.
So after they were acquired we stayed with the product, and expanded our use to Hootsuite
What do you dislike about the product?
Would have been fine if they stayed autonomous.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to fit urls into our content in a way that was fast, easy and would not break.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ow.ly is great and Hootsuite for social media management just makes it all easier

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is an absolutely great software, I love that I can schedule posts out and do not have to worry about it after that, the calendar view is awesome because I like to visualize quickly and be updated without much problem, and this software helps me to know what's going on without much problem. I found really great that I can follow other streams on Hootsuite, but I do not actually follow them on the social accounts, so I can watch what our competitors are doing anonymously. The auto link shortener is pretty great too. Also, since it can be difficult to use the software this software, i appreciate the fact that I can watch videos of other user that help me to understand how it works. It is time saver, and I can load up my posts and forget about it, the program notifying me automatically if something needs to be refresh or if anything went wrong. I appreciate as well that it works with almost any social media, it does not limit the brand reach.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have had some problems with the tagging process, because sometimes it does not allow me to tag people or pages from there and I have to manually go in and tag the accounts, that I use in many social media platforms, so It can be time consuming, But without that, works very very well, do not have anything else bad to say.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nowdays, the social media platforms are essential if we want a small company, like Super King Foods brand, to become more known and to achieve a high position among the competition. That's exactly in what Hootsuite has benefited us, we have saved a lot of time, because we are constantly planning and developing projects in other areas of the companie, so we don't have the time or the budget to contract a whole community manager team, like big companies can, so we have to handle the social media ourselves. Hootsuite has really help us with the workload, it is easier now to be working on other stuff in the company, without abandon this important aspect, it's easier as well to plan the promotions of the coming post, and even the future announcements are set up, while we still work on the developing of it, which is totally amazing. Thanks to hootsuite we have achieve a regional reputation of a company that is interesting in informe their clients about their future plans.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend hootsuite for three reasons:

-Keeps your organize and worries-free while you can be active on social media and working in other fields at the same time.
-Your company will be updated and with fresh information for your clients.
-It is easy to set up and not expensive at all.

I totally recommend this.
