What do you like best about the product?
I like that you are able to build your own streams and keyword searches for specific audiences.
What do you dislike about the product?
Right now, nothing, I am very happy with Hootsuite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have learned to add various streams to our account and use them in a way that works for our team to monitor various social media channels at once.

What do you like best about the product?
The support has been excellent. As content develops and issues arose, the team was quick to respond and fix.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love a central wall that catalogs all chosen notifications into one feed rather than having to manually click through various tabs and scroll sideways. Just saves time when dealing with a lot of accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time and being reactive while also being proactive with social guests. We have a lot of social activity and it is good to see each one that comes in.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great to get started with real social listening and engagement. Super easy and great support.

I love that I can set up my posts for social media.

I wish it was easier to post to Instagram.

Making sure content is posted daily.

What do you like best about the product?
I used HootSuite to manage multiple restaurant clients and it really truly helped me. The multiple feeds all in one place were my favorite.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like many social media management platforms, it's difficult to attach things to post like videos and images. I always found HootSuite slow to upload media.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When you're managing multiple clients social media accounts at one time it can get VERY confusing and easy to miss something. With HooteSuite, you can have all of your clients in one place and see all posts laid out in an organized manner.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is simple and easy to use. Hootsuite has more integrations than any of their competitors so even if they don't have a feature you can usually still make what you need happen. It's also a very cost effective solution and less expensive than some of their competitors that offer similar features. Hootsuite has been in the game a long time so I trust them to make sure the program is reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like more options to easily schedule evergreen or recurring content. Some competitors make it easier to find new content to share right from the platform itself which is a nice feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This program is a great time saver. Social media management manually would add a lot of unnecessary admin work for me.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a very cost effective solution to social media management.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can schedule posts for the future - it allows you to not have to worry about your consistency! I also like that it works across platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Really, not much - though the interface can be a little confusing at the beginning. It would be helpful to have some kind of tutorial before beginning on using the interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem of having to carve out time (or even new personnel!) for posting on social media. This allows one person to use one hour to ensure a social media presence instead of having to hire a social media person full-time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you're given adequate time and instruction to navigate the homepage.

Hootsuite is incredibly easy to navigate

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite has a lot of perks, but the key highlight for me was that the platform is easy to understand and navigate. It was easy to jump in right away and figure out how to work the platform on the fly. I like the option to choose what sections I see on my dashboard, and the option to edit my dashboard whenever I choose.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did not like that article pictures were not guaranteed to pull through in the post. It left me looking for some to include last minute. I would prefer to see a preview of every post, but Hootsuite mainly pulls previews of LinkedIn posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Heading a public company's social media presence can be very time consuming, and at times, a little stressful. Hootsuite is perfect for easily managing scheduled posts, especially when you feel like there is a lot in the pipeline. Hootsuite allows you to manage all accounts in one location, which makes it easy to plan and schedule posts as far in advance as you'd like. This makes it a lot easier to organize posts, this really helped that I could see the posts going out on each platform side by side before they went live. I love that I can manage and monitor all social media accounts through one platform.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think Hootsuite is a great option for someone looking to easy organize, monitor and manage multiple social media platforms at once.

User Friendly Social Media Management Program

What do you like best about the product?
I think the best part about Hootesuite is how customizable the program is. It is so easy to get everything that is the most important, all on one screen. The other huge benefit with Hootesuite is that it is cheap! In terms of social media management programs, Hootesuite definitely has the most to offer, at the cheapest price.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think one of the things that I struggle with Hootesuite a little bit is the difficulty with seeing notifications. While I can see all of the social media channels that I need on one screen, I do not feel as though the notifications appear easy enough, I still end up having Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter all open so that I can make sure that I am not missing anything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the biggest business problems we are solving with Hootesuite is the current lack of a social media strategy. Hootesuite allows me to get everything that needs to go onto social all in one place and lined up so that I just ensure everything is posted in a timely manner.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would definitely recommend Hootesuite as a program to use if you don't have much of a budget to spend on social media management. Becuase they have a non-paid version, you can still do a lot of good work in Hootesuite, for very little money. I would say that you should spend the time to learn it, the platform has a lot of capabilities, and if you learn them all you will be able to do a lot with it.

Excellent Scheduling Service

What do you like best about the product?
Simply enter your copy and Hootsuite takes care of the rest. You don't need to map out whne your social posts will publish with HootSuite's autoschedule feature, which publishes your posts when your peak audience is on.
What do you dislike about the product?
Additional analytics come at a cost. Would love to be able to access some things I can't already see on my social media pages for free.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HootSuite prevents me from having to work after hours to post something on social media, which is something my wife definitely appreciates!

Make some non-default analytics available for free
