Easy and effective!

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can synchronize all of my social media content in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
They need to incorporate WordPress. That would be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm solving having to manually enter social media content.

What do you like best about the product?
Love how it is automatically integrated with a editing application!

Maybe if it was a little more user-friendly and organized

I love how I can easily pick what social platforms I want to post on and schedule what times i want it posted than see the analytics associated with any particular post.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can load up my queue and forget it. It will notify me if one of the integrations need to be refreshed, or if anything went wrong. I like that it works with all of the main social media platforms, and that it allows me to customize the content on each one.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could more easily tag other accounts and users in it. @mentions don't work for me very well so it would complete automate and replace my social media posting if it did that. I also wish it was a better monitoring or listening app that could do the job of a software like Vocus. If Hootsuite did that, it would be the Holy Grail! I also wish I could undock some of the channels and run them like a widget on my desktop. Once you have several channels, it gets a bit unwieldly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time is money, so If I can use one tool and post one thing and have it "behave" on multiple platforms, that's a business win! Hootsuite solves the problem of managing all of my platforms, yet not duplicating content for a cookie cutter look.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are a small business or agency and use more that 4-5 social media platforms, Hootsuite is a required tool for for your Toolbox. They just started supporting Instagram, and that is a key feature for a couple clients of ours.

Awesome tool for scheduling

What do you like best about the product?
I have used HootSuite for postponed posting feature. I used it for Instagram accounts and it was super easy and almost never glitches. I also read their blog to expand my knowledge in Social media and keep up with the industry
What do you dislike about the product?
I have experienced a few glithes on the way but that's all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use postponed posting feature so all my Instagram posts are up to date and air automatically every day at the same time

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of setup and adding new streams to the dashboard
What do you dislike about the product?
When posting to Facebook/Twitter and adding a photo it sometimes adds the photo as a link instead of as an image
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps with managing time and making sure social media posts are consistent.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely take advantage of using the multiple streams available to you. It makes responding to Facebook inquiries and tracking your engagement so much easier than trying to track all of these things through each social media application.

Excellent tool for social media management and education

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use of having all my social media platforms in one place and that I can see all the activity from one location. I also like the educational resources. The Hootsuite Academy is worth the extra cost. I learned things that I wouldn't have just found out from working in the industry. The webinars are very valuable too. They have been timely and relevant. I've even gained a certification from their academy!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to delete and edit posts easier. Sometimes if something has been posted incorrectly, especially Twitter, I need to be able to delete the posts quickly but I have to go log in to each platform to do this because I don't seem to be able to on Hootsuite. Some you can do this with, and some you can't. I also don't like being limited on twitter posts but I think that's not a Hootsuite thing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves me a lot of time to be able to post to several outlets at once. I can also schedule posts so that I don't have to keep coming back at different times to post, it does all that work for me.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have multiple platforms you need to post on, this is an excellent tool. Also, if you don't have much experience as a social media manager, there are tons of educational materials. The Hootsuite Academy is worth the extra cost!

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use for beginners, but gets the job done for social media managers no matter your level of expertise.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very basic template. not a lot of room for creativity. Frequently freezes up or has a few technical issues here and there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes the job of managing various social media accounts run more smoothly from one platform.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You don't need a ton of experience to use this product! It's very basic, but it's user friendly and get it gets the job done.

What do you like best about the product?
Combining all of our social media accounts to one software has been a lifesaver. I love being able to see all activity in one place. Planning social media posts has never been easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to automatically post to Instagram. It sends your device a notification, but you still have to open Instagram to be able to post the picture. Not a huge hassle, but it would be nice not to have to think about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All of our social media activity is viewed through this software. We schedule posts and respond to customers here.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a great software to use to keep all of your business social media accounts together and posting the same things. I love being able to see all the customer interactions in one place. Try the free trial!
