What do you like best about the product?
It's the only social media management software that includes Instagram - Thank GOD!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the update time takes a while for feeds to refresh.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling content, responding to customers, increasing web traffic
Since using Hootsuite, I've saved time, improved customer service/retention and increased online sales.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely upgrade to the business account, so you can manage more than 3 accounts and include other tea members on the same dashboard.

What do you like best about the product?
Love the ability to be able to monitor all social media channels in one platform

Sometimes it can get a little clunkly depending on how many clients you are managing

Able to manage all social media platforms from one page and are able to see what users are saying about our clients.

What do you like best about the product?
Managing multiple social media accounts can get hectic, so we use Hootsuite to compile them into location versus visiting each social media platform and posting directly. We can schedule posts in advance so you don't have to log in and post each day, you can rest easy knowing your posting schedule is on time and targeted.
What do you dislike about the product?
One drawback of Hootsuite is the limitation of accounts. You have to pay for the additional accounts you would like to add on and manage. When you have a limited amount of accounts, it can be frustrating to limit your access and capabilites.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social media management and posting.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try out the software first! They offer a free account (with minimal capabilities) to make sure you like what you're investing in.

Difficult to utilize within the first week - after that it’s a breeze

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite has enabled us to manage content across multiple media platforms as well as analyze the analytics of each marketing campaign that we run.
What do you dislike about the product?
The homepage can be a little confusing at first, and finding the education modules was difficult initially.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite has simplified everything when it comes to managing our brand and monitoring our social media presence on multiple platforms. There’s no copy and pasting and hoping to remember to post he same thing on multiple platforms - with Hootsuite you can do it all with about 3 clicks.
The ability to schedule campaigns well into the future makes my life so much easier.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Absolutely go for it! It is worth the money to invest into your brand and brand awareness. Saves SO much time!

What do you like best about the product?
Every social media can be connected into one spot - Facebook pages, Twitter accounts, Instagram, etc. . . . and multiple versions of them. Once setup, it sends everything out at once and allows you to track clicks, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Every so often, social media accounts will disconnect. No warning, so I usually find out when I get an email that something didn't send. Pain in the butt to reconnect and then resend.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralizing all social media communications and tracking.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Have a manager and a backup with the system so that you don't have to post on vacation. I learned the hard way on this one when something went wrong while I was out of town and they had to send something out urgently.

What do you like best about the product?
Love the ease of scheduling my tweets ahead of time! Love the ease of using the app. Love the results!
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of anything I don't like. It's efficient and effective everytime!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can save time by creating an social media calendar a month in advance and schedule all my tweets at once and I'm done for the month.

What do you like best about the product?
The easy scheduling tool that let's me schedule posts on Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook for various clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that there's a limited number of social platforms you can link depending on your membership level.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've solved the problem of not being able to plan out content on platforms that don't have built in scheduling functions such as Twitter and Instagram. It let's me fill in content gaps with evergreen posts and photos, and the benefit has been increased numbers of followers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking for top-notch social media reporting and analytics, I'd look into other social media management platforms; however, if you're looking for one easy solution to schedule content across all your client's social media platforms this is the right tool for you.
