Set it and forget it!

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I don't have to remember to log into my social media accounts every single day! It's like a set-it-and-forget-it for marketers! Making content for social has become easier with this tool!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the links break or the previews don't work 100% of the time. I think this is more from sharing content and not Hootsuite's fault. My biggest issue is no integration with Instagram. But again, this is a problem because of Instagram.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social Media Management!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do the buy up plan if you are a larger organization.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy scheduling across multiple social media platforms, free account allows up to 30 scheduled posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Free account has very few features, does not allow users to attach multiple photos to a scheduled post.

Sometime posts don't always appear the way I thought they would.

Posting for multiple clients saves time and money.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can schedule posts for the weeks to come and not worry about having to remember to post them. They either post themselves or send you a notification. It is a lifesaver. I have really enjoyed using it
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it would post straight to instagram like it does on facebook
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having one place to schedule everything out and see things save so much time. It is nice to do things all at one time when you are in the groove compared to every day and forgetting.

Easy social media management for busy non-profits

What do you like best about the product?
With limited time, I can still get the full scope of what I need to know is happening on Twitter. I am a big fan - it makes my job so much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the mobile interface was easier to manage, but that might just be the nature of the beast. I really only use Hootsuite on my laptop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a very busy non-profit organization with only 9 staff members, and I am the sole person running communications. I simply do not have a lot of time to spend on various social media platforms. Hootsuite is great because I see what I need to see without spending a lot of time digging through chaff. I can easily respond, write original posts, etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hootsuite is a very efficient product. It's easy to learn how to use it and get things set up according to what you need to see from social media. It's also very flexible - when I have had different interns over the years, they have been able to reorganize the feeds according to what is intuitive for them, and that helps them complete their task quicker and more efficiently. Because we are a very busy non-profit, presenting or supervising or funding more than 400 events per year with only 9 full time employees, it's important for me to work efficiently in everything I do. Hootsuite is great!

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use - I can curate and publish content quickly in one user interface for many clients, saving me time and thus, money.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once in a while there is an issue with login but that has been remedied.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to manage multiple accounts and post social media content would consume a lot more time and energy, Hootsuite allows me to go and post for now or later.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for an all in one solution for social media management, for either your company, or as a social media marketing agency or consultant Hootsuite is the way to go! The tutorials are fantastic, any questions you have can be answered either via their online support or by a phone call should a situation arise. Affordable solution as well, we compared other social media management tools and chose Hootsuite and are pleased with our selection.

Great Stable Platform with a lot of Potential

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to change between social media platforms makes it a very nimble tool. For social listening the ability to include many "streams" is also ideal for keeping up with the latest chatter. Although not used very much in my organization, the ability to manage roles and create "organizations" within the tool is very useful for larger organizations. Administrators have a great deal of configuration and control over user permissions from this standpoint.
What do you dislike about the product?
The analytical capabilities are a bit limited if your account is not advanced.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is the tool my organization uses to create, schedule and post to Twitter and LinkedIn.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure that you have enough social media activity to justify the investment. Just one key features isn't enough. Hootsuite is the marketplace leader in what it does, and for good reason.

It's compatible with everything! It makes it simple to work as a team. The feed function is amazing to find new content!

No Content suggestion, no multilanguage capability. Very costly for some functions.

Saves me too much time

What do you like best about the product?
I can link various social media accounts and just send out one post. I can also schedule posts so I can use this to take care of many projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
you have to pay to link more accounts which I understand..
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No problems really. Sometimes I have to type links manually or address titles but its no big deal.

Try it out you'll love it.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that i have access to all my streams in one dashboard, and that i can pre-plan my marketing campaigns. It's a huge time saver, and offers flexibility.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish i could post more than 30 messages in a period. Sometimes my campaigns need far more than 30 posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
time management mostly. It's a huge time saver to schedule out posts for my marketing campaigns.
