One-Stop Solution for Social Media Management

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Hootsuite is a one-stop shop for managing social media across multiple platforms. This feature greatly simplifies my work, allowing me to create content, track its performance, and decide on the best times to post, all within the same tool. As a writer, I find immense value in its ability to make my content more attention-grabbing and help avoid repetition, ensuring that my posts maintain audience interest. With my numerous responsibilities, Hootsuite's ease of use makes the social media management aspect of my job much less stressful. The initial setup was very easy and intuitive, and supplementary seminars I attended were highly informative, enhancing my use of the platform. I also appreciate how Hootsuite outperforms Meta, making it my preferred choice. My confidence in Hootsuite is solidified by my perfect recommendation score of 10, as I've already referred it to many colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have trouble editing things after posting sometimes, but it's not a deal-breaker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Hootsuite for managing social media across platforms, crafting engaging posts, and optimizing posting times, simplifying my work and increasing its impact.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy Hootsuite is to use. We can easily link our social media channels into the application and schedule posts easily. I use Hootsuite almost every day. I like to schedule post a week or two in advance so I'm not scheduling to churn out content at the last minute so this helps me create content in batches and schedule it with ease. Hootsuite also has its own analytics right in the software which makes it easy to see how well you're doing. Since the way we use it ties into the franchise, we can easily get the graphics that the franchise allows us to use it as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that for the past two months or so we have got disconnected from one of our Instagram profiles and haven't been able to reconnect it so posts haven't been posting all this time. Not sure if it is an Instagram thing or Hootsuite thing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is helping plan social media content since we post one to two posts a day.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's an all-in-one software that meets my organization's social media marketing and customer service needs. Competitor analytics are great for showing senior leadership how we perform against the industry. It's very easy and intuitive to operate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer service has improved tremendously, but response times to service tickets are still a little slow. I also think the Streams interface could be improved. It's a bit cluttered and chaotic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves many problems. We have great reporting that we can use to adjust our social media strategy and measure how we are performing against competitors. The Inbox 2.0 is very important for our organization due to how much engagement we get on our posts and ads. We also do a ton of reporting in Inbox 2.0 so we can track trends and report those things back to the organization's different lines of business. It helps us monitor issues in real time, see spikes in trends, whether that be construction-related issues, internet service outages, etc. We can then take those issues back to leadership and determine what organizational changes need to be made. It also helps us from a crisis management perspective.

What do you like best about the product?
This platform really shines when it comes to managing all your social media in one spot. You can easily schedule posts for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more, all from a single dashboard.
The bulk scheduling feature is especially helpful for content teams planning weeks or months.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hootsuite's interface feels somewhat dated compared to newer competitors, and the learning curve can be steep for beginners. The pricing structure is quite expensive, especially for smaller businesses or solo creators.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It effectively manages a variety of complex tasks associated with social media platforms, including content creation, audience engagement, analytics tracking, and strategic planning. This comprehensive approach ensures that all aspects of social media management are handled efficiently, ultimately driving better results and enhancing online presence.

I've been using Hootsuite for over 10 years

What do you like best about the product?
I have always found Hootsuite easy to use and have seen many updates to features over the years. The spelling checker and reminders to tag accounts or attach graphics (for LinkedIn) are great. I also like the scheduling facility and ease of editing scheduled posts. I think it's great to get email notifications if a scheduled post hasnt been published for some reason (which doesnt happen often).

Since X (Twitter) removed their analytics function, I have been really impressed with the ease of setting up reports on Hootsuite which I can update each time I need them with a simple click of a button.

I like that I can post to numerous platforms including Google My Business.

Not that I have had to contact them much, but customer service over the 10 years that I have been using Hootsuite has been great including prompt, understanding, kind and helpful responses.

There are lots of things I like about using Hootsuite!
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if I could also search and tag X and Instagram accounts via Hootsuite as I can do with LinkedIn and Facebook, and it would also be great if I could tag in personal LinkedIn accounts.

Also, the ability to schedule posts to Google My Business rather than having to post live would save me time, as I could schedule all my client posts at the same time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For over 10 years, Hootsuite has helped me to save numerous hours scheduling content in advance on behalf of my 8 clients with over 40 social media accounts between them. The convenience of being able to search for and tag social media accounts on Facebook and LinkedIn whilst scheduling content is also great.

Hootsuite allows my client's Google profiles to be regularly updated with the ease of publishing posts whilst I use the software to schedule other content.

When X removed their analytics, Hootsuite's analytics section allowed me to seamlessy continue providing insights to my clients which I do on a quarterly basis.

What do you like best about the product?
From scheduling to listening, Hootsuite does it all! The customizable dashboard has been a game changer in monitoring analytics and creating reports. The Inbox feature makes it easy to manage inbound messages across platforms.

The software is super reliable. There are rarely any issues, but when there are, they are fixed quickly.

Our account manager is always responsive and super knowledgeable. They provide tailored resources that are relevant to our industry and strategy. This personalized support has made a huge difference in our social media strategy.

I've tried other social media management tools in the past, but Hootsuite is truly the best. I highly recommend!
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't had any major issues with Hootsuite. I will say it usually takes a day or so for metrics to align with meta, and there are some discrepancies from time to time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is saving me so much time responding to customers. I loved the saved replies.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite's intuitive platform design, including OWLGPT, analytics, and social scheduling features, makes it accessible and user-friendly for new employees, interns, and less tech-savvy team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
My biggest concern with Hootsuite is the lack of a video asset library. This limitation makes sharing reels and MP4 assets challenging, as the platform doesn't allow direct uploads to the content library, requiring workarounds for video content management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The OWLGPT feature is highly effective at creating social media copy that sounds natural and platform-appropriate. It allows us to tailor messaging for different audiences across various social platforms, ensuring each post resonates with the specific user base of that channel.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a very easy platform to use and has all major social media sites integrated on it. I am able to quickly and efficiently create, schedule, and post onto all of our social media pages from their straight-forward system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their analytics page needs work, it can be difficult to understand how your pages are performing and effective your online presence is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Significantly cutting down the time needed to create social media posts. Also gives the ability to schedule posts in advance so you do not have to worry about remembering when to go and post.

Some advanced features, like in-depth analytics and team collaboration tools, are only available on higher-priced plans, which can be limiting for small businesses like mine
