Hootsuite is the best social media scheduling platform we have found so far.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite works great for scheduling out posts in advance and allows us to look at all the important activity on the accounts that we help manage on one dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am disappointed that scheduling for certain social media platforms has not been fully integrated into the program yet. These either require additional apps or manual posting (with saved drafts and reminders).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do most of my scheduling and overall-monitoring of social media accounts through Hootsuite.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hootsuite is great for most social media platforms. If you are doing a lot of work with Pinterest, please be aware this will require another app, called Tailwind, which adds to the cost.

What do you like best about the product?
New I love: the Publisher/planner. so easy to see what's done and what's next. I love that it posts to your PAGES, not your personal FB feed. I love that for FREE you can post to several sites at once. You can have the same post go to all or create different posts for different platforms. Helpful tips tell you when you are over character count, or the graphic file is too large, or what the best time to post is. It's simple and yet powerful. You can upload from Google drive, which makes it easy to work from home, or offsite. Loading a video to Instagram is super easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The popup composer disappears disconcertingly -- you think you've lost your work until you click it again. I wish it would popup and stay.
I do with the publisher/planner would let me do pins and posts at the same time. repeating the process is a bit tedious.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting videos from National posted; keeping the feeds fresh and updated.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is amazing for scheduling social media posts on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. Super convenient to use and self explanatory. If you are only managing one account, it is free! I also like it for managing hashtags, it make it simple to track trending hashtags an other accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The character count on Twitter took awhile to be updated and sometimes it reverts back to the default of Facebook so when you are trying to tag a profile it can be a bit annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me pre-schedule social media posts, so don't have to manually post. Very helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
A platform that connects with numerous social media outlets so you can schedule content in one place. Also is nice to be able to use for multiple accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface could use an upgrade as it is outdated. Would be beneficial it was more useful for social media following and interacting, but it is difficult to utilize for that purpose.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A centralized place where all team members can see what content is scheduled on what platform and when it is scheduled. This tool helps us save time and is easy to use.

Simplifying the social media madness!

What do you like best about the product?
Monitoring multiple social media channels can be confusing at best and frustrating at worst. Having everything in one place, being able to schedule posts when I know I'll be away from the office and using this as a management platform makes my job so much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have many complaints, although I do have trouble with some social feeds getting "bumped off," and I have to reconnect, which is sometimes confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easier management of all social platforms; scheduling feature allows me to work ahead.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite can handle a large number of streams, so that is one feature that I really like. a lot. I have used it for several years now and know it well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not very easy to work with other users and permissions. Eventually you can figure out how to do most everything, but it is a little difficult at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite handles the distribution of my social media accounts.

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to schedule our social posts on many different accounts and platforms. I like customizing your dashboard for high visibility.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no function to reuse old posts. That would be very useful for users and save a lot of time. Other than that, there's not much to complain about.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite allows us to manage multiple social accounts across multiple clients. It streamlines everything for better control in social media management and monitoring.

If you need a progam to help you schedule your social posts, this is the one for you. Hootsuite is the premier social media management company in the marketing world.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Hootsuite as a means for posting to all of my social media accounts at one time. Also, it allows my colleagues and I to share one set of social media accounts as a group, which is what we need to do for our communications to our clientele.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the accounts become disconnected. However, I am not sure if that is a function of Hootsuite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite allows for my colleagues and I to easily work together to post to and manage our team's social media accounts.

Good solution for small business or personal social media posting

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to schedule posts for a small business days/weeks in advance. This allows me to find the ideal times and days to post to multiple accounts, especially for special circumstances.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to adjust several settings within one page, not multiple tabs (e.g. schedule, images, accounts). Limited number of postings for free accounts

Automated posting to our company's social media

Start with the free plan, then see if you need to upgrade. It works quite well for our small clinic.

Beat Value, Awesome Social Media Management Platform.

What do you like best about the product?
The cost, the ease of use, the integration, and they come up with new products. Love the innovation. The old reporting is great, I don't use the new, but I am assuming it is even more robust.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish I could add just one more person to the pro plan.
I wish there was one step between the pro and business plan to cater to those who aren't ready to spend $500/month.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Posting social media content on the social web.
I am able to automate them to schedule automatically, it takes the guesswork out of picking times or know when the best time to post is. I also like the Chrome extension feature, makes for a VERY easy way to share and post content without going to the hootsuite website. I think I use the extension 90% of the time. Looking forward to more improvements.
