An easy way to manage Social Media Accounts
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I don't have to come up with unique content for each individual Social Media Account that I manage. I can post to all of them seamlessly with a click of a button!
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the clunkiness of the UI. It seems like there could be a simpler dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving an entire position - Social Media Manager, by allowing that to manage all of our outlets.
I couldn't do social without it

I love being able to schedule multiple platforms, messages, see instant replies, and analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the platform was cleaner, I also wish I could change the background color.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's incredible to schedule so many channels and platforms at once. I love the replies, seeing how well a post does with real time analytics.
Make social media management + monitoring is a snap
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can manage multiple brand channels at once and see all the streams that are important to me in one live dashboard. The app is also great so I can do my job on the go.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more options for user permissions. Right now there is only super admin, admin, editor or none. Would be great to have a "Viewer" permission for teammates that want to check in on upcoming content but aren't necessarily publishing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a one-woman social team I'm using Hootsuite for social care and reputation management. I'm able to quickly see when someone mentions having a negative experience, take the conversation to DM and hand them off to the right customer care rep.

Best option for your money
What do you like best about the product?
I liked that it was easy to use and was helpful with prices. It definitely made posting on all the social media site very easy and I could also schedule multiple posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I found limiting was the pricing and the available social media spaces provided for the price.

Marketing, awareness, visual design, video, social media presence.

The ability to toggle between more than one social account.

Hootsuite is very easy to use and I do not have any issues with it.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can schedule posts! I think it makes it great to set posts at the beginning of the week for my business and not worry about it the rest of the week.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the formatting of the main stream is a bit "block-ish" and I wish the design looked more clean. The usage can also be slow to swipe and is a bit clunky. But overall I have not many complaints, and it gets the job done well!
I have had some issues with connectivity, especially since I changed my Instagram handle, and it wasn't the most smooth transition on Hootsuite. It takes a few tries for Hootsuite to adjust to the change. Overall, I love using Hootsuite!

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it to schedule social media posts, in order to maximize my time. I have yet to use the analytics function really, but I use it mainly for scheduling posts. It is incredibly easy to schedule posts! I love that I can easily link other handles or pages directly inside of the platform when writing posts, which helps to make everything super easy. I have yet to use the app on my iPhone but imagine it would make things all the more easier (hopefully). I was away from Hootsuite for a while but am happy to be back!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely use it, as it helps to make your life easier! I would highly recommend it for other small businesses and entrepreneurs!
Great way to manage multiple social media accounts
What do you like best about the product?
I first learned about Hootesuite when I was in college in a communications class when we were working with social media and how to save time when posting. Hootesuite is the perfect product as it allows you to post from one account to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and Google+ at the same time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside to Hootesuite is it is not well integrated with Instagram, where it copies and pastes the photo but not the descriptions and you have to manually post #'s.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us create and share social media content on a regular basis on multiple platforms.

Great cloud-based solution for easy to use social media management
What do you like best about the product?
I've used this social media management solution in both the agency environment and for in-house marketing. It makes managing multiple accounts seamless and allows you to make use of most features that each social media has to offer. Also great social monitoring features and easy scheduling of content.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some customization can be a little bit difficult. On occasion i've had to edit posts in the social media itself (e.g. sent a post in hootsuite and then had to edit the post in facebook to tag another page). I also dislike that all posts are attributed to being posted by hootsuite - not that its a big deal but sometimes it makes organizations seem less another degree removed. At the time i reached out you weren't able to change this setting but perhaps Hootsuite has updated their platform to allow for that to be removed
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social media management is the best. Its easy to create a marketing calendar when you can schedule posts well in advance. Also ensures that you can streamline content across all platforms and be aware of what has been sent out. The monitoring also gives you great access to whats going on with your chosen influencers. The analytics we're also ideal for my monthly reports.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Very wide spread and easy to use. Updating social media takes seconds and the set up is extremely simple. Hootsuite also offers great trials and has lots of good support videos. I love that this is a Canadian/Vancouver-based company.

I like the fact that you can manage several accounts. The ease of scheduling tweets is very helpful too.
