Hootsuite offers easy multi-account management

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to manage multiple social media handles while having the ability to schedule out messaging. I use a spreadsheet and calendar to track past and upcoming content.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Hootsuite interface could use some improvements, but overall I am happy with all the updates throughout the years. This product could improve by cleaning up the interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite allows us to offer better programming an the ability to plan messages in advance.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and works for a wide variety of social platforms -- Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc. I used it personally for a long time before my company switched over to manage our branded accounts. My favorite thing is how simple it is to keep track of all your interactions/mentions in one organized column.
What do you dislike about the product?
You're restricted to the ow.ly URL shortener, which can be annoying if you want to use another, like bit.ly or Google's shortener.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed one central location to manage our various branded accounts -- without doing it in native Twitter and Facebook (bad for security). This made our social process very streamlined, organized and efficient. It's super simple to use.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consider all your options, of course, like SocialFlow, but Hootsuite is pretty much a no-fail choice.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how affordable and easy to setup Hootsuite was! I've been using Hootsuite for over a year now and the reports I get from it alone are worth the Hootsuite Pro cost!!!
What do you dislike about the product?
While the cost for Hootsuite Pro is very affordable I find that if i added on all the extras I wouldn't be able to afford the product anymore.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Hootsuite to monitor and report progress/trends on all of my companies social media networks.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of posting to several social medias
What do you dislike about the product?
Posting on Twitter requires shorter text which makes is difficult to post directly posts that are longer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Seeing which posts are going out on social media when working with other team members; seeing the responses to our social media posts; saving time by posting to multiple social medias at once.

Great for Team Management

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of scheduling content across multiple social channels is a time saver. Being able to assign tasks and selectively requiring post approval has brought a new level of efficiency to our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
On boarding with the Pro service was a bit slow. Some emails were returned over five business days later and only after we reached out a second time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Faster customer service on social media by being able to view multiple channels at once.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking to streamline your social media department Hootsuite makes it easy to manage teams, account permissions, watch social chatter, and generally better serve clients with a faster response time.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite helps you schedule social media posts. You can add a day, week or a month if you prefer. Its a great way to keep up to date with your social media.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its a terrific plus that you can have multiple social media accounts within Hootsuite, so you can schedule for Twitter and Facebook too for example. But you sometimes need to double check to be sure you are posting for the correct social media account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite helps to schedule social media, so you can encourage someone to post each day without making the effort to do the post each day!

If you would like to schedule social media posts, take a look at Hootsuite.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that this product is so easy to use and it's free!
What do you dislike about the product?
I could pay extra to publish content on multiple days, but like I said, I use the free feature. It's possible, which is the one thing I don't like about the free version.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Hootsuite helps you to manage multiple social media sites at once! It helps helps to track what is giving you the most traction with your audience!
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much I dislike. It was easy to learn the different functions and follow along to better grow my social media for my workplace.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I run social media for an apartment complex in the booming city of Nashville where there is a lot of competition. I am learning what generates the most interest from our audience and what bring in a new audience. This helps me to get more new prospects through our door and leasing with us!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go for it! It's a very handy and helpful tool if you use social media for your business!

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part about the program is how easy it is to use. It's very convenient to schedule tweets and check out the analytics for your account all in one program.
What do you dislike about the product?
Right now I don't dislike anything because I understand how to use the program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite helps me with time management. I can sit down and schedule all my posts at once. It helps give you piece of mind, then you can go back and look at the analytics later to gauge how well your posts are doing.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is a very easy to use tool for social media management. You can connect all your different social media account and schedule posts to all of them at once. It integrates well with Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Google Plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limitations, such as tagging other pages or users within posts, as well as not being able to easily use different images when attaching links.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Hootsuite to share our social media posts across multiple platforms. This has made social media marketing easy for us and is an easy tool to introduce to new staff members.
