Easy to connect with others

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can track multiple social media outlets at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that it doesn't offer more ways to interact with your audience like Tweetdeck.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have used Hootsuite to manage one of my clients multiple social media accounts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend that Hootsuite use more innovative methods to pull more outreach to the users. For example, be able to reply back to comments faster.

Efficient and easy to use

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the ease and practicality of setting up streams; I can follow everyone on my account, and then setup a stream for the people and updates I don't want to miss.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still unable to connect to all of my social platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My main problem was having to log on and post tweets everyday; although I still log on and monitor/engage daily, I don't have to worry about posting a tweet because I've already scheduled the weeks content using hootsuite.

What do you like best about the product?
It keeps track of all of our social media accounts and helps us schedule our posts during the best times for our audiences. It's free and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like everything about it and there is really nothing I don't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can schedule posts, track analytics and keep track of multiple social media accounts.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how you can monitor several of your social media accounts for free and how you can decide which features are most important to you.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've had a few issues with the site's usability, but nothing that a few Google searches couldn't help me figure out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed something that allowed me to schedule posts and track the interactions across multiple brands, all in one spot.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a great platform to use, especially if you're just starting out. You can use the free version until you've grown large enough to pay for the professional version. I also like how you can personalize what you're monitoring, so it allows you to customize the platform to meet your needs. The new keyword tracking tool is also a good addition to the platform and something I'd suggest using. That will help make sure you're not missing anything your audience is saying.

What do you like best about the product?
The program makes it easier to schedule and manage posts on both desktop and app on my iphone
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish HootSuite was allowed to post on our behalf for Instagram I understand that is more on the Instagram restriction side - but my hope is that there is a way to work through it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to schedule posts ahead of time during times that I am travelling allowing me to connect with my audience while being able to be on vacation or travel for business

Figure out a way to allow auto-posts with Instagram

What do you like best about the product?
I like how I can publish and manage multiple social media channels from one place. It makes to easy to not have to go from tab to tab and I can schedule tweets.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price seems a bit steep for the abilities you have
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to track our insights and analytics and be able to schedule posts when our audience will see them!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want one place to manage all of your social media hubs, this is the program to use!

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of dashboard use - main screen provides a great snapshot to see multiple platforms at once
What do you dislike about the product?
Some add-ons are a bit costly - for example, custom URLs, reports, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For a small staff, Hootsuite makes monitoring several social media platforms easy and convenient with a single dashboard. It also allows for convenient scheduling of posts, and the free version provides some decent, basic analytics.

The platform is very easy to use and the layout is very user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
You still have to sign in to Instagram to post.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to keep an eye on our business and what people are saying across social media outlets.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a very inexpensive (free version) way for me to keep tabs on our brand and to share posts across all social media platforms, except Instagram, as stated earlier you still have to go into your account to post.
