What do you like best about the product?
It is the easiest way to manage my social media accounts, in my personal and professional accounts. Nowadays being a professional in the industry also means that your personal social accounts must be regularly maintained, so when I have to juggle professional and personal social media, Hootsuite is the best way to do it. I have never had any questions when using the site, it is very easy to use and lets me schedule my posts well in advance.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have absolutely no complaints with this. I first learned about this site in my public relations classes when doing my undergrad. I only wish I would have learned about it sooner if they advertised a little more. I think if they advertised more of their service it would go a long way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing social media accounts with scheduled posts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a try if you're even thinking about using it. The free 30 day trial lets you experience Hootsuite in full version mode.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of the interface and the convenience of adding multiple streams to my homepage.
What do you dislike about the product?
Responding to posts and messages is easier on the native interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to monitor all of our active Facebook and Twitter pages as well as disseminate content. We are using it to enhance donor and alumni engagement. Hopefully more engaged and educated alumni will be more likely to make a gift when a solicitation comes around.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hootsuite's service and functionality are great. It's easy to use and intuitive to learn. I'd recommend it if you have a large online presence and are looking for a way to manage it all in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
The way I can organize my dashboard. The fact that it can even pre schedule content for Instagram. Of course, I love that I can have content ready for a whole month and not have to worry about it. it also lets me monitor anything related to my accounts. Recently, with Instagram, I learned that I can also follow specific hashtags to grow my audience. Usually, this feature cannot be used for free in other tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some additional organizational features that can only be used with a fee payment. Sometimes there's miscommunication with the server and I loose some of the content I had scheduled.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The fact that I don;t have to schedule content manually or daily. It saves time and is a very simple tool to master. I have grown my audience. In essence, for the most part, I don't even have to go into the social media network. Everything can be found on the Hootsuite dashboard.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommended it 100%. It truly is the easiest way of maintaining your social media platforms without having to spend a ton of time and effort. Even influencers can use it. Sometimes inspiration is not there and it's good to have content already scheduled for those times. It can be like a plan B for when you're too busy to sit down and get creative.

What do you like best about the product?
Straight forward product, everything is linked to the site so you don't have to log in several times. Editing posts and scheduling them is very easy as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the changes they made to Analytics. It's only Twitter now, and I still want my results all in one place. I would like it if you could view your instagram feed on the site as well. If you want to see someone's page you have to individually click their name, then click their page to see photos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Knowledge or product availability in our office & what services we provide. Helps me to recognize where our weak points are and if we are reaching the right audience (which is a challenge)

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to see all of my platforms for ALL of my clients in once place. I never miss a beat!
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the way I edit Meta data for Facebook posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Hootsuite to manage social media for over 100 clients and we love how we can collaborate and support one another.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely more user friendly than Sprout!

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the ability to organize a dashboard for each organization to contain only the platforms for that organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not sure about the analytics and reports because it seems as though you have to pay per report rather than a lump sum for unlimited reports. I may not fully understand the use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management of social media platforms. It is beneficial to schedule out certain posts ahead of time. I would like to use it more for report gathering, but it is expensive.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a great product for scheduling, but using the analytic and reporting is a little confusing and seems to cost extra. It is free to use this product if you only use 3 profiles.

What do you like best about the product?
It is fairly easy to set up and use the dashboard to initiate the initial settings
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing to dislike !! It just works well.

It saves me tons of time by autoposting and bookmarking my social activity. Everything I need is right there to virtually automate everything you do in relation social posting and bookmarking.

What do you like best about the product?
It's seamless and easy to use. Whether you're managing one platform or multiple platforms across various accounts, Hootsuite is the best tool on the market to get your content out there. I loved using it to plan social content for the week/month. It took a few hours out of my day versus many hours out of my week. I also loved how the platform allowed you to select your timeframes, based on your personal analytics. It helped me to better decipher when the best times to post were given my audience
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that is disliked is that some social channels are harder to use than others. For instance, posting to Instagram isn't as seamless as posting to Twitter because you can plan a post but still have to utilize other steps to prepare and ultimately post
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides the most seamless way to create and archive social content. For those who are managing and monitoring social media (whether its one platform or multiple), there isn't a better tool on the market that will help you organize, prepare and send out your social content. When combined with analytics, it also helps you to be a better curator as you can begin to study when your prime posting times are.

Don't think twice, just do it!

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite makes it easy to manage multiple social media account with multiple teammates.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile platform is less than desirable. I still have to use my computer to schedule social media posts - it's odd.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are now able to connect with our members in real time. The multiple-user function has also eliminated a lot of cross-communication issues.
