Simple Way to Manage/Analyze Social
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is easy to use, all social in one place! It is easy to keep track of who is doing what within our organization, and to quickly scan all our accounts in a matter of minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be clunky at times - when scheduling, sometimes the boxes disappear and need to be reloaded.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to schedule posts across multiple media at once - it essentially becomes my social media calendar. This has saved a lot of time, particularly when planning ahead for the weekend. The analytics are also very useful and easy to translate for folks who aren't well-versed in social media terms.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Test the free version first, to make sure the interface is working for your needs. The paid versions offer so much more!

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can schedule all of the social media for the theatre at once. It saves me a lot of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not interface well with Instagram.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm using it to keep all of the social media platforms for the theatre updated. We have seen an increase in interactions via social media because we are able to post on a regular basis.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We use the free version, and it is more than adequate for our applications. I especially like that I can schedule all the posts for a month at once, as I am often not on site during peak posting times.

I like how I can organize information and share it in a uniform platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the price for purchasing it on an individual level. For a corporate stand point it is great, but can be costly at times.

Hootsuite has helped to keep our social media department more organized. By uploading content for multiple platform at once.

Great if you need to market your business and keep track of the interaction with the public.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that we can manage all of our social media media profiles at once.The analytics and reporting is awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really ins't anything that I don't like about Hootsuite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Hootsuite to manage our clients social media channels. Many social tools do not allow you to schedule Instagram posts, Hootsuite does. Life made easy.

It is easy to use and makes managing multiple accounts easy as 123.

I love the platform and dashboard of Hootsuite- simple and easy to use.

Only thing I dislike is the ability to go back and forth between different social platforms on the device. Sometimes it is glitchy.

I love the bulk scheduling feature. It helps to save time and assure accuracy.

I dislike that the reports only analyze data from tweets posted through hootsuite rather than taking ALL tweets into account.

We are saving TONS of time on our social platform and maintaining an active account.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to manage multiple platforms and accounts in one place. I love being acle to schedule posts so I don't have to spend all day on social media but can still be posting relevant things to my work all the time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The usefulness of the display maxes out at just a few platforms, and it can sometimes be confusing which account on each platform you're posting to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a social media manager in an internship I switched the small business to Hootsuite so I could grow their social media prrsence by better tracking posts and by scheduling posts to have a more consistent flow of information on our sites.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Very easy to use to manage social media and online presence. It worked really well for a small company and the 30 sday free trial gave us a chance to really get to know the product before committing.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how I can easily schedule posts to any of my social media platforms minutes, hours and days in advance.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's really nothing I have found that I dislike to be honest. Obviously with the free version you don't have access to everything but that's expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The social media analytics, it defitinely helps you see which posts are getting better engagement and around what times is best to post. Also with the scheduling it's easier to get more stuff done at once.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is user-friendly! This is so important when it comes to automated social platforms, especially as you're training new employees who join the team frequently in an agency setting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish hootsuite scheduled Instagram the same way other platforms did versus just a notification.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time! With so many clients, it's difficult to manage so many accounts. Being able to schedule in advance relieves so much stress from day-to-day.
