What do you like best about the product?
our team loves the insights Hootsuite provides and being able to see how we stack against our competitors. Being able to view trends in the interactions we have across platforms is also really helpful in reviewing/improving our strategy. we use this daily to update and plan out social posts and keep us on track to improving our online presence.
What do you dislike about the product?
somethings in the reports are hard to understand like what data hootsuite is pulling for some of the reports as we have noticed different numbers on linkedin's dashboard vs what hootsuite has.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
being able to schedule posts and review how they do online

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the ease of posting on all my social media platforms. I enjoy the Owly AI feature for trends in my industry. I love getting new ideas when I am out of inspiration.
What do you dislike about the product?
A little difficult to use the app I definitely prefer the desktop version. I would like if it saved my own hash tags that I frequently use. Nothing else comes to mind.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves me valuable time. It helps me pre schedule my posts and see previews. I like that it provides corresponding hashtags. I like the OWLY chat for trending topics in my industry.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite allows me to post across multiple social platforms with one post reducing my time substantially. It is super easy to use and was easy to implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no real downsides to using Hootsuite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It reduces time spent on logging in and posting to multiple channels, it allows you to schedule posts, and also has excellent tracking to see what posts are outperforming the others.

What do you like best about the product?
I had only used Meta to schedule Facebook. However, I was introduced to Hootesuite when I started this job and it's been a game changer. Easy to use, visually easy to understand, schedule and forget about it. Over the 3 years I've been using it, they have continued to improve and add new features. I also like how it recommends best times to post.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently I can only look back 1 year to see previously scheduled posts. I wish this would go back further.

Really great tool for social media!

What do you like best about the product?
The scheduling/planner is fantastic, the analytics are great, and the abiltity to check on activity and responses/replies/follows has made working communications/social media for my clients so much easier and seamless. These are the three features I use the most and really all I need to make my life so much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a hefty cost for a self-employed consultant or smaller company. We are a non-profit communications service and I work for non-profits so the fact that there isn't a plan for non-profits is a bit disappointing and the cost is actually prohibitive for people in my field. The consultants I work with pay for it otherwise I could never have afforded it myself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves me so much time and the scheduling is critical for managing my workload.

I can manage multiple accounts above and beyond what most providers allow. I love the ease of use and being able to see all my content in a way that makes sense.

What do you like best about the product?
What I love most about Hootsuite is how easy it is to schedule content across multiple platforms in one clean dashboard. The visual calendar layout is super intuitive and makes it easy to spot gaps or overlaps in our weekly content plan. I also appreciate the ability to preview posts before they go live—it gives that extra layer of confidence, especially when juggling multiple brand accounts.

The analytics have also come in handy. While they're not overly detailed, they provide a helpful snapshot of performance that’s great for quick check-ins and reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I’d love to see improved is the mobile experience—it’s not as smooth or reliable as the desktop version. Also, the pricing can feel steep for smaller teams, especially if you're trying to scale up with more users or advanced features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using Hootsuite, managing multiple social channels meant bouncing between tabs, apps, and spreadsheets. Now, I can schedule content in advance, visualize my week at a glance, and keep everything aligned with our broader marketing calendar.

The platform also helps reduce missed posts and last-minute scrambling by allowing me to plan content in bulk. On top of that, having engagement and performance metrics in the same dashboard saves time when pulling reports or making quick decisions based on what’s working.

Overall, Hootsuite has helped me save time, stay organized, and keep our brand presence consistent across platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
I really love how user-friendly Hootsuite is. I've trained multiple people on how to use it, and they've picked it up so fast because the site is easy to navigate and organized in a very digestible way. The periodic updates make the site even better, not more confusing, which is really helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when I use Hootsuite to schedule videos, it changes the video quality or even makes it distorted. I also wish tagging accounts on Instagram was easier. Instead of the accounts popping up like Facebook, I have to type out every handle individually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love that Hootsuite keeps everything organized and concise for social media management. The home page delivers all the information I need to know and the calendar helps keep me organized and up-to-date on what we have upcoming. The social media analytics was a game changer. It takes the hard work of data collection and monitoring off my plate. My clients love it, and it helps me redirect my time to focus on the bigger picture and strategy tactics.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of posting to multiple social media platforms in one place. It saves me time, and effort when I'm in the busy season of my work life. Grateful to have it to use.
