What do you like best about the product?
I love this social media scheduling tool. It makes creating a content calendar very easy and let's you spread out your content. I also like that it has a Google Chrome shortcut, which makes it even easier to post content and articles that work with your brand.
What do you dislike about the product?
That you can only have three accounts connected within the free version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
None.

Hootsuite Enterprise is a win

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite has exceptional support and continues to develop and add functionality to the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could post to Instagram, but that's not a unique issue to Hootsuite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to manage our content across multiple social channels with multiple admins. The content library is a great way to manage content for campaigns, and to maximize evergreen content.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can load social media content and not have to think about it! All of my platforms are updated when I decide and I don't have to sit and post on each one. This is so useful and saves so much time!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike! It takes some practice to get used to the dashboard but once you do you're good to go

What do you like best about the product?
That you can pre-schedule social media posts
What do you dislike about the product?
That it doesn't automatically post to Instagram. It notifies you that you need to post based on your scheduled date, but you still have to copy and paste the post into Instagram
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
TIME! Setting up posts ahead of time is saving me alot of time. I post on Instagram and Facebook every day for my business, and it's been very efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the scheduled posting the best. I always suggest clients use this tool. Also, it's the most affordable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have much negative to say, really. I highly recommend this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm nurturing my audience very well, giving them consistent information and keeping relevance.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking to push your social media presence I highly suggest in a tool like this!

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to create content to go live immediately as well as plan for scheduled posts for specific campaigns in the future.
What do you dislike about the product?
The enterprise plan is a steep investment; particularly for smaller businesses and student-run organizations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficiency. Efficiency. Efficiency. I believe in working smarter, not harder.
Previously my employer was pulling raw data individually from each platform; it was cumbersome and used up valuable resources. The platform has allowed us to make informed decisions and engage with our followers to provide better customer service.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Additional connectivity with Instagram to enable scheduled posts to post live.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite allows me and my team to schedule tweets and easily see all of our twitter accounts in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't too much that I don't like about Hootsuite. I mainly use it for the basic functions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a cost effective way to provide a comprehensive social media strategy to our organization.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite makes content marketing easy and fun. The usability within this program is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only aspect of Hootsuite I dislike is that is doesn't allow schedule Instagram posts to automatically go live like the other channels.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The only business problem I've discovered is answered above: "The only aspect of Hootsuite I dislike is that is doesn't allow schedule Instagram posts to automatically go live like the other channels." The benefits of Hoosuite are the ability to stream different threads, schedule content, create/save content.

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to schedule stories. Hootsuite is set out in a very user friendly way and makes it easy to schedule content to keep your viewers engaged.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not able to schedule for Twitter & Facebook at the same time. They're different formats. Would be nice if this was an automatic feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management with social media posts. Better time management and more engagement.
