Another big plus? Team collaboration! Assigning tasks, approving posts, and sharing content ideas with my team is smooth and organized, without endless email threads.

I like Hootsuite because it gives me ability to manage multiple social media channels at one place, it allows me to schedule the posts which makes me relax, it provides me insights for my social media channels, it helps me to create content for my posts, etc.

Plan can be made more affordable for small agencies and individuals.

the fact that its so easy to link up my social media accounts

the constant disconnects and the fact that i can only do my business accounts on some platforms

We love the calendar planner and the DM automation being built in to the calendar!
What do you dislike about the product?
It's been frustrating not being able to interact with our Youtube comments as easily in the Inbox. Using streams is fine, but its definitely not the best way.
We're unable to upload shorts via the planner.
We're unable to add additional users without canceling our current plan and starting a new one. Definitely a poor user experience.

We love the ease of using the inbox for comment/message management. Our team also is able to make notes about users so we can track if they're typically a spam user, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Hootsuite for work purposes two or three times a week. It makes it easy to schedule post for socials when I'm away or on the weekends. I like how quick and easy it is to use. Definitely user friendly in my opinion.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the only things that I tend to dislike is that I frequently get logged out of my social accounts. It takes up time to go back through and login to all of them, which is a bit of a hassle.

Hootsuite is helping me schedule post when I'm off the clock. It gives me less screen time on the weekends, which is nice since I'm already on my phone and computer alone lot during the week.

What I like best about Hootsuite is how easy and efficient it is to manage multiple social media accounts in one place. Being able to schedule posts and publish across all platforms with just one click saves a lot of time and keeps everything organised.

There's nothing I dislike about Hootsuite so far — it’s been working well for my needs.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite makes life so convenient when it comes to social media management and tracking all our social media channels. It is so easy to make sure that my post are being made and so easy to implement my week of social media. Just set it and forget it for the week. I love all the features and integration with our different social media channels. Adding the AI features have been a blessing when it comes to create new and engaging posts. The customer service is very helpful when we were having connection issues. I use Hootsuite daily for my job and it makes planning and regulating everything so much and gives me new ideas for the weeks with the national and international holidays.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there really is a downside. It helps me do my job easier and makes it less stressful when I am managing things for work. I think the only change I would make is so that we can post Facebook Reels from Hootsuite especially since you can post reels on Instagram from here but can't with Facebook.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite makes it so that I can set my whole weeks worth of social media and not have to stress about it when I have a million other things I have to get done throughout the week.

Essential Marketing Scheduler with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like the scheduling feature in Hootsuite, especially being able to schedule posts years in advance. This is invaluable to me since most of my clients are on the East Coast, and I am on PST, so being able to schedule during their prime times solves my problems.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Hootsuite would bring back community group FB scheduling. Now I have to go into FB and schedule it myself while before I could schedule everything all at once.

Hootsuite helps me schedule posts during clients' prime times on the East Coast, solving time zone issues. I like scheduling content years in advance.
