Intuitive and Efficient for Social Media and Digital Platform Management

What do you like best about the product?
I love that the Hootsuite interface is easy to use and very intuitive, which simplifies content management and learning for new team members. The platform is constantly updated, adapting to new social networks and features, which is crucial for my work as a social media coordinator. I also value that Hootsuite allows me to have a complete and centralized analysis of the metrics of all the organization's social networks, facilitating access and consultation whenever I need it. Additionally, I appreciate that Hootsuite offers the possibility to schedule posts on multiple social networks at the same time, saving me time and effort. The learning curve is very short, especially thanks to the availability of online tutorials and the intuitive nature of the platform, which allows me to easily teach its use to other team members, even temporary ones.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that some Hootsuite features are exclusive to paid subscriptions. Although we have the paid subscription as part of the communication department's budget, this represents a limitation for other people or organizations that cannot access all the functionalities. This restriction can be a limitation for those who are just beginning to explore the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Hootsuite to schedule content on multiple social networks, saving time. The analytics tool centralizes performance metrics and followers, making tracking and analysis easier in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the easy process it is to schedule content for my clients, and then allowing them to log in and make any changes - live - before a post ever goes live. Implementation is easy for all and integrations are a breeze. It's a great software that I have been using and recommending for many years now.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I have no complaints. Hootsuite has continued to exceed my expectations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling with the ease and accesibility for my clients to go in and 'check' what's going on and also can see the month aheads content.

Managing Facebook made easy

What do you like best about the product?
The centralized dashboard allows us to manage multiple facebook pages from one place and saves time and confusion. We can plan content weeks in advance and the visual calendar makes its easy to see what is scheduled, where we have gaps. The analytics are easy to use as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features, like tagging are restricted by Facebooks API which can be frusterating. Cost can be a bit highif we want to add users or advanced features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have multiple facebook pages to post to, Hootsuite allows us to manage them all easily.

What do you like best about the product?
The scheduling tool is easy to use, built-in analytics are amazing, and even basic listening tools can help inform your direction.
What do you dislike about the product?
Owly.AI is new, so it gets a small break, but it is way too generic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the blank page problem with listening, and also helping to fill a calendar quickly thanks to its ease of use.

What do you like best about the product?
The best feature of Hootsuite is the planner. It makes my life as a marketing professional seamless, and it allows me to schedule when I know I'll be out of the office.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I don't have any negatives about Hootsuite. It integrates with all of our many different platforms and allows me and my team to be detailed and organized!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps me, and my brain, organized while I've got multiple work streams on-going. I never have to worry about our social media presence, or posting 5 different places, due to being able to map out weeks in advance.

What do you like best about the product?
I'm not exactly a Hootsuite power user, but I do use it to schedule social media posts and share for review with colleagues. I save time by scheduling posts, and I save myself a ton of stress because I don't have to log in to several platforms daily to make posts, review comments, etc... For anyone managing an organization with multiple social media accounts, Hootsuite is absolutely a no-brainer.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's easy to balk at the price, especially if you're only using Hootsuite as a scheduling tool, but I promise, your time is worth more than the cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our organization is not exactly "social media first". That means that I don't want to spend large parts of every single day working on social media stuff. But that doesn't mean that social media isn't important to us. Hootsuite lets me do the bulk of my social media in one block of time per week, instead of letting the demands of social media interrupt my workflow several times per day.

What do you like best about the product?
We like that we can plan content and see it in a calendar. It also shows us which national holidays it is to help us plan out our posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hootsuite can be a bit pricey. Especially to add a new user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No more hopping between Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc. We can compose, schedule and post everywhere from a single tab.

Being able to cross-post across a mixture of channels, such as LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook. I can easily track on the planner upcoming posts
