What do you like best about the product?
Before Hootsuite, we used our own custom software to manage our clients' accounts, but we were stuck with the same basic features of the software. With Hootsuite, we can track trends and manage our clients' social media content calendar with ease. Hootsuite's trend tracking feature is awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hootsuite doesn't support story posting on Instagram.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I manage multiple ecommerce clients and without Hootsuite I used to manually research on every platform about market trends and demand, but Hootsuite's listening feature gave us superpowers and saved a lot of time on a daily basis. Usually for social media post scheduling I use the bulk uploading feature - that's my favorite feature and gave so much free time so we can spend on meaningful ROI-driven work.

It helps greatly in advertising our brands on social media. It supports multiple platforms like facebook, instagram, twitter

the social media accounts gets logged out often, otherwise an amazing application

Analytics is supported which shows multiple metrics and the insights of the posts.
It is a very user friendly platform. Great benefits with a common sense feel.
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the Inbox 2.0. I like the Talk Walker addition. The ability to add sentiments to a conversation is helpful. It has a nice layout that is easy to pick up quickly and run with. I love that it has an app so I can easily use the platform when out of the office.
What do you dislike about the product?
We would like to post facebook reels but hear that it is coming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding those who are not properly tagging us by using Talk Walker. Keeping our inboxes clean and organized. Scheduling content and checking up on our performance with the detailed analytics provided.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite helps me stay consistent with my content by allowing me to schedule posts ahead of time for multiple platforms in one dashboard. The analytics feature is super helpful to track performance, and the user interface is clean and easy to understand even for beginners.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some advanced features are only available in higher-tier plans, which might not suit smaller businesses or freelancers. It can also take a bit of time to sync changes across all connected platforms, especially during peak hours.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite helps me manage multiple social media accounts efficiently from one dashboard. It solves the problem of switching between platforms and manually posting content. With scheduling, monitoring, and analytics tools, I can save time, stay organized, and improve engagement by posting at the right time with better-performing content.

What do you like best about the product?
Kelly from Hootsuite has been our POC and it's been a pleasure to work with her. Even though we're a smaller client, she ensures that she follows up and shares feature updates and understands our needs.
I am impressed by the report building feature and the review at a glance, I also think that the competitor comparison is easy to understand. The fact that they specialize in social media scheduling and don't try to venture into too many services ensures credibility and quick support.
I have also always received a response within a day whenever I've raised a ticket for platform issues. I use this platform everyday for scheduling posts across 9+ accounts. All platforms are working great and the linking system is seamless.

The YouTube integration could be included along with other platforms, however, the current system works well too.

It's saving me TIME. We're a very small team and hence require automation to expedite and bulk produce content. Hootsuite helps us in keeping things on track. Even if we use the social platform to post, it tracks the metrics and in the end includes that in reporting again saving time.
I also make sure that I look at the recommended trends on the dashboard and use anything that may be relevant to our brand while curating ideas. It gives us a head-start to build out monthly content calendars. I'm also able to use the platform seamlessly for scheduling the same content piece across multiple platforms at the same time without facing any formatting issues. I feel they provide all features they possibly can within their scope.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite has the easy ability to manage and schedule posts for all of the dealerships I manage, on all platforms (Facebook, X, Linkedin, Instagram, etc.). I love how easy it is to use and how the auto scheduling keeps our social media on track to stay consistent.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features like advanced analytics are less impressive than other platforms I have used, but the pros outweigh the cons, which is why we still switched to Hootsuite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite has just made it way more streamlined for our SMM posts and makes scheduling and posting on a consistent basis easier.

Timing wise, how I have to wait 5 min at least.

The ability to plan and automate content in advance means I can focus on my core responsibilities, knowing that my social media channels are still active and engaging. Hootsuite’s analytics and monitoring tools also help me quickly assess what’s working, so I can make informed adjustments without spending hours analyzing data. Overall, Hootsuite makes it much easier to balance my social media tasks with the rest of my workload, helping me stay organized and productive.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few things I dislike about using Hootsuite. The pricing is quite high, especially since the free plan was discontinued and many useful features are only available on expensive tiers. The user interface feels outdated and cluttered, which makes it overwhelming and sometimes confusing to navigate, especially when managing multiple accounts. Additionally, there’s a steep learning curve, so it takes time to become comfortable with all the features and settings.

Hootsuite solves the hassle of juggling multiple social media accounts by bringing everything into one easy dashboard. It saves me time with scheduling and automation, so I can keep my social media active without it taking over my day.
