What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite has truly transformed the way I manage social media by making it incredibly efficient and user-friendly. I love that I can create a single post and easily customize it for each platform—whether it's adjusting the tone for Facebook or optimizing visuals for Instagram—all from one place. It saves me so much time and helps ensure that our messaging is consistent but still tailored to each audience. I also appreciate how Hootsuite alerts me to issues with image sizes, broken links, or other posting errors before anything goes live. The built-in suggestions and optimization tips are a huge bonus, helping me refine posts and improve engagement without needing a separate tool. It's made planning and scheduling social content smoother, smarter, and far less stressful.
What do you dislike about the product?
If Hootsuite could make it easier and quicker to tag our members in posts, it would be a huge time-saver and enhance engagement even more. I'd also love to see built-in templates for photo collages to streamline multi-image posts and keep our content visually appealing. Finally, the ability to bold, italicize, or change fonts for emphasis—while still ensuring compatibility across platforms—would be a game-changer for highlighting key messages and making posts stand out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite solves so many of the challenges that come with managing multiple social accounts. It brings all of our messaging into one centralized place, making it easy to stay organized and consistent. I love that it not only helps me draft posts more efficiently, but also offers suggestions that often improve how I would have written the message myself. Most importantly, it helps maintain our association’s voice across every platform—making sure we sound polished, professional, and aligned with our mission no matter where we’re posting.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is great for managing, publishing and scheduling our content. It is very helpful to be able to keep things on schedule and see the upcoming months at a glance with the content calendar layout, the drafts and other suggestions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tagging options for specific socials can make the process a little more complex. There has also been issues with posting on time and posts failing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is great to schedule and manage posts, however there are some issues with time accuracy on posts and tagging capabilities

What do you like best about the product?
I love the analytic feature of Hootsuite. It allows me to compare how our accounts are doing in comparison to competitors. I also like that it suggests the best time to post to maximize engagement.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downside is that Hootsuite does not allow you to pair trending sounds or music with photos or carousel posts on IG. It would be nice if you were able to plan in the Hootsuite calendar without making it a draft.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite allows me to have my social media linked in one central location without having to schedule directly through each platform.

What do you like best about the product?
I love HootSuite because it helps me to manage a busy social media calendar, but it also gives me the ability to see/hear if my employer is being mentioned anywhere on the web or in the news. It has become and irreplaceable tool for my work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. It's a great tool that helps me take care of many facets of my role.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem it is solving for me is understanding what is being said about the bank I work for, where it's being said, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Having a clear visual of all scheduled content is easily the best part of the platform. I never have to wonder, “Did I remember to schedule that?” Hootsuite makes it effortless to plan and manage months of content across our platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI features could be improved. When I need help creating a post, I often find that ChatGPT provides better results and more useful suggestions.

Bulk and Future Scheduling

What do you like best about the product?
Unlike other schedulers, Hootsuite allows you to schedule posts months in advance, allowing the user to have ease of mind if they get busy one week and forget to post on social media. Our organization uses Hootsuite weekly, whether it be for scheduling social media posts (you can schedule on just about and social media site with a click of a button), or checking analytics. We especially like that we can see how we stack up against our "competitors" on social media, allowing us to alter our approach to better our online presence. When we first started using Hootsuite, it was very easy. We created an account, linked our social media accounts, and were on our way! With the helpful tips along the page, we were able to figure out the process. If the tips fell short, customer service is very quick to respond, with helpful and kind answers.

The pricing is very competitive, with Hootsuite offering a more refined and over better performance based software than leading competitors. I tend to write my caption, and then let Hootsuite's AI take it a step further to better my wording to get my point across more coherently!
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside, and I may be doing this wrong, is that you can not bulk schedule on various social medias using the recommended times from Hootsuite. You can only use one recommended scheduling time for one account, and it will schedule at this time for any account I have the post scheduling to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were running into issues on Meta where you could not schedule out past 4 weeks. Our organization has to let people know when we are closed on holidays, when we have events, etc. so it was very important to us that we could schedule out past 4 weeks in advance.

What do you like best about the product?
Running multiple social channels without Hootsuite is like trying to herd cats during a fireworks display—chaotic, noisy, and mildly tragic. Hootsuite brings calm to the storm. It’s slick, it’s powerful, and it saves me hours every week.
What do you dislike about the product?
pricing can feel a bit steep if you're a small team, and the mobile app’s a bit “meh” compared to the desktop experience. But as a whole? Worth every penny if social media is more than just a side hustle.

Seats and premium add-ons (Advanced Analytics, social listening) can add up quickly, so budgeting for large, multi-location teams requires careful planning. The mobile app is handy for quick checks but lacks some of the deeper calendar and reporting views available on desktop, and initial setup—including tagging streams and permission levels—takes a bit of upfront elbow grease. Small trade-offs, but worth noting for teams looking to scale fast.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite solves the chaos of managing dozens of community Facebook and Instagram accounts by unifying all scheduling, approvals, and reporting in one dashboard. Instead of juggling spreadsheets, emails, and log-ins, I can plan a month of posts, route them to Executive Directors for one-click sign-off, and instantly see which stories drive engagement—all in the same place. The payoff: fewer bottlenecks, faster content turnaround, and clear, data-backed insights that let me prove social media’s impact to leadership while reclaiming hours of my week.
