Super Helpful and easy all-in-one tool

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to schedule across platforms. Helpful to view all my posts and calendars in one place- I like the display. Helpful suggestions for tags and AI options.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could have better integration with analytics and/or contact management. I have never used customer support but, that is a value to me. Sometimes platforms drop and have to be reconnected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling across platforms - time saver, fun, and easy to use! I like how it helps me visualize my planning, and how it provides suggestions for best time to post.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Hootsuite offers recommended posting times based off of my past postings that performed well. I work in the higher education space, so targeting young adult students at the right time is crucial due to many of them having busy scedules.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that the preview feature sometimes cuts the photos out. It makes me scared to schedule the post via Hootsuite when the preview image is cut off.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a busy schedule on the daily. Knowing that my posts will be scheduled on time provides me with ease.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy they make it to post across all platforms. And they even provide suggestions on times to post and hashtags!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when I upload an image its not optimal for all social media sites.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hashtags! And times to post! As we post daily and its super helpful to know when the best time to post is!

Great Social Media Management Tool for Small Team!

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy the platform is to use. Being able to see all the posts from the different platforms all at once in the calendar is just so helpful. Everything is so user-friendly, and the dashboard is great for showing high-level analytics. I also appreciate the webinars because it helps me make better decisions! Also super easy to get into when I first started in the social media world and implemented it throughout my team. Integrating with platforms is easy and I use this every day!
What do you dislike about the product?
Only downside I've really had is that sometimes it can't find people's/organizations' tags consistently. Mostly that just applies to tags on Facebook or Linkedin since it has to be searched, but it will come up eventually - just need patience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Definitely makes it easier to schedule and plan all my content in the same software without having to go back and forth between the various platforms. And uploading/selecting which images I want to use is easier too.

What do you dislike about the product?
I find Hootsuite's interface a bit clunky at times, and some of the more advanced features are locked behind higher-tier pricing plans.

Hootsuite our marketing team efficiently manage multiple social media accounts from one centralized dashboard, saving time and reducing the complexity of juggling multiple platforms. It also provides analytics and scheduling tools that improve content strategy and audience engagement.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is, without a doubt, the best social media scheduling tool I've used, and I've tried a lot. I love the ease of use with scheduling, and that it's simple to see updated stats on how my content is performing. I post across several channels multiple times a day, and it keeps my content organized and on-trend with AI-generated captions and hashtags when I'm out of words. 10 stars! All the stars!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to be able to visually see my posts when in calendar view. An option that allowed me to rearrange posts visually (or even just see what's scheduled for which day without clicking) would be super helpful, but it's not a dealbreaker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I post across multiple channels every day, and there's nothing I dislike more than clicking back and forth across tabs. It automates my workflow, so I can get more done in less time. Social media is just a facet of my job, so being able to automate this part helps me excel at other things too. Keeps me efficient!

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is a reliable and easy to implement tool for managing social media at scale, and it’s played a valuable role in supporting our campaigns across multiple countries. While there are some limitations—especially in cost and platform-specific features—it remains one of the most used tools for social media managers needing structured scheduling, performance insights, and collaboration features.
What do you dislike about the product?
While scheduling Instagram posts is possible, some features like tagging collaborators or setting reminders for Stories aren’t always smooth or intuitive. For a campaign-heavy organization like ours, those little inefficiencies add up. The media library in Hootsuite is quite basic. For an organization that relies heavily on visual storytelling, we find it lacks the functionality of tools like Canva or Adobe Express integrations. Better asset tagging, folders, and image previews can help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite’s unified dashboard has been a real time-saver. It allows us to manage all our major platforms—Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn—from one place. For a small communications team, this centralization reduces workload and makes content planning more seamless. We can see our entire month’s content at a glance, and rearranging posts based on changes or last-minute priorities is easy. The analytics dashboard is helpful, especially for generating quick performance overviews on engagement, reach, and audience growth. We use it to report progress on KPIs like post engagement rate and reach/impressions from social platforms. We appreciate the Inbox feature for monitoring brand mentions and keywords related to eye health or vision loss. This helps us stay responsive and tap into trending conversations when relevant. OwlyGPT is quickly becoming our secret sauce.

What do you like best about the product?

What do you dislike about the product?
Hootsuite has been really helpful. The only thing that would make it better would be the ability to schedule facebook stories & being able to attach links, music & captions to Instragram stories (without using publish via Mobile notifications) .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Forcasting, and scheduling in advance. At times we are too busy to post daily, Hootsuite has allowed me to plan relevant content in advance and not have to worry about daily posting
