Taming the Social Jungle: How Hootsuite Became My Digital Command Center
What do you like best about the product?
I like how I can send out multiple posts at once. However, as of late I've been making more of an independent route for research for each post.
Another awesome thing is if you're invited by an organization you see all the posts you can select and share and add even more value to the existing posts. It's a great way to keep marketers, the organization, and people who follow the organization up to date on everything.

What do you dislike about the product?
Better Visual Features for Videos:
I believe a better video editor aspect of existing organizations posts may be beneficial. I know not every marketer is a video editor. However, I come across portions of posts where I want to add a video to the existing information. When you do upload video it just shows the image of the first frame of what ever video you uploaded.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping up with what my organization is doing, implementing quick posts, and adding even more value to already existing posts.

What do you like best about the product?
how it is quick to view the available content and share it, suing the share now or the scheduled share
What do you dislike about the product?
at the moment I can't find any downside, it is quick intuitive and easy to learn even if there is plenty option there to be used

Before hootsuite I had to manually create post on linkeding learnin copy pasting from our source the material now with a simple click I can share all the available content even from mobile.

What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, a part the price, but aren't we always want all to be cheaper... I do not see anything that really poops out as a bad experience, but perhpas to improve the AI tool, and the issues of integration of social media accounts, but more related to third parties (e.g. Meta) than the tool

What do you like best about the product?
Usually apps to manage other apps come with complications or connection errors that create discord between the 2 and hinder the experience. Hootsuite works seamlessly with the social websites and apps to genuinely make posting on multiple accounts actively easy. The inputting and editing process is perfect, allowing you to add main content and then tweak for each socials account to suit that persona. The calendar section is great for visualising weekly/ monthly planning, and the AI options can boost your post nicely should you need it. Everything I want is right there to get an engaging and relevant post to suit each platform quickly.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only real downside of Hootsuite is that the emojis that are on there do differ to the ones on the social media accounts themselves. I have to check the different apps to see what emojis will actually look like once posted if it's one that's less used as they show completely different on Hootsuite, and can change the feel of the post. This is a minor inconvenience, but the only real downside I can think of. If this was updated so the emojis were in line with those that post, it would be perfect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have time to research how well our socials are doing - Hootsuite does this for me so I can see what is or isn't working and continue in that theme.
It allows me to construct all social posts together and cross post whilst alerting the style and format to fit each platform.

Great way to schedule posts across various social media platforms
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite makes it easy to schedule posts across various platforms and for multiple business accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once a post is scheduled to multiple platforms and saved, if you need to make edits, you have to make the edits to each individual platform which is inconvenient. Would be great if you could go back into the originally created post and make edits that will apply to all platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having to manually post directly onto the platform on the day of the post, rather than being able to future date posts.
This social management tool is a lifesaver for maintaining brand consistency!

Being able to manage all of your social posts from one platform to reach your audience is such a huge timesaver!

At a franchise level, there seem to be some cross-platform limitations so that some things must be duplicated manually.

Hootsuite is a staple in the world of social media management & community
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is such a reliable social media management tool. Through my various roles in social media over the years, Hootsuite has been a go-to. Whether I was working on strategy with their Hootsuite Analytics, scheduling content with the Planner/Calendar features or managing digital communities through the Inbox, I knew I could rely on Hootsuite as the key tool to accomplish what I needed. It has ample features, analytics and internal team usage tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only significant downsides I've experienced with Hootsuite is 1) the downsizing of the account management team over the year, which has led to difficult communication with the team running things. Thank goodness the tool speaks for itself, or this would be a much bigger drawback. 2) I'd like to see more in depth integration of Threads, though I know Meta may have something to do with the connection across the tool and platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my current role, my primary focus is community management. The updated Inbox 2.0 is a very sophisticated social customer care tool that we are still learning more features of to use and better our external communication. In addition, my team uses Analytics to assess our content performance, and using the Planning feature to schedule all of our monthly organic social content.

The ease of reposting curated content is second to none!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is sometimes an error that says my post was not successful, but my post was shared nonetheless.

Hootsuite allows me to get my company's message out to a broader reach by levereging my LinkedIn network

There is no downside that I can confirm in regards to Hootsuite
