Hootsuite Makes Social Sharing Easy
What do you like best about the product?
I have used Hootsuite for years to promote several no-profits with which I am affiliated, and most recently as part of my Univeristy's social sharing program. I log into Hootsuite a few times a week to see what content my organization would like shared this week. With a few clicks, I can promote content that is meaningful to me, and to my social media audience. Hootsuite makes it easy to perosnalize posts using AI to craft unique and meaningful messages. I wouldn't be nearly as organized or prolific on line without Hootsuite.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing about Hootsuite is the automated posts to all my business's social media. It's easy to keep things running smoothly, and have my marketing specialist take over all social media posts and updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a little hard to use at first, but they have tons of videos and tutorials on their academy and from Youtube. It's a bit time consuming having to learn all of their platform services, but once you do it's completely worth it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps with ease of integration of all my socials, as well as keeping the socials updated with content via scheduling is awesome!

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite makes my daily routine much easier by automating and scheduling LinkedIn posts. It’s an efficient and reliable tool that helps save time and stay consistent with content.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I haven’t found anything I dislike. The platform works smoothly and meets all my expectations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite helps me save time and ensures consistent delivery of weekly posts, especially on LinkedIn. It keeps my content organized and on schedule.
Hootsuite is a great tool
What do you like best about the product?
It saves time. I love using the AI to enhance my posts or sometimes even for the entire post. My content has drastically improved.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the AI isn't correct, so I need to proofread and the hashtag suggestions will appear on the top of my post, not at the end, so I manually change this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We now have more involvement and followers, so our business is more visible and prominent.

What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love Hootsuite! It’s exactly the tool I needed to manage multiple social media accounts with ease. The scheduling, organization, and overall functionality make my workflow so much smoother. A must-have for anyone in social media management!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is that I can't connect to Instagram directly—it requires logging into a Facebook account and syncing through there. It would be great if there were a way to connect Instagram individually without going through Facebook.

Hootsuite has been a huge support for my business! It allows me to manage multiple clients’ social media accounts in one place, stay organized, and schedule posts in advance—saving me so much time. It's exactly the tool I needed to streamline my workflow and stay consistent across platforms.
Reviewing positive Hootsuite experience
What do you like best about the product?
Managing multiple social media profiles and multiple platforms all on one screen is great. I get responses to all my channels in one feed. It's really intuitive and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was more functionality, with the same type of features we see on the native apps. The app experience isn't all that great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I manage like eight pages right now and it's really helpful to have everything all together in one place. And to receive all responses in one place. It's great!

I love that I can schedule multiple posts across multiple platforms at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes tagging on LinkedIn does not function right in Hootsuite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite allows me to be more efficient when posting the week's social media posts. It also allows me to easily look back at what I posted in the past and duplicate that post if need be. It also gives me the best times to post making our engagement increase.

Additionally, Hootsuite’s reporting tools are detailed and customizable, allowing for easy tracking of performance metrics, which makes it easier to adjust strategies as needed.

One downside of Hootsuite is its pricing, especially for smaller businesses or individuals. Some of the more advanced features, like detailed analytics or access to additional team members, are only available on higher-tier plans, which can be costly. Additionally, the user interface can feel a bit overwhelming at first due to its wide array of options and features, which may take time to get used to. Lastly, while Hootsuite offers a lot of scheduling and monitoring tools, its social listening capabilities could be more advanced compared to other platforms that specialize in this area.

Hootsuite makes reporting a dream
What do you like best about the product?
I'm a PR professional, so I use Hootsuite primarily for social listening and brand reporting. Firstly, let's talk about the customer support team. They're dynamite. Anything we need, they find a way for us to get it. Secondly, the visuals. Any platform can provide a data spreadsheet -- but can you make it NICE to read? And the reports are so customizable, I can really get exactly what I need and leave the rest out.

The search queries are difficult to set up on your own.

The customizable reports and visual representations are the stars of the show -- with Hootsuite, I can demonstrate to my ELT exactly how PR efforts are boosting visibility, impact and awareness for our brand.
