A Solid Social Media Managing System
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to post content across multiple platforms. I like that it's also available on mobile for uploading on the go. I think that the analytics system is also super helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it gets glitchy when you're trying to write in Hootsuite, so it's better to copy and paste content into it. It's also tricky when social media gets disconnected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not sure.

What I like the most about using Hootsuite is that it brings structure to our social media platforms operations.
From scheduling of posts and approval workflows to tracking performance metrics, it’s built for teams that need visibility and control overall. The integration with LinkedIn and Instagram is especially helpful for our B2B campaigns, and the team collaboration features streamline everything. It has a very comprehensive dashboard which helps in deriving quick analytics & future actions to be taken. Veryy easy to use tool.

What do you dislike about the product?
Customer support can be slow at times and more templates and pre-built reports would be really helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In our team, we needed a central tool to manage multiple social media platforms, by keeping the campaigns consistent, and measuring performance across all the platforms. Hootsuite has enabled our team to plan ahead, avoid content gaps, and improve audience engagement. It's helped us align our content strategy with business goals more effectively. The overall social media has been up since we started using Hootsuite. Must recommend for alll i wuold say.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to run any type of analysis on our social activity, making any campaign wrap report so quick and efficient. There are so many tools available at my fingertips that make my job as a social media manager far easier than it would be doing the same things organically. It's a tool that really understands the demands of the social world, and adapts to the ever-changing landscape.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could schedule out threads on X

Being able to schedule posts, giving me the time back to be able to be reactive.
Streamlined
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite has been amazing for streamlining our social media across all of our channels allowing me to schedule well in advance. The AI has been a great addition with to and verbiage when needed. I use it and check it daily along with the analytics sections. I have been in contact with customer support about new services offered.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that you have to upgrade your account significantly to get certain reports in Hootsuite. We are a small nonprofit hospital that only has 2 employees in their marketing and community awareness department so it isn't cost effect to upgrade even though having some of the extra reports for our small organization would be beneficial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped me make our account a non-profit account so that our small non-profit hospital could save financially.

I like being able to easily see what times are optimal for posting and see data from all our accounts in one place.

I wish I could create my own dashboards or more easily compare single posts across multiple platforms.

I wish we had a function in which we could save hashtag banks for clients.
